Abstract

The goal to be achieved through this research is to identify the factors that cause delays in the commuter train journey across Bogor-Manggarai Jakarta. The research question is why there is a delay in the journey of the Jakarta Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi Commuter Train crossing Bogor-Manggarai. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze timeliness. With the number of informants taken as many as 12 informants consisting of five people from regulators, five people from operators, one expert in the field of railways and users of commuter train of Jakarta Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi. From the measurement results, it was found that the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi Commuter Train was still experiencing delays, due to follow-ups and cross-changes in the operation pattern of the Jakarta Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi Commuter Train which was still mixed with long-distance and freight trains, the construction of the Manggarai station as part of the Double Double Track project, the signaling system at the station. Manggarai also underwent changes and there were speed restrictions at Manggarai Station. Recommendations are to complete the construction of the Manggarai and Jatinegara stations which are useful for separating inter-city and urban rail travel, updating the signaling system on the crossing between Bogor Station-Manggarai Station and City Station which is now 30 years old, handling and improving level crossings with coordinate with related units.

Abstract

The effect of service quality and facilities on user satisfaction of JABODETABEK Commuter Line Train. The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of service quality and facilities on user satisfaction of Jabodetabek commuter line trains. The method used in this research is quantitative research which is descriptive and verification in nature. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and literature study. While the data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, path analysis, t test and F test using SPSS.23.0. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, purposive sampling type. The number of users sampled is a population of 336,045 passengers with a 5% MOE at a 95% confidence level based on the Isaac & Michael formula is S = 348 samples. According to analysis carried out it can be concluded quality of service effect amounted to 38.00% on user satisfaction Commuter Line, influential facilities for 40.30% of the Commuter Line user satisfaction and jointly quality of service and facility has an influence of 78.30% on Commuter Line Train user satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the steps that need to be taken by the management of PT. KAI is to make efforts to further improve the quality of Commuter Line Train user satisfaction through improving the quality of service (Service Quality) and facilities (Facility / infrastructure).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and develop employee performance measurement using the Human Resources Scorecard approach. This performance measurement is to determine the level of success of the Human Resources Division's strategy which has been measured using the Key Performance Indicator / Performance Appraisal by PT Matahari Department Store Ciputra Cibubur. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this study, a strategic map for the Human Resources division was designed and the success indicators of each strategic objective and performance measurement of human resources were identified using the "Human Resource Scorecards" method based on the Cal Hierarchy Process (CHP) analysis tool. The results of this study recommend a strategy map and human resource assessment card for each objective strategy to the Human Resources division at PT Matahari Department Store Ciputra Cibubur, so that performance assessment can be easier.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitments on Army Unit Title in Land Border Areas. The methodology used in this study is hypothetical testing causality using cross sectional, hypothesis testing is a method of decision making that is based on data analysis of controlled and uncontrolled experiments on the Army Unit Title in the Border Area. The population numbered 465 people with a sample of 160 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and PLS. The model proposed in this study shows the direct and indirect effects of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment. Future research must study other variables that influence the influence of Organizational Performance such as job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture. This research shows that Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View and Organizational Commitment affect Organizational Performance both directly and indirectly. This research is a useful tool to improve Organizational Performance through enhancing Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View and Organizational Commitments. This research model refines the overall understanding that there are direct and indirect effects of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Strategic Human Resources Competency and Logistic Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Strategic Leadership. The methodology used in this study is explanatory research with hypothesis testing to test the seven hypotheses proposed in the study and the population and sample are 180 who serve in Koarmada I. Data collection uses questionnaires and technical data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of hypothesis testing and the discussion in the previous chapter, in general the conclusion is that there are Strategic Human Resources Competence, Logistics Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Strategic Leadership This study shows that Strategic Human Resources Competency and Logistics Management on Organizational Performance are mediated by Strategic Leadership either directly or indirectly. This research is a useful tool to improve Organizational Performance by increasing Strategic Human Resources Competency and Logistics Management and Strategic Leadership. This research model refines the overall understanding that there are direct and indirect effects of Strategic Human Resources Competence, Logistics Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Strategic Leadership.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of strategic planning and personnel competence on organizational performance mediated by compliance management at the material feasibility service within the Ministry of Defense and the TNI. The method used in this research is hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square 3.0. The respondent population of this research is material feasibility inspectors who have competence and work in the Ministry of Defense and TNI. Sampling with non-probability sampling method and is a saturated sampling with a total of 50 respondents. The results showed that strategic planning had a significant but insignificant effect on organizational performance, while personnel competence had a significant effect on organizational performance. The mediating role of compliance management has a positive and significant impact on the strategic planning relationship on organizational performance. The results also show that compliance management has a positive and significant influence on the relationship between personnel competence and organizational performance. The variable that has the greatest influence on organizational performance after being mediated by Compliance management is personnel competence. The results of this study provide insight for the organization's material feasibility, in order to improve compliance management so as to improve organizational performance. The novelty in this study is to add to the role of compliance management as a mediating variable in the relationship between strategic planning and organizational performance, and in the relationship between personnel competence and organizational performance. The implication of this research is aimed at helping improve the performance of government organizations in this case the feasibility organization within the Ministry of Defense and the TNI which is tasked with ensuring the safety of personnel and material when defense materials are operated, then compliance management must be fully complied with by personnel at all levels within the organization. The limitation of the research is that it only involves two elements of strategic management, namely strategic planning and personnel competence that affect organizational performance, this becomes an opportunity for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment to MSMEs in Majalengka. The methodology used in this study is causality hypothetical testing using cross sectional, hypothesis testing is a method of decision making based on data analysis from controlled and uncontrolled experiments on SMEs in Majalengka. The population is 6,376 people with a sample of 377 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and PLS The model proposed in this study shows the direct and indirect effect of Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment. Future research should study other variables that influence the influence of UMKM Performance such as marketing, access to capital, entrepreneurial abilities, human resources, financial knowledge and business plans. This research shows that Management Information System and Knowledge Management as well as Organizational Commitment affect MSME Performance either directly or indirectly. This research is a useful tool to improve MSME Performance through improving Management Information System and Knowledge Management as well as Organizational Commitment. This research model purifies the overall understanding that there is a direct and indirect influence of the Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and provide input to the outside world that real thoughts are needed for educational staff in an institution that works. So far, educational staff in a campus institution differ in their salary, as an illustration that there is a campus that provides salaries to education staff in a large range with the educational standards of undergraduate graduates according to the needs of the positions on campus. The method used is to obtain case data in reality received by education personnel who work in campus institutions. The results of the study require good follow-up thinking using quantitative methods by looking for other variables that influence each other and qualitative methods that provide good results from informants, finished data, or comparing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision variable (X) on employee performance variable (Y) PT. Indo Suharjaya/Narma Toserba, and this study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data sources used consisted of primary data, namely data obtained directly from research respondents through questionnaires, interviews, observations. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Indo Suharjaya/Narma Toserba Padurenan has as many as 70 employees, the research method used is descriptive statistical analysis method with Likert scale method. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS version 21. The results of this study 1) this correlation coefficient indicates that there is a relationship between supervision and employee performance of 0.716 with a significant level of 0.000. This means that supervision has a positive relationship with employee performance with a strong correlation degree at PT. Indo Suharjaya/Narma Padurenan Department Store. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that the supervisory variable has a significant effect on employee performance because the tcount (8.462) > t table (1.666) then the supervision variable has an effect on employee performance. Analysis of the coefficient of determination. The adjusted R-Square value obtained is 0.513, indicating about 51.3% of the influence of supervision on employee performance while the remaining 0.48.7 indicates that around 48.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prevent turnover and the key to improving performance management in a multinational company. Employee engagement is believed will enable the success for a company through several people factor such as employee performance, productivity, work safety, attendance and retention, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, to profitability. Employee performance is one of the benefits that is resulted from a high employee engagement. Factors that affect employee engagement: Work Environment (work environment), Leadership (leadership), Team and Co-worker (team and co-worker relations), Training and Career Development (training and career) Compensation (compensation), Organizational Policies, procedures, structures and systems (organizational policies, procedures, structures, and systems), Workplace well-being (work welfare). This research method is a literature study by comparing several existing theories, previous research, and interviews with several sources in several multinational companies. The findings are still high in the company's annual turnover rate. From this research, it can be concluded that employee engagement programs must be carried out regularly in a company organization so that employees are loyal to management.
