Abstract

Advances in internet technology and social media have enabled direct and interactive consumer-business interactions via digital platforms. However, there is still a large gap in understanding the challenges and limitations that businesses face in effectively adopting this technology. This study aims to comprehensively explore the application of the latest technologies in digital marketing and offer actionable recommendations for optimizing their utilization in corporate marketing strategies. This research uses a literature-based approach for data collection and analysis. The rapid evolution of digital technology has greatly influenced the business landscape in Indonesia, with many digital platforms facilitating product promotion and sales. Although digital technology provides great benefits, it also presents various challenges and risks, especially in the field of digital marketing. This evolution underscores the efficacy of digital marketing as a powerful tool for product promotion. Leveraging social media and digital marketing strategies allows businesses to expand their reach to a wider target audience, attract potential customers and significantly increase sales figures. However, this has inherent challenges and risks, especially in maintaining data security and privacy, especially during online transactions and storing customer data. This research underscores the critical role of enforcing data security and privacy protocols to grow and maintain customer trust.

Abstract

Substances classified as narcotics play a crucial role in the realm of medicine and scientific advancement. However, the misuse of narcotics poses significant dangers, adversely affecting individuals and, ultimately, societies, nations, and states. Adolescents are increasingly susceptible to such misuse due to their developmental phase, characterized by experimentation that may lead to addiction. Their vulnerability is exacerbated by a lack of awareness regarding the perils of narcotics. This thesis aims to assess the extent of guidance provided by parents, religious figures, and the Sabang Police in addressing and guiding adolescents on the dangers of narcotics in the Kota Atas Sabang neighborhood. Additionally, it seeks to identify the factors contributing to adolescent narcotic abuse and to explore the efforts undertaken by law enforcement, educators, religious leaders, and community figures in preventing and addressing narcotics misuse among adolescents. The research methodology is descriptive, employing a combination of literature review and field research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study includes 80 students from Sabang Public High School, three teachers, religious figures, and parents. The findings suggest that the guidance provided to adolescents regarding the dangers of narcotics is inadequate, influenced by a lack of guidance activities and attention from parents, religious figures, the Sabang Police, and educators. Consequently, it is recommended that community members actively involved in guidance activities intensify their efforts to enhance the effectiveness of these programs

Abstract

Children, viewed as a divine trust from Allah SWT, are entrusted to parents from the moment they grace the world. This bequeathed responsibility mandates parents to meticulously nurture and educate their progeny, directing them towards the cultivation of utility and noble character. Born in a state of fitrah, children's trajectories, whether towards virtue or peril, hinge significantly upon the guidance provided by parents. This responsibility extends beyond mere guidance; parents are entrusted with the monumental task of instilling piety in their children—a duty often underestimated by a substantial number of parents, despite explicit guidance in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith regarding the pivotal role of righteous offspring. This research, titled Concept of Forming Pious (Shaleh) Children According to Education, delves into this critical matter with precision. The research objectives encompass a nuanced understanding of the principles underpinning the cultivation of piety in children through education, exploration of methodologies employed in educating pious children, and identification of strategic efforts to foster piety from an educational standpoint. Employing a descriptive research methodology, the study undertakes a comprehensive examination of current issues through a thorough library research approach. The findings of this research underscore the imperative of cultivating pious children with the aim of nurturing individuals of noble character, thereby contributing to peace and tranquility in both temporal and spiritual realms. The practice of educating children in piety is characterized by its enduring nature, persisting beyond the corporeal realm, as the prayers of pious children become a poignant means of salvation for parents from the fires of hell upon their demise. The conceptualization of forming a pious child according to education involves the developmental nurturing of their soul, even within the confines of the womb, with the overarching goal of achieving virtuous outcomes. Efforts to foster pious children, from an educational perspective, entail the deliberate incorporation of moral education in both formal and informal educational settings. The methodologies employed in shaping pious children through education encompass exemplariness, adherence to cultural norms, the provision of advice, focused attention, and judicious application of appropriate disciplinary measures. In consideration of these insights, this research anticipates active parental engagement in cultivating their children's moral compass, fostering the nuanced development of pious offspring. Encouraging community participation in shaping the moral character of children towards piety is deemed essential. Furthermore, the sustained and active involvement of educators in schools, dedicated to imparting moral values, is paramount for the realization of a society characterized by pious children.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic Sharia, particularly in the Aceh region, is considered obligatory. The community bears a moral responsibility to support the socialization of Islamic Sharia. This responsibility falls upon various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and members of the community. Among these stakeholders, teachers are crucial in imparting religious education both at schools and within the home environment, while the broader community plays a significant role. This thesis explores the execution of religious education in supporting the socialization of Islamic Sharia, with the aim of understanding how Islamic religious education is implemented to foster the acceptance of Sharia principles in the city of Sabang. Additionally, the study seeks to identify the factors influencing the implementation of Islamic Sharia. The research methodology employs a descriptive research method, incorporating both literature review and field research techniques such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The study involves a sample of 50 students from MTsN Sabang, school principals, religious studies teachers in both public and religious schools, and a segment of the local community, particularly parents in the city of Sabang. The findings indicate that the implementation of religious education to support the socialization of Islamic Sharia in Sabang is carried out through instructing students on Islamic teachings, encompassing creed, worship, and ethics. Emphasis is placed on guidance regarding the obligation to observe modest dress, perform the five daily prayers, and attend Friday prayers. These teachings are conducted through discussions during Islamic studies in schools. Various factors influencing the implementation of Islamic Sharia include all components of society—teachers, parents, and the surrounding community—especially local leaders. Challenges persist, such as adherence to local customs, insufficient understanding of Islamic Sharia, and disparities in understanding among scholars and religious authorities. Efforts to enhance religious education for the socialization of Islamic Sharia in Sabang include increased teaching hours dedicated to religious studies. This allows for more in-depth exploration and discussions on Islamic Sharia. Recommendations are directed towards teachers to improve their instruction on Islamic teachings and to school principals to allocate specific time for students to discuss Sharia principles. Parents are urged to continuously remind their children to adhere to the implementation of Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

This study was prompted by the observed inadequacy in students' science process skills during learning activities, attributed to the utilization of inappropriate teaching methods that fail to offer a comprehensive understanding of the material. Consequently, these methods struggle to engage students' interest and curiosity effectively. The primary objective of this research is to assess the enhancement of students' science process skills through the implementation of the experimental method, focusing on the science subject of heat transfer material. Employing a true experimental research design with a posttest-only control group, the study unfolded during the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023, specifically from May 16 to 21. The participants comprised two classes: Class VB as the experimental group and Class VA as the control group. Data collection utilized an observation sheet for students. The analysis of data to evaluate science process skills employed the percentage formula. The findings revealed a substantial increase in science process skills, as evidenced by the experimental class's post-test scores rising from 54% to 98%. This indicates a noteworthy improvement of 44% attributable to the application of the experimental method in heat transfer material. In conclusion, the study affirms that employing experimental methods in heat transfer material significantly enhances students' science process skills, validating a substantial and statistically significant increase in their proficiency.
