Abstract

The financial services sector is one of the sectors that is very vulnerable to technological turmoil. This will change the business pattern of the financial services industry as a whole. Such as the emergence of technology-based financial companies or financial technology (fintech). The development of financial technology can change the way people conduct financial transactions and quickly turn cash transactions into non-cash. Revolutionary payment methods such as digital wallets will change the way we transact. To make transactions, e-wallets use digital tokens, which can be accessed through mobile devices, computers, or other internet devices. The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of literacy on interest in using digital wallets/e-wallets; ease of transactions for interest in using digital wallets/e-wallets; financial literacy and ease of transactions together on the interest in using digital wallets/e-wallets in the employees of PT SMJ team member sewing line 1-40 building up 1. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of primary data obtained from questionnaire answers. The sampling technique was the Slovin formula with a margin error of 10% obtained by 96 respondents. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The test is assisted by SPSS software. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on Stock Prices. Good Corporate Governance which is proxied with the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee. This research is quantitative using secondary data. The study population consisted of 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2023, with 29 companies taken as a sample over a 4-year period, resulting in a total of 116 sample data. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. Data collection technique with the documentation method from the company's financial statements. The data analysis method was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of the study show that partially, only the variable of the board of directors has a significant effect on the stock price. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance which is proxied with the board of directors, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and Price Earning Ratio has a significant effect on the stock price by 28.5% and while the remaining 71.5% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality (e-service quality) and risk perception on customer loyalty at the Indah Cargo Logistik Jepara Branch delivery service. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 100 respondents was obtained through accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that both e-service quality and risk perception significantly and positively influence customer loyalty. Good electronic service quality and low risk perception encourage customers to be more loyal to Indah Cargo Logistik delivery services. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.724 indicates that 72.4% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by the e-service quality and risk perception variables. This means that these two variables have a fairly strong influence on customer loyalty. The remaining 27.6% of variations in customer loyalty are influenced by other factors not measured in this research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility, profit persistence, timeliness, and systematic risk on earnings response coeffisient. The population used in this study includes all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method according to the criteria that had been determined and 72 samples were obtained. However, 5 samples were outliers, so that the final total of samples after the outlier was 67 samples that could be used in the study. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results showed that the variables of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and systematic risk had an effect on earning response coefficient (ERC), while profit persistence and timeliness had no effect on earning response coefficient (ERC)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of fiscal policy on income inequality in Indonesia in 2011-2022. The object of research used in this study is Indonesia, while the variables used are income inequality as a dependent variable and fiscal policy with social assistance spending instruments and education spending from the expenditure side, as well as regional taxes from the revenue side which move as independent variables. The type of research used is quantitative research with the multiple linear regression analysis method or OLS (Ordinary Least Square) using E-Views 12 software. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the World Bank and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance with a time series data type in the 2011-2022 period. The results of this study show that social assistance expenditure and regional taxes have a negative and significant relationship both partially and simultaneously with income inequality in Indonesia. However, education spending has a positive and insignificant effect on income inequality

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of capital structure, investment decisions, and profitability as mediating variables on company value. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is all food and beverage adapter companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sample of this study uses purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data sources of this research are using primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that the variables of capital structure and profitability have an effect on the value of the company, while the variables of investment decisions have no effect on the value of the company. Capital structure variables and investment decisions affect profitability. The profitability variable cannot mediate the influence of capital structure on the value of the company, and profitability cannot mediate the influence of investment decisions on the value of the company

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media and seller affiliation on brand equity. Data was collected using a questionnaire to 102 MSME samples in Lhokseumawe City and analyzed by multiple linear regression method. The results show that social media and seller affiliation have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on brand equity. Social media has a dominant influence on brand equity with a tcount value of 3.105 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.29007 with a significance level of 0.002. The seller's affiliation also had a significant influence with a tcount value of 12.224 which was greater than the ttable value of 1.29007 with a significance level of 0.002. The simultaneous influence between social media and seller affiliation was also significant with a value of Fcal 93.350 which was greater than the value of Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000. These results show that marketing strategies that are integrated with social media and seller affiliates can increase brand equity

Abstract

Pempek Aisyah is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) that focuses on the production and sale of frozen pempek. This MSME was established in 2018 and is located on Jl. DR Sutomo, Baturaja Lama, South Sumatra. Pempek Aisyah MSMEs have the advantage of packaging materials that are obtained at low prices, thick materials and are not easily torn. However, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs also have a drawback in pempek wrapping, namely using ordinary vacuum plastic without a ziplock feature on the packaging, making consumers feel less effective in restoring the frozen pempek. In addition, the packaging design is less attractive and there is a lack of information on the packaging. The purpose of this research is to overcome the shortcomings in packaging to match consumer desires. If the goal has been achieved, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs will get an even wider market reach. The method used to solve the problem in this study is using the Theory U approach and the SCAMPER method. Theory U is a concept developed by Otto Scharmer, which the company uses to develop a new product and everything is purely based on what the user needs and how the user feels right now. SCAMPER is a technique of thinking with creativity with a team in terms of developing and improving products with techniques for answering seven questions from each SCAMPER letter. Based on research, it was obtained that to overcome these problems, Pempek Aisyah MSMEs design packaging according to customer wishes, namely frozen pempek packaging which has an attractive design, is environmentally friendly, has complete information and makes it easier for customers to use and store products

Abstract

Indonesia, as a tropical country with a significant agricultural sector, is supported by abundant natural resources. Salak fruit is a major commodity in the supply chain involving farmers, small collectors, large collectors, and retailers. Farmers' incomes are low due to various factors. This research aims to increase the income of actors in the salak supply chain in Sumberejo District, Lampung. The analysis methods used include value chain, added value (Hayami), and financial evaluation (NPV, Net B/C Ratio, Gross B/C Ratio, IRR, and Payback Period). In the value chain analysis in Sumberejo District, the main role of actors was identified, with farmers as the key in cultivation. Small collectors collect and deliver fruit, large collectors are responsible for collection, cleaning, and delivery to retailers. This reflects the specific role of each actor in the salak fruit production value chain. The added value varies in the supply chain, where farmers provide the highest value of Rp 20,947/kg with a profit of Rp 5,216/kg, while retailers provide the lowest value of Rp 580/kg with a profit of Rp 480/kg. This difference reflects the economic contribution of each actor. Processing salak fruit into chips, dodol, and sweets provides additional benefits, with salak dodol rated as the most profitable alternative based on financial evaluation. Dodol Salak's investment shows a satisfactory rate of return (IRR 92%), NPV of IDR 13,696,413, Net B/C of 3.97, Gross B/C of 1.23, and Payback Period of 2 years. Abstract

Concrete manufacturing significantly contributes to carbon emissions and large consumption of energy resources. Demand for concrete is increasing in developing countries such as China and India, while in some developed countries demand is stagnant or even declining. Every year, the global concrete industry generates a large amount of waste and uses a huge amount of raw materials. While they can reduce costs and recycle waste, sustainable technologies require efficient internal administration and good expertise. Studies show that the use of raw materials and the percentage of recycled materials affect production costs in the concrete industry, which are influenced by several factors. Improving work performance requires an effective sustainability strategy and knowledge management based on internal knowledge. Although awareness about sustainable methods is widespread, there is still a lack of understanding within the concrete sector in Indonesia. To address this, the industry must expand learning opportunities and adopt sustainable practices. PT Wijaya Karya Beton as the largest concrete manufacturer in Indonesia shows this by using metal waste in sustainable concrete, although there are still some obstacles. Increasing demand through policy and awareness can drive technological improvements and the adoption of sustainable practices. As demand increases, the concrete manufacturing industry is bound to develop the necessary technology to meet that demand
