Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Manajemen dan Bisnis (p-ISSN: 1907-7343; e-ISSN: 2714-7312) adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana yang terbit dua kali setahun (Juli dan Desember). Abstract

Bid ask spread is afunction of three components which are; order processing, inventory holding, and informational asymmetry. Although holding cost and infurmational asymmetry can not be directly obsertted and needs a specific measurement, these two costs are interesting to be examined. The present paper aims to observe empirical evidences about the relationship between trade and return as a holding cost meaurernent for bid-ask spread. The samples are drawn -fro* companies listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE and included in rneasurement factors of ILQ-45 fro* January 2004 until December 2004. Using Error Correction Model (ECM), the result shows that the relationship between a trade volume series, return, and bid-ask spread are not either relatively or absolutely having a long-term equilibrium.Keywords : Bid-ask spread, return, statianary, co-integration.

Abstract

This research analyze the effect of capital and labor of Foreign Investment, Local Investment, and Non-facility Investment on Gross Domestic Regional Product in Sleman Regency afterregional autonomy. Abstract

Quality in produced product become the important factor in manufacture industry competition this time. FMI company as the biggest producer whole wheat in world always tried in order to product quality that produced may satisfied consumer desire. Problem that faced by FMI company was the high defect that exceeding standard which have determined at May-June 2009'h production. After research has doni, founded that the root caused of mctchines which doesn't work optimally. Therefore, researcher feel important discussing system of machine treatment exist in FMI company. As for method which used in this research is Stotistical Process Control (SPC) method for process quality operation, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPilrI) method for treatment machine system. By using the method, researcher will look for value of process capability (cp and cpk) by using map conduct x - R, then look for value from overall Equipment Effectiveness (oEE) in production process Mill MNO. Researcher also will lookfor potential cause that caused the height defect and breakdown in Mill MNO by Failure Mode method, Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).In the end a repair suggestion will be proposed by researcher in effortto lessen level of defect may reduce breakdown time that become problem of Mill MNO. Estimate writing of this skripsi may become a positive input for continuous improvementeffort that do by PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to examine the effect of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of tourists. This research was conducted in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). Measurement of variables in this study using Likert scale. Questionnaires that are answered complete well and deserve to be analyzed in the research as many as 100 questionnaires. After the process of data entry to 100 questionnaires, then done descriptive statistical processing and PLS-SEM. From the test results, the variable tangibility, responsiveness,and empathy have positive and significant effect on the variable of tourist satisfaction. While the variable reliability and assurance does not significantly influence the variable satisfaction of tourists.Keywords: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, satisfactionABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh tangibilitas, keandalan, ketanggapan, penjaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Pengukuran variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Kuesioner yang terjawab lengkap dengan baik dan layak dianalisis dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 kuesioner. Setelah proses masuk data dari 100 kuesioner, kemudian dilakukan pengolahan statistik deskriptif dan PLS-SEM. Dari hasil pengujian, variabel tangibilitas, ketanggapan, dan empati berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kepuasan wisatawan. Sedangkan variabel keandalan dan jaminan tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon of Go-jek that booming in Yogyakarta lately, this study tries to analyze from thestandpoint of consumer loyalty Go-jek and the variables that affect the formation of loyalty. A numberof variables that influence consumer loyalty among them is satisfaction, servqual, and brandcredibility, while servqual itself is influenced by two variables: brand image, and brand trust. Theresearch quation is whether the brand image and brand trust affects servqual, whether servqual affectsatisfaction, and whether servqual, satisfaction and brand credibility affect brand loyalty. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to customers in Yogyakarta Go-jek using purposivesampling method. Processing data using SEM. Abstract

The growing of modern market such as minimarket, supermarket, and hypermarket has an impact on customer shopping behavior especially in development countries. Retail business offer manufactured product and private label product. Recently, private label product is growing up above manufactured product. The aim of this paper is to develop the model of buying private label product. This paper show that the buying of private label has formed some factors. This paper compile and analysis several researches that was done in India, China, Malaysia and Indonesian. The model reveals that quality, price, packaging, brand, consumer characteristics, and retail images affect the buying of private label. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of bankruptcy risk and debt proportion to undepricing phenomenon in Initial Public Offering. This study analyzes a sample of initial public offfering made of indonesian stock exchange-listed non finance firms over the periode 2001-2010. Date analysis uses multiple regression model. The results show that debt proportion have negative effect on underpricing, while bankruptcy risk shows no such effect. This result consistent with signaling equilibrium phenomenom.Keyswords: underpricing, debt, and bankruptcy risk.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLayanan jasa perbankan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan bank untuk menunjang kegiatan utamanya. Layanan jasa perbankan menghasilkan pendapatan berupa fee atau dikenal dengan fee base income. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mendorong industri perbankan untuk berinovasi, terutama pada produk layanan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), transaksi valas, dan Mobile banking (M-banking) terhadap fee based income. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Bank Swasta Nasional dengan nilai asset terbesar di Indonesia periode 2006-2020. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel (pooled). Penelitian ini menggunakan Model Regresi Fixed effect. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa transaksi valas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap fee based income. Sedangkan BOPO, DPK, dan M-banking tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fee based income.Kata Kunci: BOPO, DPK, transaksi valas, M-banking, fee base income, Regresi Fixed effectABSTRACTBanking services are activities carried out by banks to support their main activities. Banking services generate income in the form of fees or known as fee base income. The rapid development of technology encourages the banking industry to innovate, especially in service products. This study aims to analyze how the influence of Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), Third Party Funds (DPK), foreign exchange transactions, and mobile banking (M-banking) on fee based income. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The sample used is the National Private Bank with the largest asset value in Indonesia for the period 2006-2020. The data analysis used in this study is panel data regression (pooled). This study uses the Fixed effect Regression Model. The results of the study show that foreign exchange transactions have a significant positive effect on fee-based income. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of supervisor support on work life balance and job satisfaction. The criteria of the respondents are married hotel employees. The reason is that hotel employees have more complex life dynamics than those who are not married. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta. Indicators of research variables are measured by adapting previous studies. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with 5 choices. Characteristics of respondents were analyzed using crosstabs. While the influence between variables was tested using PLS-SEM. This study uses the SmartPLS program. The parameters used to test convergent validity are loading factor and AVE. For reliability using composite reliability. As for evaluating the structural model using the R-square value criteria and significance. The results of the structural model evaluation show that supervisor support has a positive effect on work life balance and job satisfaction. In addition, work life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: supervisor support, work life balance, job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan atasan terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Kriteria responden adalah karyawan hotel yang sudah menikah. Alasannya adalah bahwa karyawan hotel memiliki dinamika kehidupan yang lebih kompleks daripada mereka yang belum menikah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yogyakarta. Indikator variabel penelitian diukur dengan mengadaptasi studi sebelumnya. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala Likert dengan 5 pilihan. Karakteristik responden dianalisis menggunakan tabulasi silang. Sedangkan pengaruh antar variabel diuji menggunakan PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS. Parameter yang digunakan untuk menguji validitas konvergen adalah loading factor dan AVE. Untuk keandalan menggunakan keandalan komposit. Adapun untuk mengevaluasi model struktural menggunakan kriteria nilai R-square dan signifikansi. Hasil evaluasi model struktural menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pengawas memiliki efek positif pada keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memiliki efek positif pada kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: dukungan atasan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja
