Abstract

This research analyzes public feelings toward legislative members participating in online gambling applying the Naïve bayes classification technique. The collected data were processed, labeled, cleaned, preprocessed, and classified using RapidMiner Studio software, while conducting the sentiment analysis according to a systematic approach from each of those steps described above, namely, data crawling, cleaning, preprocessing, and classification of the Twitter data. Sentiment distribution yielded 286 negative and 90 positive sentiments with a prediction accuracy of 73.10%. These findings illustrate an overwhelmingly negative public response to this behavior and the expectation society has for legislators as public figures.

Abstract

Administratively, the study area is located in Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research aims to assess the relationship between the serpentinization process and the grades and distribution of laterite nickel. The methods employed include data collection through drilling, which involves logging procedures and laboratory analyses such as petrographic and geochemical analyses (X-Ray Fluorescence). The geocomputational method, Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW), is subsequently applied to determine the distribution of laterite nickel. Observations indicate that the bedrock in the study area consists of ultramafic rock types, including Lherzolite, Olivine Websterite, and Serpentinite. Some of these rocks have undergone serpentinization, while others have not. The serpentinization levels in the study area are classified into three categories: weak serpentinization (≤15%), moderate serpentinization (35%-50%), and strong serpentinization (55%-75%). Nickel grades in strongly serpentinized rocks are 0.22%, in moderately serpentinized rocks 0.50%, in weakly serpentinized rocks 0.32%, and in rocks that have not undergone serpentinization 0.30%.

Abstract

In the current age of technology, web applications and websites have experienced significant growth. This expansion has made their security a critical area of research. Web applications offer benefits, which makes user’s lives easier. In this paper, common web application vulnerabilities and effective strategies to mitigate the vulnerabilities are identified using a comparative study of countermeasures and open-source web application vulnerability assessment tools. Specifically, the top ten web application vulnerabilities and their countermeasures are investigated. Accordingly, several open-source vulnerability assessment tools are also introduced. The review highlights that with the developments and deployments of web applications on the internet, users are chased by a remarkable number of cyber-attacks. Attackers take advantage of available vulnerabilities in a web application or website, such as SQL injections, cross-site scripting, and broken authentications. This paper concludes by providing the best practices to mitigate cyber-attacks on web applications and suggests future directions for enhancing vulnerability assessment through machine learning techniques

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Sipadu application in the Manokwari Regency implemented by Civil Servants (PNS) to increase the administrative efficiency of absenteeism. Before the application came into action, absenteeism was controlled through attendance books or paper forms and everything took more time, then it was necessary to validate and adjust the data manually. The sheer volume of paper and equipment, managing, processing, and storing the attendance data also represented additional costs. The introduction of the Sipadu application shifted attendance recording from manual to automated system, so data entry and processing can be done in real time, paper and administrative equipment can be minimized, and the administrative process can be automated. According to the results of this study, attendance processing using the Sipadu application is faster, data accuracy is increased, and operational costs are reduced. Moreover, since there are automatic verifications in the application, the chances of repetition and tampering with data is reduced to keep the application transparent and reliable. Increasing employee satisfaction, as they are more focused on their activities no longer disturbed by absence input as a result of the benefits of implementing Sipadu linked with the attendance system that are efficient and transparent. This research shows that the Sipadu application as information technology solves the problems of absenteeism administration and public sector efficiency.

Abstract

Web GIS- Based Marketing Information System in Housing Sector of West Papua: A Case Study The methods of research are interviews, direct observation and documents sales report, regional maps). They note that the system offers a more direct and efficient means of accessing information from potential buyers, ultimately boosting marketing efficiency by as much as 45%. Moreover, it delivered a 30% higher sales conversion rate than traditional marketing channels. A combination of useful features such as interactive maps and location search functions helps potential buyers browse properties more easily, increasing the time they spend interacting with the platform and enhancing transaction chances. Many housing developers overcame challenges like the lack of internet backbone and a requirement for staff training to employ specialised skillsets. To needs, this research shows as an imperative using of Web gip to smooth the marketing and support strategic plan in housing construction. A recommendation for improving technological infrastructure and continuous training to ensure an effective utilization of the system is suggested. The results offer useful advice to housing developers looking to build innovative technology into their marketing strategy, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness within the housing sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how to implement the Fuzzy Sugeno method to a fire-fighting robot prototype with all wheel drive system. Resculpts by transferring academic input to specific fields of knowledge, as many problems have become increasingly adaptable due to technology or the growth of AI, which is fast becoming the dominant productivity tool. Fuzzy method is a mathematical method used to overcome the problems of small uncertainties and imprecision. The first prototype of the fire-fighting robot which will be able to use all-wheel drive system is meant to mitigate the risk of large fire and to detect as soon as possible. Observational results verify that the Robot prototype follows its intended workflow as well as can complete its mission to both detect and eliminate fire hazards. The speed of the wheel is controlled on three levels slow (0 RPM), moderate (50 RPM), and fast (100 RPM) using Fuzzy Sugeno method. Also, in response time is set by using Fuzzy Sugeno method which is set to 1 second, 2 seconds, and 3 seconds

Abstract

Improving teacher competence to be better and more honed can be built by sharing knowledge. However, in its implementation, sharing knowledge can be a problem because the knowledge that is disseminated has not been distributed perfectly and irregularly. This happens because there is no container that can accommodate the desired knowledge from research results, teaching materials and teacher teaching methods. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a KMS, designed to efficiently collect, manage, and distribute knowledge. This study was conducted within the scope of State Senior High School (SMA) 22 Palembang City. The creation of this knowledge was carried out in a Nonaka manner, namely Socialization, Combination, and Internalization (SECI). The system development methodology used is the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC), with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling to build a website. This study aims to build KMS teaching materials to help teachers in teaching and make it easier for students to obtain knowledge tacitly and explicitly. This study aims to create equality of knowledge between teachers in schools, thus a container is needed that will accommodate this knowledge. Knowledge can be obtained and created through tacit and explicit means, so that students taught by teachers can also know the same knowledge. Therefore, a form is created to discuss with fellow teachers in this system, so that a process of sharing knowledge occurs.

Abstract

The study is to develop a web- and Android-based application for motorcycle servicing and maintenance in helping Bendho Motor in sales tracking records as well as reporting. Application helps mechanics drive business and the owner to have effective sales performance checks. First data collection were watched workshop work and the understanding of practice business processes, interviews to workshop owner to know his/her operational difficulties. We did system analysis so as to apply the application in PHP, CSS and further frameworks. Service orders were previously manually registered leading to problems including incorrect data, illegible and lost receipts. The proposed app solves the problems of storing order histories securely and guarantee integrity of transaction.
