Abstract

Supplier selection is one important aspect that ensures smooth operations of firms, as well as in Derry Auto Service (DAS). Customers complained that the vehicle has been repaired similar damage after a few months of use because of the quality of the spare part is not replaced either. This happens because DAS just judging by the supplier selection criteria on the price of the cheapest goods. To improve the supplier selection process, DAS requires a decision support system that can process a variety of criteria that is using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). With the supplier selection decision support system is expected to produce recommendations supplier selection results. Results of experiments performed on supplier selection decision support system generates a maximum of 15 criteria and 15 intensity rating. In addition, the application also generates a report on the current best suppliers Kusuma Indah Motor with brand criteria, price, quality, and speed of delivery that produces 0.58  priority value for Shell Helix HX 5 and 1 priority value for Shell Helix HX 7.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has a Cyber Campus Information System (Sicyca) intended for students and employees. Users employee for itself consists of educators and education personnel. One of the critical success factor in the implementation of a system that is when the systems were well received by users. Based on the results of the initial questionnaire intended for users Sicyca employees filled out by 23 educators and 23 education personnel, There are as many as 58.70% of respondents still not happy with the display interfaces now, 54.35% of respondents said time loading time over 10 second and 56.52% of respondents of the total educators are still not satisfied in terms of functionality. It is necessary to repair with some development on the web Sicyca especially in the use of web programming language which was originally still using ASP, will be developed using PHP. This application also provides information on the development of employee performance that is displayed in the dashboard.

Abstract

BCA is the bank that provides  the best experience of its facitlity, one of their facility is mobile banking for their customers, it is called  m-BCA, stands for mobile BCA. There are many features on m-BCA, like m-Admin, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, m-Info, and cash withdrawl. Until 2011, the users of m-BCA reached 2.3 million users that take advanteges from it (detikFinance , 2011). The problem is m-BCA now has so many complaints from its users, like errors often occurred on the system and less user friendly. There are also users that encountered problem when it comes to try to login on m-BCA (detikFinance, 2014). Based on the problem and with analysing the successness of mobile banking m-BCA using DeLone and McLean model (2003), it composed by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Usability, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefit. The Data used in this case is primary data that obtained from questionnaire which was filled by 125 respondents. Then the data is analysed with descriptive analysing to understand the successness of m-BCA and SEM analysing to understand the factors which are affected the successness of m-BCA. The results of this research show that the positive effect of variable Quality System against user satisfaction. System Quality variables have positive influence against the use of. The variable quality of the positive effect of the use of the service. To increase the success of m-BCA then it should improve the quality of Information on m-BCA that will have an impact on user satisfaction so as to achieve kebermanfaatan NET that can enhance the success of m-BCA. Recommendations for m-BCA, namely: 1) to the quality of the system should preferably be developed more flexibility the system so that it can be reached from anywhere, 2) to the quality of service should be improved security.

Abstract

Qtaaruf is web-based online Islamic dating which as social movement. Matchmaking process which has been done by Qtaaruf and the Ustaz now are not using any specific criteria or any method to do a matchmaking process, therefore can take time around 1-2 weeks. The solution for the problem that has been described is to make web-based decision support system program for selecting spouse, using 5 criterias, age, height, weight, income, race (as a filter). Using fuzzy methode mamdani logic, the results is set combination from 4 criteria (except race), which then take the centre point for the fuzzy’s result. The test result is showing that the decision support system program for selecting spouse generate 3 recommendations of potential partner based on criteria which were chosen by user for selecting potential partner. this web-based decision support system program has been tested by using Excel and matlab. The 83.3% of the result showing not so much different from manually calculated by Excel and Matlab, resulting on the same category. The application's function has been tested using blackbox testing and the result is the application has run 100% as it should be.

Abstract

Dinas PU. Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten Sumenep as executive agencies wheel development.  Bidang penataan ruang became a top priority along with the occurrence of resistance in the city of sumenep, among others, the construction of a drainage channel, local roads and sidewalks. Problems encountered can not do monitoring with respect to time, cost, and project work progress in the field. So in the initial evaluation and identification work difficult, it often causes a delay in the implementation of the project work. To overcome the obstacles faced by bidang penataan ruang, can be done by means of building the application of monitoring and evaluation of the project in bidang penataan ruang di dinas PU. Cipta Karya Sumenep. Monitoring included the time, cost, and work progress. If there is a mismatch of the project, the system will give an alert/notification to immediately followed up. The results of monitoring will be evaluated by the system for each stretch out. So if there is a discovery that could harm the project can be identified since the beginning. At this stage of implementation, the application indicates conformity with the expectation of 100% and worth to be used. Based on test data planning and realization, obtained results information monitoring and evaluation of each project is presented in the form of the curve S.

Abstract

The development of computer network technology is currently growing exponentially along with the increasing users who make use of the computer network. In a computer network is addressing systems named IP address.Public IP address in use today is IPv4; The user who added the more led to exhaustion of IPv4 addresses are available on the internet. To overcome these problems developed types of IPv6. IPv4 can not directly linked with the IPv6 tunneling system is required to integrate both the IPS in a network of computers.In this final project will design a system of tunneling in a network of computers that use IPv6 as a server and client in which IPv6 data packet takes through the network IPv4 which is still existing and there occurs the process of Christianization engkapsulasian IP address, either peng-enkapsulasian IPv6 in IPv4 packet or vice versa.When using file-sharing whereby and the webserver by doing a test upload and download by the client. Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based Company Profile SMA Antartika Sidoarjo. This study uses the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). This website has a frame which is divided into three parts: header that contains the logo SMA Antartika Sidoarjo and menus on the website, then the Content that contains company profile, school information, galleries, facilities and new student enrollment. The results of evaluation of the website Company Profile SMA Antartika Sidoarjo shows that website easy to use by the user in managing websites, has features that are useful to find out information about school/new student enrollment and fast in accessing the website. Based on the findings of this study suggested adding E -Learning feature so that business processes and learning that takes place in SMA Antartika Sidoarjo can be better integrated and efficient.

Abstract

Institute of Business and Information STIKOM Surabaya is a campus that has long stood in Surabaya. There’s a lot of employee in this campus, both lecturers and non-lecturers staff. The problems that exist currently happening is Stikom Surabaya still determining employee training by manual. This can lead to less precise training provided to employees. This problem can be solved with the help of using application for determination of traninees. The development of these applications using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) models waterfall. The results of testing from this application training resulting determination indicates that the application can assist the company in determining the appropriate training to employees. Determination from application training provides training recommendations to employees in accordance with the disadvantages that these employees have. So that training can be carried out more efficiently and effectively.

Abstract

This research is motivated by common dental diseases that are present among people. it is evident that people will visit dentist only when they experience serious problems with their teeth, this mainly because a lack of understanding against the dental disease and also expensive charge of dental checkup. therefore, in this study we build an application for diagnosing common dental disease. a web-based application that is available to be accessed freely. The purpose of this study is to build a expert system for identifying dental disease.The expert system utilized the certainty factor method as the inference engine. The reason behind this is  because this method is able to produce alternatives diagnosis (the output of the system comprises of some diagnosis results). It can be seen that certainty factor method is very suitable for expert system problem solving for disease diagnosis. This research was done by way of anamnesis process (giving a question to the user). The system produces a possibility of the diseases as well as causative factor and handling factor.This work has been tested by an expert using 30 times experiment. Based on our examination some result were obtained as follows: Firstly, the system gives similar results in reference  to the expert judgment of disease. Secondly, the system gives possibilities of the disease when we considered confidence level above 80%. Thirdly, the results were considered invalid when the diagnosis of the system didn’t match with the expert judgment

Abstract

Infectious diseases are diseases that are harmful to infants because it can spread rapidly. Delay in treatment of diseases can cause more severe disease and difficult to cure. Cost to consult the experts are not cheap. Therefore parents need a system that has the ability as an expert for diagnosis of disease. Expert system diagnosis of infectious diseases in infants was built for the diagnosis of tropical diseases attributable to virus infection, fungus and bacteria. With this system parents can get answers to infectious diseases suffered by their toddlers. The system provides information on diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The system uses a forward chaining method. This method of tracking each patient's symptoms, mencokkannya with existing rules, and produces a diagnosis based on the knowledge base. The test result with expert knowledge system diagnosis indicates that the system is capable of detecting the disease and provide treatment based on symptoms that have been experienced by users.
