Abstract

This research is consist of the concepts of how do the consumer involvement, consumer innovativeness, brand parity and brand loyalty could affecting the price sensitivity. Questionaires were used as the research instruments to the 150 of people who wearing shoes with brand “ABC” in Jakarta with using purposive sampling method and cross sectional data. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis system was applied with AMOS software to hypothesized the empirical data. The result shows that there is a significant effect of the consumer involvement to the consumer innovativeness positively that can affecting to the price sensitivity negatively. Brand parity hypothesized proven that it has affected price sensitivity positively and so brand loyalty affecting the price sensitivity negatively. For further research, it’s recommended to extend more objects of study than shoes and add more other variables which are not include in this research.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization and the Covig 19 pandemic, it is not only product innovation and brand image that need attention, but how a product is known by the public, especially millennials, thereby increasing their buying interest. This research was conducted to analyze the highest influence of Instagram, Product Innovation and Brand Image on Purchase Intention. The location chosen in this research is South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive correlation which explains the effect of all variables on buying interest. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Instagram is greater than product innovation and brand image of culinary products for millennials during the current Covid 19 pandemic in South Jakarta. It is hoped that the results of this research can be useful for culinary SMEs and other small culinary actors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitments on Army Unit Title in Land Border Areas. The methodology used in this study is hypothetical testing causality using cross sectional, hypothesis testing is a method of decision making that is based on data analysis of controlled and uncontrolled experiments on the Army Unit Title in the Border Area. The population numbered 465 people with a sample of 160 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and PLS. The model proposed in this study shows the direct and indirect effects of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment. Future research must study other variables that influence the influence of Organizational Performance such as job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture. This research shows that Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View and Organizational Commitment affect Organizational Performance both directly and indirectly. This research is a useful tool to improve Organizational Performance through enhancing Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View and Organizational Commitments. This research model refines the overall understanding that there are direct and indirect effects of Strategic Planning and Budgeting and Resources Based View on Organizational Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment to MSMEs in Majalengka. The methodology used in this study is causality hypothetical testing using cross sectional, hypothesis testing is a method of decision making based on data analysis from controlled and uncontrolled experiments on SMEs in Majalengka. The population is 6,376 people with a sample of 377 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Path Analysis and PLS The model proposed in this study shows the direct and indirect effect of Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance Mediated by Organizational Commitment. Future research should study other variables that influence the influence of UMKM Performance such as marketing, access to capital, entrepreneurial abilities, human resources, financial knowledge and business plans. This research shows that Management Information System and Knowledge Management as well as Organizational Commitment affect MSME Performance either directly or indirectly. This research is a useful tool to improve MSME Performance through improving Management Information System and Knowledge Management as well as Organizational Commitment. This research model purifies the overall understanding that there is a direct and indirect influence of the Management Information System and Knowledge Management on MSME Performance mediated by Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The objectives of this paper seek to know how sustainability concept and implementation of the retail industry in Indonesia based on sustainability theoretical framework. The research was conducted in Jakarta (Indonesia), the survey was carried out on the basis of questionnaire that was used as a support during the interviews. A total of 137 Indonesia retail enterprises were involved in the research. The results achieved highlight, how CSR does make business sense in Indonesia context. This process calls for new forms of collaboration involving firms along the supply chain, local authorities, the international player and civil society. The conclusion of this research how CSR become a mandatory requirement for access to the International market, transform itself into a new type of technical barrier to trade. CSR need to be fostered rather than imposed through the creation of innovative partnership and locally rooted solution

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership on Islamic Motivation Entrepreneurship and the indirect effect of Islamic Leadership on Performance Islamic Business with Islamic Motivation Entrepreneurship as a mediating variable for Muslim women  entrepreneurs in Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative method. Research respondents are IWAPI Muslim women entrepreneurs in Jakarta with a sample size of 354 Muslim entrepreneurs. Sample is non probability sampling  by using purposive  sampling. Data is collected using questionnaire and   methods analysed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was influence of Islamic Leader on Islamic Business Performance either directly or indirectly through Islamic Motivation Entrepreneurship as mediation. Furthermore there is a positive influence of Islamic Leadership on Islamic Motivation Entrepreneurship; and there is a positive influence of Islamic Motivation Entrepreneurship on Islamic Business Performance.

Abstract

A good corporate image serves as an effective strategy in winning the competition with other businesses of the same type. Leading companies who wish to keep their status should always keep service quality mind. It has to be an absolute concem as the organization does not only have to face the competitors but also the customers who continuously change, vary, and are aware of their needs. Therefore, continuous enhancement of service quality has to be pro- vided. This study is aimed at 1) determining the service quality level of public hospital, form the patient perspective; 2) determining influence of service quality on corporate image. Service quality is measured in six dimensions know as servqual technique. The six dimensions serve as Tangibility (x1), Reliability (x2), Responsiveness (x3), Assurance (x4). Empathy (x5), Accesibitity and Affordability (X6). The research was conducted at the regional publichospital, with sampling was done by convenience random sampling technique obtain respondents. Gap analysis was used by comparing performance and expectation, while regression analy- sis was used by the inter-variable relationship of the hypothesis. In conclusion, the result of this study support some theories developed by the Parasuraman (Servqual), Brown (Cus- tomer Satisfaction/Revenue Enhancement Models) and Elhaitammy (Service Excellence). Furthermore, this confims the hypothesis that significant influence is evident quality on the corporate image.

Abstract

Consumers term divide in two sections, they are the consumer innovator and "the market maven". The former are eager buyers of new products ; the second are especially knowledgeable about shopping and buying. The present studyexamined the relationship between these two constructs as part of a nomological regression analysis. We used data from 150 consumer of buying new hand phone in Cempaka Mas Mall, Centre of Jakarta to test hypothesized relationship among scores on the market maven scale and a measure ofinnovativeness with opinion leadership. The analysis showed positive correlations among the measure, but there is clear evidence that the consumer innovator and market maven concepts are separate and distinct. The measure of consumer innovativeness predicted the behavioral criteria better than the market maven scale did. Both concepts may be important to manager development as they develop strategies fora new products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between job stress instructors who are working in training center unit of PT. Bank ABC.Tbk with the types of personality, personal role's conflict and interest in education. The dependent variable of this study is job stress and independent variables are the types of personality, personal role's conflict and interest in education. This study was conducted in training centre unit of who are working in the unit of PT. Bank ABC.Tbk. They are holders of Tbk by carrying out a survey of 30 (thirty) instructors 30 educational disciplines who were selected randomly. Time period of this study was from Februedial correlation and i degrees from undergraduate studies (Strata-1) of various to March 2005 and data analyzed through simple regression multiple regressions. The research findings are as follows: (1). there is a positive correlation between tynoe correlation between personal role's conflict and job stress. (2). there is a positive Correlation between personal roles conflict and job stress, (3). but there is no significant correlation between interest in education and job stress. Furthermore, (4). there is positive correlation between types of personality and personal role's conflict towards job stress. in conclusion of this research that job stress instructors who are working in training center unit of PT. Bank ABC.Tbk can be affected by the types of personality and personal role's conflict.

Abstract

Proses menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses dapat diwujudkan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan terus diasah. Dengan adanya kompetensi yang dimiliki seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuan individu akan berpengaruh pada keberhasilan wirausaha. Salah satu cara menjadi wirausaha yang sukses adalah pengelolaan diri, mengetahui potensi diri dan keterampilan yang dimiliki diri sendiri. Pengelolaan diri itulah yang kita sebut dengan tindakan manajemen. Sebuah kata manajemen memiliki makna yang cukup dalam yaitu dimulai dari kita menetapkan rencana yang ingin dicapai.
