Currently due to the widespread pandemic, the problem of e-learning organization has become crucially important, thus the role of arranging online testing of students of higher educational institutions has significantly enhanced. In this regard, the article discusses the essence of the online testing, its advantages and disadvantages and the ways to organize online testing during e-learning process. In addition, the article provides scientific recommendations aimed at improving the use of online testing in the educational process.

After the independence of our country, the interest in teaching foreign languages has increased and many opportunities have been created for young people. New methods and requirements for foreign language teaching in the country have been developed in accordance with the Recommendations of the European Framework for Assessment of Knowledge and Skills of Foreign Language Teachers (CEFR). According to him, textbooks have been created for students of secondary schools and vocational colleges. In accordance with these requirements, classrooms are equipped with stands and new information and communication technologies. This article highlights the importance given to foreign languages in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the innovative technologies needed to study them.

This research was conducted because there is still a phenomenon of female police officers who have high work stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and work stress on married female police officers at the Sidoarjo Police Station. The research method is correlational quantitative. The population used is female police who serve in the jurisdiction of the Sidoarjo Police, who are active, totaling 117 members and the sample used is 98 married female police officers. The data collection technique used is the reliability social support scale = 0.947 and the reliability work stress scale = 0.931. The results of the analysis obtained that the correlation coefficient (rxy) -0.428 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 this research hypothesis is accepted. That is, there is a significant negative relationship between social support and work stress on married female police officers at the Sidoarjo Police Station. Social support provides an effective contribution of 17.5% to the work stress variable and 82.5% is influenced by other variables. Keywords – Social Support, Job Stress, Policewomen

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of TQM and Six Sigma in the learning process at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo because the indicators of the failure of the learning process are the teachers have not mastered the learning material, have not been able to manage the class, have not mastered technology, and have not implemented learning strategies/methods. This research used a qualitative approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data for this research were principal, vice principal, quality assurance, teachers, students, and parents/guardians. The research data were analyzed and concluded. The results of the showed that: (1) The implementation of TQM in the learning process at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo was carried out according to the indicators of TQM success, including school services in meeting community needs and expectations, handling student complaints, and fulfilling infrastructure facilities to support teaching and learning activities ( KBM), increasing time discipline and work discipline, reducing complaints from the community by developing the best service culture and conducting evaluations; (2) The implementation of Six Sigma at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Sidoarjo was carried out using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method, so that the learning process goes well, problems that occur gradually go down and do not reappear.

Character education is very important to be instilled from an early age. Character education is the cultivation of values to students to develop their potential and personality for the better. The purpose of this research is to implement responsible character education through online learning. This research was conducted because there is still a lack of students who are less responsible in collecting assignments, understanding the material especially in online learning situations. This research uses qualitative methods. The subjects in this study were primary and secondary. Collecting data in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the character of responsibility through online learning was good. although there are some obstacles in the collection of tasks. Therefore, the implementation of character education through online learning is very important because it is to develop the potential and personality of students for the better.

This study aims to determine the impact of covid-19 on the online learning for second grade students at SDN Cemengkalang.. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, and students at SDN Cemengkalang. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity using triangulation of data sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that it can be seen that the real impact of the emergence of the covid-19 outbreak on teaching and learning activities for elementary school students is a shift in the learning process from initially doing face-to-face learning at school. teachers and other peers for distance learning, relying on technology and the internet available in every student's home without having to meet face-to-face with teachers and other students. The Covid-19 outbreak has had a major impact on aspects, both economic, social, cultural, especially in the field of education. In this case, character education must also coexist with the media used in online learning in accordance with the provisions of each subject and school teacher.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin Sidoarjo where there are students who still do not show their academic flow. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between social support and academic flow in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The total population in this study was 174 students. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique in the form of saturated sampling so that the number of samples is 174 students. Data collection used two Likert model psychological scales, namely the social support scale and academic flow. Data analysis was done by using Pearson Product Moment correlation statistical technique and using SPSS 23.0 for windows program. The results of the analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.464 with a significance of 0.0000 (<0.05), meaning that there is a positive relationship between social support and academic flow. The higher the social support received by students, the higher the academic flow experienced by students, and vice versa, the lower the social support received by students, the lower the academic flow experienced by students. The magnitude of the effect resulting from the relationship between social support and academic flow in students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin Sidoarjo ranges from 0.3-0.5 in the medium category.
