Abstract

The purposes of this study are determine whether service quality is related to customer satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive with a questionnaire as a data source. The population in this study is the number of consumers who buy basic necessities for 3 months totaling 590 people. The sample in this study was 85 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample based on chance, namely anyone who coincidentally met a researcher who was buying goods which was used as a sample. The analytical tool in this research is simple linear regression. The next stage of the questionnaire data was analyzed by simple linear regression assisted by the SPSS version 17 computer program. The results showed that based on the results of the correlational test the relationship between the service quality variable (X) and customer satisfaction (Y) was 0.244 because the two variables had a significance value greater than 0.05, namely (0.012 > 0.05), then the relationship was stated not linear and it can be concluded that the quality of service (X) with customer satisfaction (Y) there is no linear relationship. Meanwhile, based on the service quality variable test (X), the t-count value is 2293 and the t-table is 0.05 (df=99) with a significance level of 0.024; Thus, t count > t table (2293 > 0.179), but because the significance is greater than 0.05 (0.024 > 0.05), the first hypothesis (H1) is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that service quality (X) has positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction (Y).

The research used is a quantitative method using survey methods through distributing questionnaires to e-farming actors/users at PTPN X. Survey research is research conducted on large and small populations, but the data studied are 352 samples from the population. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The calculation results show that there is a positive and significant effect on the implementation of e-farming on supply chain performance. This means that to improve Supply Chain Performance, it is necessary to increase the role of the application of E-Farming technology, especially application tools can be developed to increase the effectiveness of the company's business processes.

Abstract

This research is intended to improve the performance of oil palm fertilization by examining the fertilizer procurement process. The research design that will be carried out in this study is based on the problems studied using descriptive analysis methods. Measurement of priority risk using FMEA and formulation of mitigation strategies using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) by collecting data through observation, questionnaires with stakeholders who have expertise in their respective fields at the research site. One of the plantation crops that are widely cultivated by large plantation companies is oil palm. The moratorium on oil palm plantation permits for the addition of new land for 3 years encourages companies to increase crop productivity on existing plantation lands, one of which is fertilization. Constraints experienced in fertilizing on mature plants are the incompatibility of the fertilizer applied to the planned one. So that the increase in fertilization performance can be done through improvements in the procurement process. The purpose of this research is to study the risk priorities in the planning process to the acceptance of fertilizers in the procurement of fertilizers. The results showed that the priority risk of fertilizer procurement planning is that the budget availability is not in accordance with the recommendations (RPN 27), the supplier selection process is the announcement of the old tender (RPN 18), the dropping/delivery process is a late contract signed (RPN 18), the acceptance process is that the fertilizer is accepted. past the time period (RPN 18). The criteria are fertilizer procurement planning, supplier selection, fertilizer delivery and fertilizer receipts with successive values of 0.575, 0.214, 0.134, 0.077. The alternatives are ensuring budget adequacy, adding fertilizer suppliers, improving communication between fertilizer providers and users, determining the timing of fertilizer application, increasing the frequency of fertilizer quality inspections and using information technology in fertilization. Improving the performance of fertilizer procurement can be done with three main strategies, namely improving the budgeting system, improving procurement documents, selecting suppliers with a multi-winner system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the determination of port facilities and container flow growth mediated by spatial regulation toward the development of Makassar Port in the South Sulawesi province. The main problem of Makassar Port is the capacity of wharf and terminal container yard Hatta which has been almost in the optimal condition due to the limited port land which is in the center of Makassar City and has not been integrated with the transportation modes in the port area. This research uses the path analysis, with sample as many as 133 persons from Makassar Main Port Authority Office, Local Government of Makassar City, Pelabuhan Indonesia IV, and Makassar Container Terminal as well as Port Directorate of Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The result of this research states that there is no determination of Spatial Regulation which neither strengthens nor weakens the relationship between Port Facilities and Port Development. It is expected that the preparation of Regional Spatial Plan pays attention to the need for space to build port facilities by providing a space for port development. The unavailability of space will force the optimization of port facilities in the existing port and become a negative determination to the need for port development. It needs coordination with the Local Government so that the spatial regulation supports the development of Makassar Port.

Abstract

Net Asset Value (NAV) is the rational market value of a mutual fund's securities and other assets with fewer liabilities. Net Asset Value can be used as a benchmark in monitoring the results of a mutual fund. Mutual fund results and performance cannot be separated from various internal and external factors. This study purposes to analyze the character of IHSG/ IDX Composite in mediating the effect of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on the equity mutual funds’ NAV in Indonesia during the period of 2015-2019. This study benefits panel data with path analysis techniques by using the Smart PLS. The results show that inflation influences negatively and insignificantly on Equity Mutual Funds’ NAV. IDX Composite has negative and insignificant effect on Equity Mutual Funds’ NAV, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate have the positive and significant influence on Equity Mutual Funds’ NAV. The value of the coefficient of determination is 49.8%, which means how much the Equity Funds’ NAV can be explained by Inflation, IDX Composite, and Rupiah Exchange Rate. Moreover, the remaining 50.2% is effected by other variables.
