Abstract

Job fair is central to places job offer. Job fair is important in providing job vacancy for alumnus. But there are the problem in STIKES foundation hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya, the alumnus cannot know information job opportunities right away and detail, The number of a letter vacancy who come on UKSPBK&A is different than administration general and UKSPBK&A cannot be knowing the number and anyone who applied and received work in every vacancy, and agencies could not know whether a vacancy they send was approved for received or not. To solve that problems, STIKES need made application job fair. Application is capable of accessed by UKSPBK&A, alumnus and agencies through facilities web. So that can reach all users and processing job fair which more easily and fast. Making this applications using methods sdlc waterfall. The results of the tryouts this application is system  can organize job vacancy. Help to provide a realtime vacancy work and providing function applied job vacancy. And can produce report applicants , the reports of alumni who applied and received on each vacancy.

Abstract

PT. SETRA SARI Branch of Surabaya is a company operates in cleaning service, pest control, Man Power Supply services. PT SETRA SARI branch of Surabaya have some problems in the payroll system. The problem is low validation according to data recording employee present. Because generate manually. Another problem is calculation and management of employees payroll. To solve these problems, then this research offer an information system based on web application that can be used to record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees payroll in integrated system.  This information system can help PT.SETRA SARI Surabaya Branch can solve record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees salary in integrated system.Keywords: payroll, information systems, information systems payroll

Abstract

Bangkalan Middle School 4 is an educational institution that was established in 1979 and is one of the public schools. During this time, Bangkalan 4 Public Middle School recorded and carried out the assessment process using paper, where the recording of values and presence carried out on paper sometimes suffered loss or damage to the paper and in the process of calculating the value is still done manually which results in miscalculation or typing in the delivery of information about the school's academic activities is not good enough, delivered at the end of the semester. To overcome this problem, 4 Bangkalan Middle School requires the School Academic Information System to be related to student attendance, student assessment and attendance information, grades and student ranking. So that the school can provide academic information to students and parents of students. Based on the results of the analysis, system design, and making that has been done, it can be concluded that the design of academic information systems can record the presence of students by homeroom and can be seen directly by students without having to wait at the end of the semester. a matter of minutes without having to count the grades of students one by one. The system will calculate the value automatically and can be directly seen by homerooms and students without having to wait 1 week to 1 month. Students can also find out student grade ranking information.

Abstract

Tracer study is one of the elements in the assessment and accreditation of academic policy making, especially in the preparation of curriculum. But in the process of the tracer study in STIKES there are some problems, and that problem is uneven distribution of questionnaires, costs a lot, waiting times filling out of the questionnaires are too long, problems possibility of mistake entering the data and the problem of data security is not guaranteed because there is no distribution of privileges. To solve that problems, STIKES need a web-based system tracer study. stakeholders can access the system to be able to answer the questionnaire quickly, so that the data from the questionnaire can be processed quickly and accurately. With this application can help the STIKES in conducting tracer easily and quickly. Stakeholders can do a tracer study questionnaire online that can be accessed anywhere. STIKES parties can see the direct results of tracer study reports and graphs based on the desired criteria.

Abstract

Skin disease is a type of diseases that frequently infects pets especially cat. Cat that is infected the skin diseases, may initially looked fine. Based on interview with veterinarian who specializes in dogs and cats diseases, skin evaluation to the pets are considered to be very important. In some cases where skin diseases are not handled properly, it result in severe illness to the pets. Mostly veterinaries open up their practice only in big cities. Therefore most of the time, the cat owners are lazy to give proper treatment against the skin diseases that are suffered by their cats. Based on the problem above, it is neccessary to build an expert system that is able to support clinic and cat owners to diagnose the skin diseases of their pets. The certainty factor expert system will be used to detect every symptom that is suffered by cats. The new system will generate diagnosis of skin diseases for cats. The experiment results of this expert system indicate that the system is able to identify 91.6% accuracy of the type skin diseases. The result is obtained by the examination of 12 cats that suffer skin diseases in Moii Pet Care veterinary clinic.

Abstract

The sales department, warehouse, shipment are departments which should integrate to each other that sometimes give difficulties in communicating to each departments. So that, it is needed to make an appropriate application which can provide easier way for each department to communicate especially in selling and shipping process of computer spare part. Methods used in making the application of sales and delivery of spare parts is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. This aplication integrates sales department, warehouse and shipment and also generate reports about the sale and delivery of spare parts at Computer Bismar Surabaya.

Abstract

Hotel booking system on the TX Travel Sriwijaya yet have a booking system that supports the activities of the booking. Thus, the customer and admin still takes a long time in the hotel determination according to customer requirements. Based on these problems required an application that aims to speed up hotel reservations for prospective customers to display options required in areas of potential customers. In such applications, potential customers can perform a search based on location, price, and type of rooms required. making this application using SDLC. According to O'Brien (2005), the definition of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a system development cycle that serves to illustrate the main stages and steps of each stage. According to Dennis, Wixom & Roth (2012) SDLC is the process of determining how information systems can support business needs.

Abstract

To be able master the abacus, it requires plenty of time and intensive training to master the operational of the abacus. Although in several schools and in institutions abacus course has been taught,  but it does guarantee to be able to master the abacus. Especially for someone who have not been taught the abacus in school and have not completed a course the abacus would have trouble even those who are not familiar with the abacus. To be master the abacus we must have books about how to learn the abacus and we must have a real abacus tool for exercise the abacus.One of solution is to be able master the abacus with developed application using smartphone technology based on android operating system can be used as a tool for daily exercise in order to familiarize with the abacus.in a series of trials that have been done, the abacus application can be running on some version of the android operating system such as Gingerbread, HoneyComb, Ice cream sandwich, Jelly bean and Kitkat. On this application there are two learning modules consisting of learning abacus and learning arithmetic using abacus. In addition to the learning modules, the application also features learning abacus and learn arithmetic operations.This application also provides exercises, on the features of this exercise consists of the exercises of arithmetic and a matter of exercise where users can perform exercises to hone his ability to learn the abacus.

Abstract

In the development of educational videos, training and learning is a very important activity. But the experience, knowledge and skills possessed only by the participants in the training so that the absence of learning or knowledge transfer to people who have no knowledge about the training. One reason is the lack of a system that can manage, collect and manage data of existing knowledge into useful information for the development of educational videos.Based on the above, requires a knowledge management system in terms of manufacturing, management, maintenance of data storage is explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge through report creation. Knowledge management system (KMS) is a system that is capable of performing the classification of existing knowledge, how to preserve knowledge, and how to use that knowledge. One solution to overcome the above problems is to create a multimedia knowledge management system.This application can be used by users in obtaining information about knowledge relating to the development of video media for education. This system provides the required knowledge in the form of multimedia files (text, images, documents and videos). This system can also provide statistical reports of users accessing the system, active users, multimedia files are frequently accessed, searched and needed. Abstract

Availabilty for materials and agricultural tools for the treatment of the commodity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII Surabaya must be maintened because it’s affect the quality of agricultural commodities and production. However, the availability for materials and agricultural tools still not maintened. This problem occurs because PTPN XII didn’t know details of use materials in each garden. Because the material and availability of agricultural equipment is not maintained, then the garden will always did request the purchase of material, whereas there is a material that has accumulated on other plantations. In addition, the PTPN XII did not have a material usage indicator so it does not know the requirement of minimum material in any garden. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of agriculture tools built to overcome the problems that exist in PTPN XII. Application materials inventory monitoring and recording of farm tools built on the theory of inventory, monitoring and evaluation, and its indicators. The indicators for this application uses material usage indicators for fertilization and pest / disease. Application monitoring supplies and agricultural tools have passed the test and has been running well. So the application monitoring and recording material inventory agriculture tools will help resolve any problems.
