Abstract

This study examines the role of the Pancasila Education course in shaping students' tolerance toward religious diversity at the Faculty of Language and Arts Education (FPBS), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Seven students served as research subjects, with data collected through observation and structured interviews, then analyzed following the Miles and Huberman model — encompassing data collection, reduction, categorization, and conclusion drawing. All seven respondents agreed that the course carries a measurable positive effect on inter-student tolerance, particularly in how students treat peers from different religious backgrounds. By centering on moral conduct and civic values, the course gives students a working understanding of humanist and nationalist principles that they carry into daily campus life — reflected in attitudes of mutual respect and the absence of discriminatory behavior across religious groups. The course succeeds not by preaching unity in the abstract, but by pushing students to translate the values of solidarity, humanity, and social justice into concrete behavior, ultimately producing a campus culture where religious coexistence is not merely tolerated, but actively maintained.

Abstract

The use of computers in science education continues to be dominated by technocentric approaches that treat technology as an end in itself rather than a means of learning. This research aims to deconstruct prevailing research trends and construct a new conceptual model explaining how computers can be used effectively in 21st-century science learning. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design with the PRISMA 2020 protocol, this study selects and analyzes high-quality articles from reputable databases. Data analysis followed a Grounded Theory-Informed approach to extract recurring patterns and build theoretical propositions inductively. Three fundamental dimensions emerged to form the new conceptual model: (1) Teacher Agency and Ecosystem Readiness as determinant input variables that precede hardware availability; (2) Hybrid Pedagogy and Distributed Scaffolding as the core process mechanism that bridges physical and digital learning experiences; and (3) Methodological Adaptability as a moderator variable that adjusts instructional strategies to the complexity level of the subject matter. This study concludes that technology effectiveness is not deterministic — it depends on an adaptive pedagogical ecosystem built around teacher capacity and contextual design. These findings carry strategic implications for curriculum developers and policymakers: prioritize discipline-specific teacher professional development, and design learning environments that pair virtual simulations with real-world experiments.

Abstract

Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta has long depended on static 2D photographs and scattered social media content to convey campus conditions — a method that consistently falls short of giving prospective students any real spatial understanding of the campus environment. For students outside Yogyakarta, this means making enrollment decisions based on incomplete visual fragments. This study addresses that gap by designing and building a web-based 360° Virtual Tour system using the Prototyping development method. The system adopts a decoupled architecture: Django REST Framework handles backend data operations, while Next.js — paired with the React Photo Sphere Viewer library — drives the panoramic front-end display. Black Box functional testing confirmed that all eight tested features operated without error. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted with 66 respondents produced a feasibility score of 83.0%, classified as "Very Feasible." The highest-rated indicator was Real Campus Representation at 4.44 out of 5.00, confirming that users found the system's depiction of campus space genuinely accurate. The system offers a self-managed, cost-conscious alternative to vendor-dependent tour platforms, with clear implications for how smaller institutions can reclaim control over their own digital presence.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of families and schools in instilling Pancasila values among elementary school students. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, using an online survey questionnaire administered to 5th and 6th grade students at SDN Payung 2. Three indicators were examined: the role of the family, the role of the school, and students' attitudes as behavioral expressions of Pancasila value internalization. Data were analyzed through percentage categorization with a 4-point Likert scale to determine the effectiveness of each educational environment. The findings show that the family's role is categorized as very strong (100%), the school's role as very strong (97%), and students' attitudes likewise at very strong (97%). No respondents expressed strong disagreement, with only 3–4% indicating disagreement — reflecting consistent character formation across indicators such as politeness, tolerance, mutual cooperation, and discipline. The study concludes that close collaboration between family and school is central to Pancasila-based character formation, producing students who are responsible, tolerant, and prepared to contribute as Indonesian citizens.

Abstract

This study proposes a web-based extracurricular registration system to improve the effectiveness of student activity management at SMK Negeri 72 Jakarta. Currently, the extracurricular registration process is still conducted manually using paper forms, which often causes problems such as slow data processing, data recording errors, limited information access, and ineffective promotion of activities. To address these issues, this research designs a digital registration platform that allows students to view extracurricular information, register online, and monitor registration status easily. The system also provides administrative features for managing extracurricular data, validating student registrations, organizing schedules, and generating reports. Two main user roles are implemented, namely students and administrators. The proposed system is expected to support a faster, more accurate, and more transparent registration process. By adopting this web-based approach, the school can reduce administrative workload, improve service quality, and enhance student participation in extracurricular programs. The proposed system is therefore considered beneficial in supporting school digital transformation and student development activities.
