Abstract

Financial statements are essential for assessing the financial health and performance of a company, serving as a key tool for management to provide relevant and accurate business information to stakeholders. The main component of financial statements is the company's profit, which plays an important role in evaluating management's performance in asset management and operations. This information is critical for internal and external parties, such as shareholders, creditors, and investors, who rely on earnings data for decision-making and strategy development. Earnings are generally recorded as the difference between revenues and expenses, with net income and earnings per share as commonly used measures. Accurate and consistent earnings reporting, supported by transparent accounting standards, is fundamental to informed decision-making. This study explores the impact of financial ratios on earnings growth in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2023. The pharmaceutical sector, with its unique characteristics and challenges, such as dependence on research and development (R&D) and government regulations, exhibits different dynamics compared to other industries. Previous research has mostly focused on the manufacturing and services sectors, with limited research on the pharmaceutical sector. This study aims to fill this gap by examining the relationship between financial ratios, such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Gross Profit Margin (GPM), to earnings growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Life Balance, Training Programs, Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Juanindo Perkasa. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 124 employees of PT Juanindo Perkasa. The research sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.10 totaling 56 people. The data collection technique used was questionnaire observation. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical techniques including descriptive analysis, verification analysis, determination coefficient analysis and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study showed that Work Life Balance had a significant effect on employee performance, Training Programs had a significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment had a significant effect on employee performance, and Work Life Balance, Training Programs, Work Environment together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study looks at the effects of firm size, debt to asset ratio, return on assets, and current ratio on price to book value in consumer cyclicals companies in the apparel and luxury goods subsector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015 and 2023. This study used a quantitative technique that is both descriptive and verifying. Secondary data was used, and quantitative data in the form of financial statements (annual reports) from the 2015–2023 annual reports of Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies in the Apparel and Luxury Goods Subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were used for data collection. According to the research's limited test results, the Price to Book Value is unaffected by the Current Ratio. Book value is unaffected by return on assets. The debt-to-asset ratio has no effect on price to book value, whereas firm size has a negative impact. The current ratio, return on assets, debt-to-asset ratio, and firm size all significantly affect price to book value, either separately or in combination, according to the simultaneous test research.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has had a significant impact on the growth of social networks. In today's digital era, social networks have become one of the main components that prioritize interaction between individuals. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Discounts, Live Streaming Selling, and Online Customer Reviews on Purchase Decisions for The Originote Skincare Products (Study on the Shopee Marketplace). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, the sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling with a sample using the Cochran formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that Discounts and Live Streaming Selling have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, while Online Customer Reviews do not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Simultaneously contributing 57.6% While the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies utilize discount strategies at certain moments, optimize live streaming selling with interactive host training, and manage customer reviews with fast and professional responses. This research is expected to be a reference for developing marketing strategies in the digital era, as well as encouraging further research by adding variables such as brand image or social media marketing for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is "to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Eksonindo Multi Product Industry". The study uses analysis based on quantitative data, this study attempts to identify the cause and effect relationship of the variables analyzed. Data collection is carried out through survey techniques by sending questionnaires to production employees. Determination of samples adopting the Slovin method with an inaccuracy rate of 10%, with a sample of 22 employees. The variables in this study consist of independent variables "(transformational leadership x1, organizational culture x2, and work motivation x3)" and dependent variables "(employee performance y)". Data analysis through several regression techniques using SPSS tools to test the hypothesis in this study. The findings of the study are expected to provide a complete description of what aspects influence "employee performance" of production, as well as provide practical recommendations to company management in its efforts to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a contest quality guppy ornamental fish business using SWOT analysis and the Business Model Canvas method. The background to this research is based on the increasing public interest in ornamental fish, especially guppies, which have promising market potential. The methods used in this research include internal and external approaches through case studies to collect relevant data. The results of the SWOT analysis show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced in this business, while the Business Model Canvas provides a clear framework for designing an effective business model. This research found that with the right strategy, the guppy business can develop and compete in the market. The main conclusion from this research is that developing an ornamental guppy fish business requires a deep understanding of market conditions and the implementation of innovative strategies to achieve success. Thus, it is hoped that this report can make a positive contribution to the development of the ornamental fish business in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how pricing, promotion, and service quality influenced purchasing decisions at Kopi Kenangan Margacinta Branch. This study employs quantitative methodologies with descriptive and verification approaches, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Using the Slovin algorithm, the researchers picked 100 respondents among 1,677,597 residents of Margacinta City Bandung. This study indicates that price, promotion, and service quality all have a significant impact on the purchasing decision of Kopi Kenangan. The statistics demonstrate that price has a considerable influence on purchase decisions, with a t-count value of 3.550 and a level of significance of 0.00. Sales promotion has a considerable influence on purchase decisions, as demonstrated by a t-value of 2.391 with a significance level of 0.00, as does service quality, as indicated by a t-value of 2.049 with a significance level of 0.00. These three criteria also have a substantial role in purchasing decisions, as evidenced by a p-value of 3,243 and a highly significant p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of firm size, debt to asset ratio, current ratio, and total asset turnover on return on assets in the food and beverage manufacturing subsector listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2023. A quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach is the research methodology employed. Financial statements (annual reports) from the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Subsector's 2017–2023 annual reports, which are available on the IDX, provided the secondary data that was used. The t-test results demonstrated that Return on Asset is impacted by the Current Ratio. Return on Asset is impacted by total asset turnover. Firm size and the debt-to-asset ratio have little bearing on return on assets. The current ratio, total asset turn over, debt-to-asset ratio and firm size all significantly affect return on assets, according to the simultaneous test research.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have encouraged various sectors to adopt innovations to increase efficiency, including in the field of education. E-business, which refers to the use of digital technology in various business processes, is now a strategic solution to support more optimal management of information and services. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of e-business through digital marketing and branding in improving the flow of service information at Ibnu Sina Islamic Primary School, South Cikarang, Bekasi. The background to this research is the need for schools to make optimal use of digital technology in internal and external communications, including PPDB activities, interactions with student parents, dissemination of announcements, and regular publication of content. The problem formulation focuses on how effective the online system is in increasing information efficiency and building the school's image. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method, carried out through interviews, observation and analysis of digital documents. The research results show that the use of digital devices, such as school iPhones, as well as the use of social media have succeeded in increasing communication efficiency, expanding the reach of information, and strengthening the school's image in the eyes of the public. The conclusion of this research is that effective integration of e-business technology can support fast, transparent and professional information management. This research recommendation includes the development of school-specific applications to maximize digital-based services.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of brand awareness,influencer marketing and pricing on the purchasing decisions of Nivea Sunscreen products in Bandung City. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study adopts a descriptive and verificative approach. Data was gathered through a questionnaire distributed to 100 participants. The sampling methodutilized is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, as determined by Slovin’s formula. The target studied consists of individuals who use sunscreen  in Bandung City. Based on hypothesis testing results (t-test), Brand Awareness has a significant and positive impact, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Influencer Marketing demonstrates a notably positive impact,  evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and Price has a significant and positive effect with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The hypothesis testing results (f-test) show that the calculated f-value is 380.072 > 2.700, and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.Therefore, it can be concluded that Brand Awareness, Influencer Marketing, and Price have a significant and positive influence on Purchasing Decisions.
