Abstract

In today's technological growth, beauty products have become a primary need, especially for women, who are the main targets of the beauty industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of endoser celebrity variables and brand image on cosmetic purchasing decisions at Ms. Glow Marapalam store. Through the questionnaire method with samples using the slovin formula, there were 85 respondents. Meanwhile, the population in this study is consumers who buy skintific products in January-June 2023 at Ms Glow Marapalam Store. On hypothesis testing through the t test (Partial Test) shows the Celebrity Endoser and Brand Image studied proved to significantly influence the Purchase Decision. The results of this study show that endoser celebrities and brand image have a positive and significant influence on cosmetic purchasing Ms Glow in stores Marapalam

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the leadership model on employee motivation at the Banyuasin Regency Education Office. Leadership models have an important role in influencing employee work motivation, which in turn can have an impact on organizational performance and productivity. In this study, the population that is the focus is employees of the Banyuasin Regency Education Office. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The research sample was taken using the purposive sampling method, which involved employees from various levels and work units at the Banyuasin Regency Education Office. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to test the relationship between leadership models and work motivation. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the impact of the leadership model on employee work motivation at the Banyuasin Regency Education Office. The findings of this study are expected to provide input for organizational management in developing effective leadership strategies to increase employee work motivation. In addition, this research can also contribute to further research in the field of leadership and work motivation

Abstract

This study examines the impact of financial access mediation through financial technology on the performance of SMEs in Central Java Province, Indonesia. This study collected 100 SME respondents who had used services on fintech applications, to find out how these financial technology innovations affected SME business performance. The PLS-SEM model was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between fintech and access to finance is positive and significant. These findings also reveal that fintech has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. In addition, the results of further research show that access to financing mediates the relationship between fintech services and SME performance positively and significantly. Therefore, this study concludes that access to financing is an important mechanism in the influence of fintech services on the operational and financial performance of SMEs. The study provides a better understanding of how SMEs can improve their performance by leveraging fintech as a solution to obtain new sources of funding

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of brand image and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) simultaneously on consumer satisfaction in several products. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a type of causal research. The population of this study is Padang State University students who use several products and samples of 97 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling. The results of the research on the Influence of Brand Image and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom) on Customer Satisfaction of Sometinc Cosmetic Products. In Sometinc Products, 1) The Brand Image of Sometinc cosmetic products is considered more positive and good by Padang State University students. 2) E-Wom Sometinc cosmetic products have a great influence on the purchase of products by students of Padang State University. 3) Consumer satisfaction with Sometinc cosmetic products, especially Padang State University students, is quite good

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Hotel Truntum Padang. The variables used in this study include the dependent variable, which is employee performance (Y), and the independent variables, namely work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). The type of this research is quantitative method, data collection through questionnaire distribution to 118 respondents using total sampling technique. By conducting instrument test (validity test and reliability test), assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The study has examined the influence of Brand Attachment, Brand Experience, and Brand Love on the Brand Equity focusing on cosmetic Scarlett brand. This research method is quantitative. This research collected primary data by online questionnaire of 100 respondents were knew about Scarlett whitening products. Data retrieval technique using google form questionnaire data. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. To prove empirically and validate the proposed model it tested by multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that Brand Attachment, Brand Experience and Brand Love have a positive significant to the Brand Equity of Scarlett Whitening products. The importance of research in the beauty and skin care industry is expected to be a reference in the business world of management that can be used to optimize the development of product variations and brand utilization

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of solvency, liquidity, and company size on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The data source used is a secondary data source with data collection techniques through the www.idx.co.id website. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, totaling 15 samples which are manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the solvency, liquidity, and size of the company on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period are relatively low, because the four variables are on a valuation scale of 0.20 – 0.399. The results of the hypothesis test partially show that solvency has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. And the size of the company does not have a significant effect on financial performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is a simultaneous (together) influence between the variables of solvency, liquidity, and company size on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2022 period

Abstract

This study aims: 1. To determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City partially and how much influence it has. 2. To find out the effect of Fashion Involvement on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City partially and how much influence it has. 3. To find out the effect of Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion investment on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City simultaneously and how much influence it has. The research methodology used is with qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study are; 1. Shopping Lifestyle has no effect on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City as evidenced by the calculated value smaller than the ttable value and the magnitude of the effect is only 0.82%. 2. Fashion Involvemen affects Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City as evidenced by the calculated value greater than the ttable value and the magnitude of the influence is 6.34%. 3. Simultaneously, Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion Involvement affect Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City and the magnitude of the influence is 7.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether audit quality, liquidity, profitability and solvency affect the audit opinion of going concern in manufacturing companies in the property and real estate sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2022. This study uses the purposive sampling method, namely by determining the sample by considering certain criteria. The research sample of 15 companies was taken from the pupulation of manufacturing companies in the industrial and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period that have met the criteria that have been determined late. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and data analysis using the multicollinearity uni and logistic regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study are that there is no influence between audit quality, liquidity, profitability and solvency on the audit opinion of going concern in manufacturing companies and property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2022

Abstract

COVID-19 has had four main impacts on MSMEs and the informal sector.First, a decline in sales, second, limited supply  of raw materials, third, difficulty in paying loans, fourth, layoffs of employees, limited sales receipts make informal business actors try to reduce expenses, by reduce the amount of employee salaries.The purpose of this study is to find out how much government policy has an influence  on the resilience of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the city of Serang and to provide suggestions and policies to the government.  The research method used is simple linear regression. The results of this study show that government policies have an effect on  the resilience  of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Serang by 0.673 or 67.3%
