Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1. Whether Self Efficacy and Locus of Control have a partially simultaneous effect on the performance of Kerinci Regency education service employees. 2. How much influence does Self Efficacy and Locus of Control have on the performance of Kerinci Regency education service employees. This research was conducted at the Kerinci Regency Education Office. The data used is primary data and secondary data, the analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program. Based on the results of the research, it shows that: There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy (X1) partially on the performance of employees (Y) of the Kerinci Regency Education Service as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (4.143 > 2.030) with a significant value (0.000 < 0 .05). There is no significant effect between locus of control (X2) partially on the performance of employees (Y) of the Kerinci Regency Education Office as evidenced by the calculated –t value < t table (- 2.753 < 2.030) with a significant value (0.009 < 0.05) so Ho rejected and H2 accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy (X1) and locus of control (X2) simultaneously on the performance of employees (Y) of the Kerinci Regency Education Office as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (60.753 > 3.26) as well as with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between self-efficacy and locus of control on the performance of Kerinci Regency Education Office employees. The magnitude of the influence of self-efficacy and locus of control simultaneously on the performance of Kerinci Regency Education Service employees is 77.10% while the remaining 22.90% is influenced by variables not studied

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand experience on consumer purchase decisions with brand loyalty as a mediating variable in Iphone products in Surakarta. The type of research used in the study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is consumers who use Iphone products in Surakarta. Then, the sample used in this study is 100 respondents with the criteria of consumers who have used Iphone in Surakarta. This study uses primary data in its preparation. The data collection method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires online  through google forms. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Last Square (PLS). The results of the study show that brand equity has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions on Iphone products in Surakarta. Brand experience does not have a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions on Iphone products in Surakarta. Brand Experience has a negative effect on brand loyalty. Brand loyalty can mediate brand equity to consumers' purchase decisions on Iphone products in Surakarta. Brand loyalty can mediate the brand experience to consumers' purchase decisions on Iphone products in Surakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising on Instagram social media and celebrity endorsements on repurchase interest mediated by consumer satisfaction of Instagram users. The type of research used in the study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is Instagram users in Sukoharjo district. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. Since the number of population is unknown, the calculation needed to find out the minimum number of samples is the Malhottra calculation. Through this Maholtra calculation, the minimum number of samples needed in this study was obtained as many as 100 respondents. This study uses primary data in its preparation. Data was obtained through respondents' answers using a questionnaire type. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results of this study are that Ads on Instagram and Celebrity Endorsement have a positive and significant influence on Repeat Purchase Interest. Advertising on Instagram and Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction. Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Repeat Purchase Interest. Ads on Instagram have a positive and significant influence on Repeat Purchase Interest through Consumer Satisfaction. Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant influence on Repeat Purchase Interest through Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of branding and labelling on the marketing strategy of fostered MSME products in Medan City. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the number of micro businesses as many as 1,590-business units or equivalent to 92.60% of the total number of fostered MSMEs in Medan City. The sample in this study uses a simple random sampling technique and totals 319 MSME actors who are the sample of this study. The results of the study show that branding has a positive and partially significant influence on the marketing strategy of MSMEs, by increasing brand recognition, consumer trust, product added value, and competitiveness in the market. Labelling has also been proven to have a positive and significant influence, helping to differentiate products from competitors, increase consumer confidence in product quality, and meet applicable regulatory standards. Simultaneously, branding and labelling together have a significant impact on the marketing strategy of MSMEs in Medan City. The implication of this study is the need to focus on managing a strong brand identity and implementing proper labeling as a strategy to increase sales, customer loyalty, and the competitiveness of MSMEs. Advice for Medan MSME players includes training and mentoring in better business strategies, based on market needs analysis, sales data, and competitor strategies to achieve sustainable growth and improve their marketing performance

Abstract

The study aims to study how organizational culture and charismatic leadership affect employee loyalty and job satisfaction. This study involved non-ASN employees from the Demak Regency Tourism Office. Using the porposive sampling method, 126 employees filled out questionnaires independently to obtain secondary data. After that, the data was processed using SEM AMOS. Confirmatory analysis is used to evaluate the size of endogenous and exogenous constructs. This study shows that charismatic leadership increases job satisfaction. Charismatic leadership increases employee loyalty, organizational culture increases employee loyalty, and job satisfaction decreases employee loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance mediated by work engagement. The type of research used in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is employees of PT. Wangsa Jatra Lestari. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. The calculation of the sample of this study is using Maholtra The number of samples of this study is 75 respondents. The data collection method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of  SMARTPLS Software. The results of the study show that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work engagement. The work environment has a significant positive effect on work engagement. Leadership and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Hrm on Employee Behavior mediated by Green Recruitment, Green Training and Green Work Engagement. This type of research uses a quantitative method. The population in the study is employees who work in coffee shops in the Soloraya area and its surroundings. The number of samples in this study is 40 employees of coffee shops operating in the surrounding Soloraya. The data source used in this study uses primary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method. The sampling technique in this study uses Purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was carried out using  the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using  SmartPLS software version 3.02.  The results of this study are that Green human resources management and Green Recruitment do not have a significant influence on employee behavior. Green Recruitment does not mediate the relationship between Green human resources management and employee behavior. Green Training has a positive and significant influence on employee behavior. Green Training mediates the relationship between Green human resources management and employee behavior. Green work engagement does not have a positive and significant influence on employee behavior. Green work engagement does not mediate the relationship between Green human resources management and employee behavior

The type of research used in the study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is customers who have used Telkomsel starter packs at least once in Surakarta City. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The total sample of this study is 150 respondents. This study uses primary data in its preparation. The data collection method used in this study is by distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least (PLS) with SMARTPLS software. The result of this study is that product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

Abstract

By calculating the correct cost of production, the owner can determine the right selling price so that he can optimize the desired profit. The purpose of this study is to recognize and determine how to calculate the appropriate cost of production and cost of goods sold to be applied to Twin Chicken Noodles. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method. The calculation of the selling price produced by Full Costing is Rp. 12,947, there is a price difference of Rp. 947 with the selling price of MSMEs. The calculation of the selling price obtained by variable cost is Rp. 12,892, the difference between the variable cost and the selling price of MSMEs is Rp. 892. The selling price calculated with full cost and variable cost is higher than the selling price of MSMEs. The conclusion of this study is that the calculation of the production HPP carried out by MSMEs, has not reflected the actual situation, so that the cost budget that has been made and the selling price set by MSMEs have not reflected the profit desired by the owner of 50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the variables knowledge sharing, human relations and work enthusiasm on employee perfomance PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices. This type of research uses quantitative methods, collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 118 respondents using total sampling. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance, human relations has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance, and work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance
