.Rattan commodity are commodities who could be developed. Cluster Strategies used to develop small and medium Industry Rattan in Padang city in order to have the competitiveness and becomes a formidable industry. This study examines the factors of cluster strategies are influential on the development of the industry significantly. Those factors include: internal networks and partnerships, entrepreneurship, skills management, availability of the physical infrastructure, the quality of local government support, the quality of the support of large companies, research and development, quality support the association of industry and commerce, financial/access to business financing, availability of transportation services, and access marketing output. The object of the research was a small rattan industry cluster Padang city which is located in the Tanah Sirah Pitameh sub district of Lubuk Begalung Gadut, and Bandar Buat Padang. The research of using primary data i.e. field observations, interviews and questionnaires as well as the spread of secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. To answer the issue raised was used the method of multiple regression analysis. The results of field research through the dissemination of the close questionnaire and open questionnaire. There are 10 influential variables are not significantly while the influential financial variables significantly to the success of the rattan industry development.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, sales growth and asset structure on capital structure. In this study, 10 companies in the textile and garment sub-sector are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market of Directory) from 2012 to 2016. In this study two categories of variables were used, the first dependent variable was the capital structure. Both independent variables consist of company size, sales growth and asset structure, the process of testing hypotheses is done using panel regression analysis and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the size of the company and the structure of the assets had no effect on the capital structure of the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while sales growth had a positive effect on the capital structure of textile and garment sub-sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract: The study has purpose to analyze the effect of privacy and security on the intention to use LinkAja’s payment financial technology. Primary data needed and distribute questionnaire through google form. The sampling technique is simple random sampling with a total sample of one hundred and thirty-six respondents. This study using the Smart PLS program include: measurement model assessment (MMA), descrptive analysis, and structural model assessment (SMA). Results show, it can be conclude that privacy does have a positive effect on intentions to use payment financial technology, and also, security has a positive effect on intentions to use payment financial technology for SMEs’ Padang.Keywords: Privacy, Security, Intention to Use Payment FintechAbstrak : Studi ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh privasi dan keamanan terhadap niat memakai payment financial technology LinkAja. Data primer dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner melalui google formulir. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dengan jumlah total sampel seratus tiga puluh enam responden. Penelitian ini memakai program Smart PLS meliputi: measurement model assessment (MMA), analisis deskriptif dan structural model assessment (SMA). Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa privasi berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memakai payment financial technology, dan keamanan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap niat memakai payment financial technology pada UMKM Padang.Kata Kunci: Privasi, Keamanan, Niat Memakai Payment Fintech

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan klaster industri, yaitu pemasaran produk, keuangan usaha dan dukungan pemerintah daerah. Objek penelitian adalah Industri kecil rotan Kota Padang yang berlokasi di Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui instansi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dikemukakan digunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka, variabel keuangan usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengembangan industri rotan. Kata kunci : Pemasaran produk, keuangan usaha, dukungan pemerintah

This study examine about income smoothing in subsector security company of finance companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. Also examine the influence of company size, financial leverage and net profit margin to income smoothing. Eckel index and multiple regession is used to determine the income smoothing practice. Population of this research are security company are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Samples were determined by the census methods, with 9 companies. The hypothesis use fixed effect model (FEM)and multiple regression to examine the influence of size of the company, financial leverage and net profit margin to income smoothing practice with using Eviews 8.The result of this study showed that financial leverage affects significantly to income smoothing. Size of company and net profit margin does not affect significantly to to income smoothing. Keywords : Size Of The Company, Financial Leverage, Net Profit Margin, And Income Smoothing.

Rattan commodity in Padang city, including commodity most likely to be developed. With its potential industrial development aimed at strengthening competitiveness through competitive advantages. The strategy used to develop the small industry rattan in Padang city in order to have a competitive edge is SWOT analysis and using the right strategy for businesses rattan industry. The object of research is small rattan Industry, located in Tanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota PadangTanah Sirah Kelurahan Pitameh Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang and institutions related. This study uses primary data, field observations, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through agencies associated with the research. The analysis was performed by using a SWOT analysis. The result is obtained that rattan industry Padang from the internal side of strength greater than weakness, while on the external side of the existing opportunities greater than the treatness. Rattan industry Padang city were the first quadrant which means that this position indicates that the rattan industry in the city of Padang strong and likely to grow. ABSTRACTThis study empirically analyses financial characteristics, namely the influence of economic knowledge of financial, attitudes, and financial experience on financial management behavior in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekanbaru, Riau. This research is a quantitative study, and this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was SMEs in Pekanbaru, Riau. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. After conducting the questionnaire distribution, the sample obtained was 131 questionnaires. Data processing and analysis using SEM-PLS analysis are processed using Smart-PLS software assistance. The study results show that financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and financial experience positively affect financial management behavior.Keywords: Financial Management Behavior, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Financial Experience, SMEs

Business performance and business sustainability are crucial for business owners to achieve their targets. The business performance and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) contribute positively to the country's economy. When compared to large companies, MSMEs employ the most people. MSMEs more significantly influence the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth or development. MSMEs are the backbone of a nation's economy, increasing employment possibilities. The worst issue is the decline in annual sales and potential economic headwinds brought on by dropping commodity prices. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial management, and financial technology on business performance and the sustainability of MSMEs in Sumatra. This study was designed using a quantitative approach and questionnaire survey of MSME owners in Sumatra, Indonesia. A simple random sampling technique is used. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM). The validity, reliability test, statistical descriptive, and multiple regression tests were conducted. Financial literacy and technology affect business performance; meanwhile, financial management does not. Furthermore, the result shows financial literacy and management affect business sustainability. Financial technology does not affect the sustainability of MSMEs.

The study aims to find out is there any influence of Return On asset On Firm Value with Capital Structure as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Sub Sector Food and Beverage Industry Needs registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2022. Data used in study this secondary data from report annual companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2015-2022. As for the sample obtained is as many as 30 samples with use method purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study indicate that: There is influence between the Return On Asset on Firm Value seen at (10,233 > 2,006) with a significant value <0,05 (0,000 < 0,050). There is effect of Return on Asset and Capital Structure on Firm Value where seen at (7,450 > 3,172). Capital Structure is not proven as a moderating variable between the return on asset and the Firm Value Whose a significant value (0,201 > 0,050). There R Square determination coeeficient of influence of the Return on Asset on Firm Value moderated by Capital Structure is 21,9 or 22%.

Information system used at Bung Hatta University uses Digital Campus, one of the applications is E-Lecturer Performance . E- Performance Applications Lecturer designed For manage related data academic covers teaching , research , supporting , PKM, journals, proceedings , books , IPR and recognition use technology computer . Quality information system helps give satisfaction for University And lecturers in improving Power compete , give mark plus for University. To measure success something The Lecturer E-Performance application that already exists on the Bung Hatta University website and has been used by lecturers, needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of success of the application by apply model of success Delone And McLean , the analysis method used is descriptive analysis which is based on the actual scores from respondents' answers, while the number of samples used was 95 respondents. The results explain that the application as a whole has a very good running system quality with a score of 95.01%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis results from 10 hypotheses, there are 6 hypotheses accepted and 4 hypotheses rejected and the role of mediating variables can be partial and full mediation so that the findings from this research are that system quality has a very significant effect on user satisfaction
