Abstract

This study is a quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and work-life balance on employee performance through employee engagement mediation at the Hasan Kafrawi Mayong Foundation. The method used was 120 employees and the sample was selected by the saturated sampling technique. The data was collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 4 software. The results show that Self Efficacy and Work-Life Balance have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable. These findings provide important insights for human resource development and performance improvement strategies in organizations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Work Discipline and Quality of Work Relations to Employee Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office with a sample of 32 respondents who were researched using a quantitative method. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be interpreted that Employment Relations partially have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t-test with a significant value of 3.657 > 2.045 in the value of the significance level, 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be interpreted that Employment Relations have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by the T test with a significant value of 4.716 > t table 2.045 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Labor Relations and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Solok City Population and Civil Registration Office. This is evidenced by using the F test with a significant value  of 41.337 > 3.33 and a significant value of 0.000 and this value is much smaller than a (0.05). This can also be seen from the R Square value obtained at 0.740 or 74% and the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the company's financial performance with company size as a moderation variable in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so that 114 samples were obtained that met the research criteria. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that managerial ownership has an effect on the company's financial performance, while institutional ownership has no effect on the company's financial performance. Then the testing of moderation variables showed that the size of the company weakened the influence of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the company's financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-motivation on entrepreneurial interest in students. A quantitative descriptive methodology was used, utilizing purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondents involved in this study were students. This study involved a sample of 101 respondents. The analysis methods used are Descriptive Method and Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS ver.26. Data collection was facilitated through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of Google Form Questionnaires distributed to respondents using a scale range of 1-5 with the criteria of strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree and strongly agree.  The results of the study were obtained that there was a significant influence between self-motivation and entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, in order for the level of self-motivation of students to be interested in entrepreneurship is increasing, Paramadina University Jakarta needs to help its students to develop their hard skills and soft skills through  the career center at Paramadina University. So that students can grow their interest in entrepreneurship, especially among Generation Z

Abstract

This study aims to find out if Earnings Per Share (EPS) & Total Assets can affect Stock Prices. This research is an associative research that uses a quantitative approach with the collection of secondary data contained in the company's financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Company's official website. The population of this study is 95 companies in the Food & Beverage Industry sub-sector that are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the sample of this study is 27 companies with an observation year of 3 years of financial statements so that the total overall sample is 81, sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 Software. This study found that Earnings Per Share (EPS) & Total partially had a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price. Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Total Assets have a simultaneous influence on the Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, free cash flow, and good corporate governance on company value. This type of research includes quantitative research. The population of this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Meanwhile, the sample in this study is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2020-2022 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling, so that 63 samples were obtained that met the research criteria. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of good corporate governance have an effect on the value of the company, while the variables of intellectual capital and free cash flow have no effect on the value of the company

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational support, workload and work conflict on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital. In this research, the type of data used is primary data, primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires, the research population was 53 medical employees. The techniques used in this research are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test) and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation is Y = 11.135 + 0,421X1 - 0,421X2 - 0,500X3 The variables of organizational support, workload, and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital. While partially it shows that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of 0.421 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance value), workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of -0.421 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance), work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Sarah Medan General Hospital with a multiple linear regression coefficient value of -0.500 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 (smaller than the error tolerance value)

Abstract

The data source in this research is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires, with a population of 80,903 MSMEs in Palembang City in 2022. A sample of 100 MSMEs was obtained that implemented an accounting information system using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results were obtained partially. The application of the Accounting Information System (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports (Y). Human Resource Capability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports (Y). The implementation of the Accounting Information System (X1) and Human Resource Capabilities (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or together on the Quality of Financial Reports (Y).

Abstract

This article examines the social dynamics of marriage and divorce in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia, with a focus on economic and cultural perspectives. This study aims to understand how economic factors, such as unemployment, financial instability, and job demands, contribute to the increasing divorce rate. On the other hand, this study also explores how local cultural values, including customary norms, religion, and social pressures, influence marriage and divorce decisions in Banyuwangi society. Through a qualitative approach, this study reveals the complex interactions between economic and cultural factors that shape divorce patterns, as well as their implications for the social structure and resilience of communities in Banyuwangi

Abstract

Firm value is a description of investor confidence in the company through the process of activities for several years, namely when certain conditions have been achieved by a company. This study aims to determine the influence of profitability, leverage, sales growth, firm size, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in this study is non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the IDX in the 2021-2023 period. Sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data analyzed is secondary data data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression.  The results showed that the variables of profitability and leverage had an effect, while sales growth, firm size, and CSR had no effect on firm value
