Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya is the type of Credit Unions which aims to provide storage services and loan capital for the community and surrounding surabaya area. All this time transaction in Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya done manually. With these processes have a problems such as piling files, recording the activity of deposit and loan transactions to be slow and spend a lot of time and susceptible to errors in preparing reports. Therefore we need tools that can simplify the process of savings and loans. With these problems Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya wanted to create an application that can backup deposit and loan transaction documents, storing data and displays all deposit and loan transaction documents, assist employees in managing deposits and loans well and useful for its users. Applications savings and credit cooperatives can improve employee performance so that they can save time and speed up the work. With the application of savings and loan is expected all problems can be overcome and cooperatives can improve the performance of cooperative employees so as to save time and speed up the work.

Abstract

Garbage Bank in Rungkut Lor Gg. III RT. 03 RW.06 Surabaya is an environmental group engaged in environmental health, this activity is carried out by community representatives, and its customers are also local RT community. The garbage bank Rungkut lor Gg. III RT. 03 RW. 06 is carried out once a month in the RW hall to weigh the garbage. The people resulting from the weighing of the residents are only recorded in the passbook and the residents' savings cannot be taken directly. For taking citizens' savings, it can only be done once a year. When taking citizens' savings, the total amount of savings is for 1 year. In processing the bank's trash data, it is still written manually with a document filing system that is not neat and the writing is not clear, finally the data is tucked and lost. So that to find the data needed a long time, it felt less effective and inefficient. Based on the description of the above problems, a web-based garbage bank data processing application was built. This application replaces the process of recording junk data and data of residents who still use books, increase security in the information of citizens' savings, make it easier for residents to see citizens' savings, as well as help waste bank managers in managing the recording of citizens' data and knowing the history of the sale of people's waste and the total proceeds of selling garbage citizens every year.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: IT assets in Kota Probolinggo Religious Affairs is an operational support to any existing activities, so that the existing IT assets must be maintained condition and functionality. In the procurement planning process takes two months because he did not know the value of the economic life and in the process of planning the removal may also experience problems because the office does not use basic planning deletion based on the value of depreciation of assets, maintenance-related information and a list of damaged IT assets.Based on the existing problems, then solved by making IT asset management information system. In this system there is the process of inventory of IT assets, calculation of depreciation by the straight-line method, IT asset procurement planning, maintenance of IT assets and planning the elimination of IT assets.Information systems IT asset management is able to generate reports estimate the maintenance of IT assets, reports the economic life of less than one year, reports the economic life of the asset is close to 0, the report IT assets that pass through the economic life, the report IT assets active, reports loaning IT assets, reports depreciation, reports procurement planning new IT assets, IT asset maintenance schedule reports, report maintenance costs, reports IT assets that have been wiped out, and reports removal plan. Abstract

UD Chandra Group is a manufacture company which focused in selling softcase. The brand which is developed is ultimate brand. The brand has already dotted throughout Indonesia such are Surabaya, Jember, Banyuwangi, Kediri, Malang, Madiun, Yogyakarta and other big cities. There two types of softcase, double type and single type which each size are 10 inch, 11.6 inch, 12 inch and 14 inch. Until now, in purchasing raw materials, the company refers to customer demand from the previous transaction and the waste stock in bond. Therefore, the company has not supplied the raw materials optimally yet. However, raw materials control application is needed to overcome the problem in supply the raw materials. Raw materials inventory control application provides some menu for calculate forecasting customer demand, including method such as Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, Double Exponential Smoothing (HOLT) method and Triple Exponential Smoothing (WINTER) method. That prediction methods are used to predict the customer demand in the future and provide the number of raw materials for the next period. The number result is used as the reference to process the calculation of reorder point (ROP). Reorder point is used to determine the raw materials reorder.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia is a company engaged in postal service. PT Pos Indonesia has a vision that is to become the trusted postal companies. Business process activities of shipping packages at PT Pos Indonesia starts from senders hand over a package in the post office counter until accepted by the recipient. But many packages failed to delivered to the recipient due to lack of information of the recipients of a courier who will come to deliver the package. In addition, the process of contacting the recipients is done manually by the phone. The other problem is when there is a failed package delivered, then the courier must take back the package to the recipient. Redeliver activities caused the rising cost of the delivery process. This application is built to resolve the problems of shipping process at PT Pos Indonesia. This application can provide notification of the existence of the package to the sender by email and give a notification of the existence of the package to the recipient via SMS. With this application is expected an increase in performance at PT Pos Indonesia and could solve existing problems.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center is one part that is in Stikom Surabaya which serves to career development, which is under the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni. Stikom Career Center officially have a website with the address scc.stikom.edu as a means to share information and act as a mediator between companies / institutions / industries job seekers and job seekers, especially those who come from the alumni Stikom Surabaya to seek employment information. During the service was implemented has not been done an evaluation of the quality of the website is based on the perception of the end user as feedback to party business website (Management) so that users become dissatisfied with the services of the website itself. The purpose of this study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website (Website Quality) and user satisfaction (User Satisfaction) with 4.0 WebQual method that has Usability, Information quality and Service Interaction. Distributing questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability, test assumptions to the multiple linear regression . The conclusion of the study is that there is the effect of variable Usability and Information Quality on User Satisfaction. This means that the increase can be carried out on each indicator variable that has the lowest average. Usability improvement for more emphasis on Display website, while for Information Quality improvement by managers can be emphasized at the complete information so that users become more satisfied.Keywords: Webqual 4.0, Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is part of Stikom Surabaya which has an important role in ensuring the course of Systems and Information Technology (STI) for each faculty. Complaints are facing is the PPTI still do not have a mechanism to manage the availability of what services they have to provide and improve. This led to the identification and measurement of actual availability of IT services in Surabaya Stikom PPTI be less than the maximum in the availability of supporting factors such as reliability, ease of maintenance, and ease of repair. To overcome these problems and increase availability in this study the use availability management of ITIL v3. In ITIL provided the best guide how to manage and improve the performance of the service. The process is done is part of the reactive and proactive activities activities. From the thesis made, documents produced in the form of document availability management along with policies, standards, and procedures for recovery for availability.

Abstract

PT Sucofindo ( Superintending Company Of Indonesia ) working in the area of inspection ( commercial ) , audit ( project ) , testing ( project ) , analysis ( laboratory ) , certification services ( project ) , and training service ( project ) .Activities new orders were done of administration has decreased in competence services inspection .One of the causes was the absence of information that supports the process of the order in disallow module loading .The information of them information status order and selection task .To overcome the problems built an application web-based that can be used to re tracking status order .This application can be accessed by head of the assignor work ( head of ptk ) and other interested parties via web so that it can be display information status order and provided information about invoice and certificates on time , meanwhile, the process task in employees can was in full. Based on the results of the trial that has done together with pt sucofindo the branch of surabaya , the application was able to display information the status of the order started order accepted until order finished .In addition the application evaluation can provide status so that the service order inspection services can run a maximumKata Kunci : Order, Application, Tracking, PT Sucofindo.
