Bayan lin Naas: Jurnal Dakwah Islam is a scientific publication that efforts to facilitate academic articles and scholarly writings of a number studies in empirical research in the field of Dakwa and Communication. Bayan lin Naas is open to academics, students, researchers, and practitioners who are interested in contributing their thoughts, especially in the field of Dakwa and Communication.The main focus of Bayan lin Naas is on the exploration of dynamics propagation in Islamic proselytizing, studies of communication science, and the development of contemporary media in theoretical realm as well as practical one, especially the scope of local, national, and global. Bayan lin Naas is published twice in a year, in January June and July December in online and printing version, managed by Open Journal system of the Faculty of Dakwah IDIA Prenduan Sumenep. Sub themes and scope in the scientific publications of Bayan lin Naas include: 1. Dakwa and Islamic propagation: a. Studies in the science of dakwa, such as history of dakwa, philosophy of dakwa, and methodology of dakwa, include in culturally, economically, and politically. b. Management of dakwa that related to make a plan and strategy for Islamic proselytizing, Islamic global tourism, and Islamic management and religious tourism. c. Dakwa, especially in the analysis of social and psychological, Islamic counseling, and the relationship between dakwa and socio-cultural studies. 2. Communication science: a. Studies in communication science in general, communication theory, and approaches in communication, interpersonal communication, group communication, and organizational communication. b. Political communication, including the strategies of political communication, political campaigns, political marketing, governance, public policy, and political parties. c. Development of communication, such as the communication planning, communication and contemporary issues, and communication management. d. Communication science in the study of psychology and social culture, include in the field of sociology of communication, psychology of communication, communication and local wisdom, and intercultural communication. e. Media studies, including the scope of journalism, mass communication, mass media management, media content analysis, and new media studies. f. Public Relations (PR), consisting of human relations, corporate social resposibility (CSR), media relations, public affair, marketing communications, and advertising.

Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments affect human attitudes and behavior in carrying out their daily lives. This influence can be seen by the widespread use of the internet both among adults and adolescents. This is not surprising if you see the various functions and benefits that can be obtained through the use of the internet. This can be seen when assessing the internet from the positive side only. However, like the media in general, if viewed from a negative side, some things that are not good for society will be found. Teenagers are one of the many groups of people who use the internet in their daily lives, teenagers who tend to be active and always filled with great curiosity encourage them to continue to cultivate their existence in facing the current digital era. With this unique typology of teenage characters, this research was conducted to find out how teenagers behave in using the internet and how the impact of internet use on teenagers is.From the results of the study it was found that the internet has become a daily need for teenagers with a duration of internet use between 1 to 12 hours. The internet is used to find information, add insight, and communicate with each other.The impacts arising from internet use on adolescents tend to be negative with several field generations in the form of; often forget the time, lazy to study, lack of socializing, calls parents behind, busy being alone, and more concerned with himself when together.

Abstract

One of the most popular and most helpful sharia banking products for customers is financing products such as mortgage products. Pawn products are a superior product in Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang where it has 70% of all financing customers so that it has its own counter which is adjacent to the teller section. Of the large number of mortgage customers, it is certain that the mace team from Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang will find and face several risks. This risk must be minimized by using risk management. In this study, the author will explain how Bank Jatim Syariah implements 5C in risk management of Gold iB Barokah products by using a qualitative research type through a descriptive approach. The results of this study, the authors found the ability and form of success carried out by Bank Jatim Syariah Sampang in empowering its customers and how to analyze new customers to avoid other higher risks through 5C analysis (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition)

Abstract

AbstrakKomunikasi pemasaran adalah salah satu langkah awal untuk memperkenalkan produk di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Selain itu, komunikasi pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk menjaga  dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Penelitian ini  bertujuan Untuk mendeskripsikan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Produk AMDK Bariklana Yang Dilakukan Oleh Kopontren Al-Amien Prenduan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, jenis penelitiannya menggunakan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulannya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada produk AMDK ini adalah dengan memperhatikan hal-hal dalam komunikasi pemasaran seperti menggunakan periklanan dan promosi penjualan. Yaitu mengandalkan alumni, Dari segi kemasan yang membuat pelanggan merasa tertarik untuk mencoba mengkonsumsi air ini, Kemudian rasa yang berbeda dari merek lain, sangat baik bagi kesehatan, hingga menjadi langganan tetap. Bariklana ini juga menetapkan sebuah Harga yang  terjangkau, sehingga masyarakat luas langsung memilih produk ini, dari periklanan yang alumni terapkan yaitu dengan pemberian Banner agen bariklana di setiap outlet yang menjadi agen resmi bariklana, pemostingan Poster bariklana di media sosial yang dimilikinya. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Strategi, Pemasaran

Abstract

Shariah compliance is an indicator that differentiates Islamic banking from conventional banking. Based on the results of Chapra and Ahmad's research, it proves that shariah compliance has an effect on customer interest. This study uses a qualitative method with a type of field research that uses analytical descriptive. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: (1) There are two kinds of indicators of shariah compliance, namely: first, administrative indicators which contain: 1. Contracts, 2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), 3. Financial reports, 4. Shariah Opinion, 5. Marketing. Second, the principle indicators which include: 1. Free of Riba, 2. Free of maisir, 3. Free of gharar. (2) the evaluation of the construction of shariah compliance on UJKS Anuqayah murabahah financing generally meets shariah compliance. However, UJKS Anuqayah does not complete the shariah opinion indicator.

Abstract

AbstrakTingginya tingkat body dissatistifaction yang banyak dialami oleh perempuan, perlu adanya kajian yang mendalam dalam mengatasi masalah terebut. Perempuan yang mengalami body dissatisfaction akan memiliki harga diri yang rendah, menderita gangguan makan dan depresi. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan cara menggunakan cognitive behavior therapy. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengatahui efektivitas cognitive behavior therapy dalam mengatasi Body Dissatisfaction.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitain kuantitatif dengan experimental design subjek tunggal, maka subjek penelitian ini adalah satu perempuan yang mengalami body dissatisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavior Therapy berpengaruh dalam menurunkan tingkat body dissatisfaction yang dialami subjek, Hal itu dilihat dari persentase overlap sebesar 0% pada perbandingan A1/A2 dan B1/B2. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Cognitive Behavior Therapy efektif terhadap perempuan yang memiliki kecenderungan body dissatisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Every human must have a dream of having a happy family. A happy god-endowed family, in contrast to the things damned by God, is a divorce between the two domestic partners. In this case, the researcher is very interested in a problem that often occurs in society: divorce. Divorce is rife in early marriages or marriages performed by a pair of underage humans. Early marriage is a marriage that is carried out in adolescence or a transition period and is not old enough or not ready to marry The Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 sets the age limit for sacred marriage, namely a 19-year-old man and a 16-year-old woman. From the researcher's initial observation that in Saronggi village there were many Early Marriage Divorces, researchers were interested in making observations in Saronggi Village. In this case, researchers also use a Qualitative (field) Case Study approach so that more data can be obtained from researchers about the occurrence of Early Marriage Divorce in KUA Saronggi. This study aimed to find out which strategy was used by KAU Saronggi extension workers to anticipate a Marriage Divorce for Brides Who Marry Early. The results of this study are; First, the implementation of cognitive counseling as a preventive measure against divorce from both partners. Second, mental counseling to waiting is a curative effort toward the thinking patterns of both partners.

Abstract

AbstrakKeberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat ditentukan dari tingkat peningkatan kinerja karyawannya. Tingkat kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di perusahaan dan tingkat motivasi berprestasi di kalangan karyawan. Budaya organisasi berisi sistem nilai, keyakinan, asumsi, dan norma yang telah diterapkan di perusahaan. Di sisi lain, motivasi berprestasi adalah tujuan untuk mencapai prestasi yang dipertahankan oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Marinal Indoprima. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Marinal Indoprima, total 51 responden. Metode analisis data adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kuantitatif ditemukan bahwa: 1) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Marinal Indoprima. 2) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Marinal Indoprima. 3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Marinal Indoprima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin meningkat budaya organisasi dan motivasi berprestasi maka semakin tinggi pula pengaruhnya terhadap kinarja karyawan.

Abstract

Financing is one that is really needed by the community to meet their needs, one of which is the financing contained in the BMT NU pragaan branch, namely congregation-based service financing (LASISMA), this financing uses the Al qordhul Hasan contract and customers or partners increase every year. In this study, researchers describe. How is the implementation of congregation-based service financing (LASISMA) in the pragaan sub-district customer business at the Pragaan branch of BMT NU, the researcher also describes what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in congregation-based service financing (LASISMA) at the Pragaan branch of NU BMT. The result of this research is a congregation-based service financing scheme (LASISMA) in increasing business. customers, the BMT groups members of at least 5 and a maximum of 20 members, then BMT provides basic education and conducts surveys, makes letters of recommendation and monitors the customer's business. Factors that become obstacles and supports in financing LASISMA are the existence of groups that also offer similar financing to LASISMA, namely in the form of groups, and also the customer's lack of understanding in managing their business. And one of the supporting factors is the ease of getting financing and installments.

Abstract

Prima savings products with prizes have liquid fund benefits where customers can withdraw their funds, safe, convenient and profitable. This is in accordance with the existing theory where, the pricing strategy offers a fairly high percentage of profit sharing even equivalent to deposits. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how the marketing strategy of Tabungan Prima Berhadiah in attracting customers to make savings using Tabungan Prima Berhadiah. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep in increasing customer interest in saving is to determine the target market, cross-selling, mouth to mouth, and utilize technology networks.

Abstract

Abstract:Magazines are one of the print media that can be used to convey da'wah messages and invite readers to return to the straight path and stay away from everything that can make them negligent. The discussion of the world of da'wah today cannot be separated from the community environment as an object of da'wah and using print media as part of da'wah and one example is An-Nisa' magazine. The writing of this thesis uses a content analysis method using a qualitative approach as a research procedure that obtains descriptive data in the form of written words or writings from observable people and actors. The purpose of this study was to find out about the contents of the message of da'wah contained in the opinion rubric of An-Nisa' magazine in the March 2020 edition. The results of the study indicate that the message of da'wah contains the meaning of all questions in the form of a set of symbols whose meaning comes from the Qur'an and sunnah in the form of messages of aqidah, sharia and morals that explain the relationship between humans and God and human relations with humans and have good character. according to Islamic law in order to create a peaceful life. All of this is conveyed to invite people, both individuals and groups through oral and written media, to follow Islamic teachings and be able to apply them in life, and aim to get a good life in this world and in the here after.
