Abstract

Command Center 112 Surabaya is an innovation of services in disaster management supported by BPB Linmas Surabaya. Command Center 112 Surabaya service can integrate various Regional Device Organizations related to disaster management or emergencies experienced by the people of Surabaya quickly and responsively. The problem that occurs in Command Center 112 Surabaya is often receive false news reports related to emergencies numbering 704 during 2020 and the public is less responsive to report if there is an emergency to Command Center 112 Surabaya because the public has to wait a few minutes when the incoming call on number 112 is busy and the public is still hesitant when calling number 112 will be charged pulse fees. Based on the problem, Command Center 112 Surabaya needs a prototype display of android-based applications that can solve the current problem. On the emergency call application the public can report an emergency with a verified report according to the circumstances at the scene and a quick response from the operator officer to receive a report. Ui/UX design of Emergency Call application in Command Center 112 using sprint design method. There are 5 stages, namely, understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Prototype A and prototype B are designed based on the alterntif idea chosen at the decide stage. In the validate process using A/B Testing method to 10 potential users who have characteristics aged 18-40 years. The first stage of voting both prototypes by way of the user is shown a feature image of prototype A and prototype B. The results obtained by the user are more dominant choosing the look of prototype A that will be used to design prototype C. After designing prototype C, the user can try and give feedback for the improvement of prototype C. The result of the prototype C repair is that on the entrance page there are three entrances to make it easier to report and users can video call directly with the officer to request emergency handling on the emergency call application.

Abstract

One of the open services SD Al Falah (Assalam) is a website with the address www.sdalfalahassalam.sch.id. This website is to provide information to students, guardians of students or prospective students. The contents of the SD Al Falah (Assalam) website are about achievements, the latest news, alumni, assignments, agenda, work, info and registration of new students. Based on the analysis of the answers to the questionnaire, the website display needs to be updated and designed because the conclusions obtained from the results of the questionnaire do need to be redesigned because there is an assessment of improvement criteria that show low priority (Saverity Rating value). To overcome this problem, research is conducted to prove the website and provide a new design based on the results of the evaluation that will be done. One method that can be used to analyze web sites is User Centered Design (UCD), which uses the user's website as a primary consideration in creating a website. The final result of this research is to design a user interface with language prototyping. Judging from the final evaluation data and the priority improvement intervals used in the conformity rating table, users assess that the new UI is easier to learn than the old design. UI usability evaluations carried out before and after development, UI, make, on average, an increase of 1.16 which means there are no problems.

Abstract

PT. Mitrajual Indonesia Jaya is one of the growing e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This company sells various kinds of electronic goods and household appliances. In March 2019, the company released the Mitrajual app. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, the results show that the Mitrajual application already has several features, and already has several application users. However, several things become obstacles when using the application. The initial evaluation was carried out using indicators of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, satisfaction. From the results of the initial evaluation, the average overall indicator has a mean of 2.07, which means that the appearance of the Mitrajual application is not good. Based on the problems that have been described, a solution is needed to evaluate and design the interface design using the Double Diamond and Usability Testing method. The result of this research is a user interface. The results of the evaluation of the new design on average have a mean of 3.54 so that the comparison of the mean with the old design is 1.45 which can be said to have a significant difference. The results after iterations have an average overall mean indicator of 3.84 which can be said to be very good. So, it can be concluded that the design of the recommended solution provided is acceptable to users in terms of usability

Abstract

Auto2000 Kenjeran Surabaya is one of the authorized dealers that operate as a sales, repair, maintenance, and supplier service network for Toyota parts. Location Kenjeran Auto2000 is located on Jalan Kenjeran No.516, Surabaya City, East Java. The process of buying a car on Auto2000 Kenjeran is carried out when the customer comes to the Kenjeran Auto2000 dealer or online via social media. When making the purchase process, sometimes customers are confused about choosing a car due to a lack of information about the car, besides that there are also new salesmen who find it difficult to know what the customer wants, making the service process that initially takes ± 30 minutes to offer and provide information about the car can be ± 45 minutes due to finding out what car the customer wants.Based on the existing problems, a solution is proposed for the Auto2000 Kenjeran in the form of a car selection decision support system using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method that can help customers find a car, because there is a car finder feature that can help customers find a car according to customer preferences by simply selecting and give a score for each criterion and the desired alternative, and the car results will come out immediately. In addition, there are also vehicles and recommendation car features that provide information about cars to customers.Based on the test results, there are several features in the application that can provide information about cars, make car reservations, and can search for cars according to the criteria and alternatives that have been provided, besides that the application can print car order data reports. So it can be concluded that the application is in accordance with the functions and needs of the user.

Abstract

The pharmacy installation at Jemursari Hospital in Surabaya tasked with serving the patient’s medical needs. There are several problems in pharmaceutical installations today, one of which is management of medicane procurement. For now the management of medicane procurement at the RSI Surabaya is based on estimated, this cause uncertainy how many medicinal products must be ordered, and when the time for ordering medicane. In addition, the uncertain number of medicane request every week result in confusing in the pharmaceutical departement in procuring medicane. The solution of the problem is making a medicane procurement application that will help the pharmaceutical departement to procure medicane in the future. The information provided to the pharmaceutical departement will be in the form of forecasting the procurement of medicane using the double exponential smoothing method. Provides information when the medicane must be ordered again using the Reorder Point (ROP) method. Provide minimum stock information that must be available in the warehouse using the safety stock method. For application design using the SDLC method. Based on the result of application testing that uses the black-box testing method with sellenium tools using 22 data test case, 100% results are obtained so that the application for determining medicane procurement is in accordance with the needs of the hospital.

Abstract

The fixed assets at SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya are managed by the Wakasapras (Facilities and Infrastructure) Section. Asset data collection carried out is recording asset codes, recording origin codes, asset management, asset repair, asset maintenance, asset deletion, asset management is currently still manual or written in books and some asset data is also recorded in Microsoft Excel and stored on the flash if there are new assets that come then the wakasapras section will collect data on asset management. However, if it is still written in a book or typed in Microsoft Excel, it causes errors when recording asset management, sometimes there are two data that are the same when collecting data or sometimes they do not match the original, so there is the same data with different asset descriptions. . For the asset repair process, school officials will collect asset data to be repaired in paper form which will then be given to the wakasapras section as evidence that there are damaged assets and must be repaired immediately.Then for the asset maintenance process, the current process is that there is no asset maintenance, for asset maintenance it is only done when an asset is damaged. The absence of asset maintenance causes the assets in Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya High School to be damaged quickly and incur ongoing costs. Even this asset maintenance that has been carried out is still not recorded, so the wakasapras section and officers do not know which assets are often damaged and what costs are incurred, while for the asset removal process carried out by the wakasapras section and this officer destroys assets that have been damaged. no longer suitable for use or no longer functioning for the needs of Hang Tuah 4 High School Surabaya. However, there are problems that occur when the assets are written off by the wakasapras and officers. There are also assets that have been deleted that are not recorded, so the wakasapras and officers do not know how many assets have been deleted and what assets have been deleted.Based on the problems above, a website-based asset management application was made at SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya to help and facilitate the wakasapras and school officers in carrying out asset data collection which consists of recording asset codes, asset receipts, asset repair, asset maintenance, asset deletion.Keywords: Asset management, Asset repair, Asset maintenance, Asset deletion.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia in its production, has a variety of machines that each day will perform a poction. With the continuous machine performance of PT Semen Indonesia will do the Overhaul of the machine owned. For now in the stage of scheduling Overhaul conducted by the company is still in a stage that lacks support because the software used can not update directly with SAP and still use Excel. In scheduling using SAP there is an issue where Software cannot determine the number of days present in the scheduling, unable to determine Shift, without filling in the PIC field and the Vendor Activity field keep running following Shift. The impact of the problem is that the process is disadvantaged at the time of the report generation and the lack of information. With such problems the company wants to create and implement a system scheduling Overhaul production machines. In the system can determine the number of days, can determine the Shift and also application demands to provide information at the time of the report generation.                Based on the test results of the Overhaul scheduling application with the Staff Department Of ICT and Staff Management Service Development, the results of the system can be easier to determine the number of days and Shift and the system can determine The selected vendor.Keyword: Website, Scheduling, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Counseling Guidance section on campus has the function of helping and addressing the problems that students have both academically, socially, personally. The many problems experienced have an impact on the development of academic value, personality and social life of students. So with this, it is expected that students can re-focus on achievement and actively socialize. But many students do not do counseling even though they have problems. Various reasons include being ashamed, not trusting a counsellor, fearing the negative stigma of her peers and not knowing about counseling. So to solve the problem, an application was created that helps students to do counseling online called E-care. This application is built by Client Centered method, because in this method counselors can apply the necessary properties such as sincerity, warmth, nonposesive acceptance and accurate empathy through text/non-verbal in the chat process. Based on the results and trials during the E-care application development process obtained results in the form of a website application that can be used for online counseling. In the application there are several features such as MBTI test and anxiety level test. As well as some of the reports produced are medical records reports and monthly recap reports.

An-Nur Mosque is a University of Dinamika Mosque that was established in 2002. An-Nur Mosque, Dinamika University Institute of Business and Information with a capacity of pilgrims that can accommodate as many as 300 people. UKKI stands for Islamic Spiritual Activity Unit. UKKI is an organization which serves as the mosque of An-Nur. UKKI is a unit of activity that operates on the University of Dinamika campus in the area of special religion of Islam or of course. Based on interviews and observations with takmir, one of the problems that occurred was that there was no recording of the results of the meeting so that the discussion of the meeting was not monitored the results and the discussion was repeated, Lack of publication of information so that no new students registered to take part in the SII. Lack of information dissemination through publications from various media such as posters, banners, and oral.Based on permaslahan above, the An-Nur Mosque University of Dinamika Surabaya must have a system for the process of managing An-Nur Mosque activities related to information on the schedule of activities and financial processing of the Mosque. Then the right solution is how to design and build an application that can inform the activities of An-Nur Masjid Dinamika Surabaya University activities, conduct financial processing and report making so that the manager can monitor and know the financial condition of the mosque for the evaluation of further activities.

Abstract

SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo is a private school located at Jalan Raya Kategan No. 35. SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman has several processes of counseling activities including recording counseling services, recording solutions, recording follow-up reports, making counseling reports, and history of counseling services. In this activity, recording was carried out using a counseling service book which was stored in a filing cabinet in the Counseling room. Then search for counseling service data in the counseling service form book which can take 5 (five) minutes to carry out the search process. The history of counseling services is very influential in the process of counseling services, from this history counselors can understand the personality of students, and counselors can provide the best solution or treatment of problems faced by students. To overcome these problems, a web-based counseling service application design was made at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo which was integrated with the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method and used Waterfall development. The results of the application design for web-based counseling services at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo include a list of students, a list of homeroom teachers, a list of classes, a list of types of counseling services that contains a list of each student and class and homeroom teacher and the types of counseling services available, namely academic, social, family and personal. In addition, the master of recording counseling services, master of counseling service solutions, master of follow-up counseling services that can be used in recording counseling, then searching for counseling data and history of counseling services which can be done in less than 15 (fifteen) seconds in the counseling report form used in the recap. for the principal. Then the notification to the guardian of the student using whatsapp messenger is used to notify the guardian of the student if his child gets counseling guidance. The test results of the application with black-box testing are that every function of the test scenario, test case, and application output has been spared from bugs or errors.
