Abstract

Puskesmas Glagah is a health service facility located at Jalan Raya Glagah, No. 61, Kepuh, Bapuh Baru, Lamongan Regency. Drug demand planning has a big impact on the availability of drugs in puskesmas. There is a method that can help health centers plan their drug needs for the coming year, this method is the consumption method. The consumption method is based on pharmaceutical consumption data so it is often used as the most accurate estimate in pharmaceutical supply planning. During its development at the Glagah Puskesmas there were problems, especially in the planning of drug stock supplies. The stockout occurred because in planning the RKO was not monitored and only approved requests from each department of poly, when policemen submitted requests for drugs, they were immediately received by the pharmacy department without monitoring how many drugs were needed in a certain period, causing the business process at the puskesmas to be hampered.Based on these problems, a system that can calculate drug planning is needed so that it can help the health center in minimizing the losses caused by drug vacancies. The results showed that the consumption method was successfully applied to the planning function of drug needs with a comparison of the data for the last 3 years that went well and allowed the health center to control the availability of drug stocks.

Abstract

PT. Matahari Mitra Sukses (PT. MMS) is a company engaged in the rental of multimedia equipment, located in Surabaya. Increasing the number of transactions makes PT. MMS often experiences obstacles in terms of managing bookings and rental transactions. So that all existing equipment can be calculated, monitored and known to exist, PT. MMS requires a system that can help solve the above problems by designing and building multimedia equipment rental information systems at PT. MMS. The development of this information system refers to the specifications of user needs and is continued through the stages that exist in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. Based on the results of trials that have been conducted with the Owner, this multimedia equipment rental information system can assist the Operations Section and Front Desk in managing equipment orders and equipment circulation, providing equipment recommendations for maintenance to the Operations Section. The information system can also assist the Owner in providing income reports per period, equipment lease transaction reports from partners, equipment reports with the highest leases, customer reports with the highest leases, and maintenance reports.

Abstract

The promotion of Employee Position at PT Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya is still done manually, so it does not close the possibility if the decision making is done subjectively by only looking at certain aspects, in the selection of employees who only see from the mass of the lingering work that assumes it must be more competent is not effective. Looking at the existing problems, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can help solve problems in decision making by adjusting the criteria and weights that have been determined by the company. The method used in decision making is the Profile Matching method. With this method we can find out the employees who fall under the weights and criteria of promotion of positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya. There is a problem with PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya needs a decision support system in determining the promotion of employee positions. The system development method uses a waterfall model which is a systematic and skuensial software development that will be built using the Laravel Framework, PHP, and MySQL database programming languages. The final result in this research is the making of a Decision Support System for The Promotion of Employee Positions at PT. Lintech Duta Pratama Surabaya with Profile Matching method based on this Website can determine employees who deserve to be considered and have not been selected to choose one of the best in occupying the position. After the decision obtained in the application of the decision support system, the system will display a list of prospective employees who can be balanced to be an option in the promotion of office.

Abstract

UKM MNDecoration merupakan usaha dibidang jasa dekorasi diacara pernikahan maupun lamaran. Berdiri sejak Desember 2019 ukm ini memulai dengan memiliki backdrop dekorasi model tirai hingga sekarang sudah memiliki tiga model selain tirai ada juga model papan dan kayu. Proses pemasaran yang dilakukan UKM MNDecoration masih sederhana dengan memanfaatkan media sosail seperti facebook, instagram dan mulut ke mulut. Sehingga yang diperoleh ukm tersebut masih minim bisa dikatakan dalam perbulan hanya mendapatkan 1-5 pesanan dekorasi. kekurangan pada instagram dalam media pemasaran foto produk terlihat kecil, yang  dalam proses transaksi juga kurang efektif. Kekurangan seperti banyaknya pengguna facebook mengakibatkan postingan promosi cepat tenggelam, jangkaun konsumen hanya pada meliputi  pengikut akun produk saja.Pada masalah yang ada pada ukm MNDecoration. Ditemukan solusi dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi pemesanan dekorasi pernikahan berbasis website  dengan  menggunakan metode LEAN UX. Didalam metode LEAN UX terdapat beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut  Declare Assumption, Create MVP, Run an Experiment, dan Feedback and Research. Dengan menyertAkan sampel sebanyak 30 yaitu diantara lain pemilik ukm, karyawan dan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari pembuatan prototype dengan metode LEAN UX, telah memberikan hasil nilai success rate pengujian prototype sebesar 76%. Dengan hasil success rate termasuk nilai yang cukup bagus dari pengujian prototype.Kata Kunci: lean ux, prototype

Abstract

Surabaya Mengaji is a community which included in Islamic Da’wah in surabaya. The one way of da’wah in this community is by the website www.surabayamengaji.com thats release on March 2018. However, by the interview with the website visitors san the managersit found some problems on the display of Surabaya Mengaji website. From the result of the interview, indicates that there is still need to be fixed from the Surabaya Mengaji website. To improve the display’s problem from Surabaya Mengaji website, the solution is by evaluation and develop User Interface design from the website using Design Sprint Metode. Beside that, it also using the modification from User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) metode to evaluate the succeed of the website. After doing some analysis, the result is still need to be fixed from the display’s website. The result of this study are design by user interface which made based from steps on the design sprint metode. The result of the evaluation using UEQ modification concluded that all average value are increased from 2.96 to 3.34. The result of the evaluation which is using UEQ, indicate that the sixths of variabel value are increase and got “excellent” criteria, which is it means that user interface design is made to solve the problems on the website.

Abstract

SMAN 20 Surabaya is a school with an average number of graduates per year as many as 300 graduates. SMAN 20 Surabaya conducts a tracer study once a year which is important in order to obtain information that can support improvement or determine academic policies to improve the quality of education and is an important part of accreditation assessment. There are problems that arise in the implementation of the tracer study at this time, namely SMAN 20 Surabaya does not have a clear reference or implementation guide, there is no tracer study implementation for graduate users, there is the possibility of redundancy or duplication of data, making questionnaires is often delegated causing the need to request access to control tracer study process, there is no feedback from alumni related to the learning process, there is no focus on the graduation year of the alumni who are the target respondents, and the report on the results of the tracer study is only a table listing responses from alumni. Therefore, it is necessary to have a tracer study application that is able to overcome these problems. The tracer study method is used as a reference for a series of tracing processes in the application. The process starts from making a questionnaire, then the process of collecting data / filling out the questionnaire, and finally the process of analyzing the data that will be poured into the report. The results of the research are that this application is able to provide questionnaires for alumni and graduate users, can record filling out questionnaires from respondents, has user access rights sharing, generates feedback for schools to improve education quality, can recommend alumni as questionnaire targets, and presents a summary dashboard that contains information that can support the improvement of the quality of school education.

Abstract

Rajasa Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the private schools in the city of Surabaya. SMK Rajasa is located at Jalan Genteng Kali no. 27 Surabaya. The results of the interview with the school found that performance appraisal was important to determine whether the teacher was successful or not in working during a predetermined working period which was useful as an objective consideration in teacher guidance. Performance appraisals are also used for bonuses and teacher salaries at SMK Rajasa Surabaya. At this time, several problems were found, namely teacher performance appraisal takes a long time, namely one month. This makes the process of reporting the performance appraisal to the Principal late. Another problem is the calculation of performance appraisal is still done manually by the assessment team so that sometimes mistakes occur. This led the assessment team to recalculate the performance appraisal. The next problem is that the teacher has not been able to see the results of the performance appraisal in the previous period. Therefore, in this study conducted to design and build teacher performance appraisal applications with a checklist method based on guidelines for implementing teacher performance appraisals. The resulting applications include master management, teacher assessment history, teacher performance appraisal, teacher performance appraisal reports, uploading documents to the system at SMK Rajasa Surabaya. Based on the results of testing with the black box contained in the implementation and evaluation chapter of the system, it was found that all functions were running well.

Abstract

SMK Ketintang Surabaya is one of the private SMK located on Jalan Ketintang 147-151 Surabaya. Every year SMK Ketintang opens registration for prospective new students. The process is carried out with new students or parents of new students coming directly to the SMK and filling out the registration form. The process resulted in the accumulation of registrants, the process of checking prospective students' data and payments tended to be slow, there was a discrepancy of data written in the registration form with those recapitulated by the PPDB committee, archives in physical form that were prone to data loss and damage, the work of the committee piled up causing late confirmation to the principal and the slow process of announcing the admission of new students. The solution that will be made is, an application for developing rules driven workflow management system for new website based student admissions. This application has features such as file checking, recording, reporting, archiving, and announcements to speed up the process of accepting new students. With this application made helps improve the performance of those who handle the registration process. This application also helps in archiving documents that are converted into data. The acceptance of new learners is also easier in managing student data and making reports. The results of the trial application for the development of rules driven workflow management system on the acceptance of new students of the Surabaya-based SMK Ketintang website were able to assist in the management and archiving of new student registration data and the ease of distributing related documents for immediate approval.

Abstract

The Plosoklaten Health Center supervises 11 midwives who are placed in 9 villages in Plosoklaten District. Each midwife has a place of practice called Private Practice Midwife (BPS). Services available at BPS include: Maternal and Child Health Services (KIA), women's reproductive health services, family planning (KB), and the Integrated Elderly Service Post (Posyandu Lansia). MCH services include: Pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and the Integrated Service Post for Under Five Years (Posyandu Toddler). The problem that occurs today is that each patient has more than one treatment card. Currently one medical card is only used for one service, while a patient can get more than one service at BPS. The registration process carried out at BPS is carried out for each service. If the patient does not bring a medical card, the midwife will look for a medical record card based on the patient's name, the process takes ±10 minutes. At the time of making the Local Area Monitoring report (PWS) if there is more than one midwife in one village, the midwives must complete each other's forms and this recording process lasts ±3 days. The solution given to this problem is to create a Web-based BPS Service Administration Information System at the Plosoklaten Health Center. Making this application using the Waterfall Model development method. This application has features to register patients, print patient treatment cards that can be used in all services, record examination results, and generate reports. Based on the results of testing the BPS service administration information system, which was carried out using the Black Box Testing Method, the application can create medical card numbering that can be used for all services, can be used to record examination results, and can generate reports to the head of the puskesmas. This can be proven by testing as many as 73 test cases which are 100% successful.

Abstract

PT Saka Mitra Usaha is a snacks intermediary towards small shop delivered by a motorist. The motorist doesn't have any clear guidelines regarding closest delivery route, which makes it possible that the route followed is not the closest one and more time will be wasted during travel made. The solution proposed is to make an android based application that gives a closest route reccomendation to solve this problem, which is a Traveling Salesman Problem, where a courier needs to deliver items with the closest route as possible. The method chosen is Ant Colony Optimization, mainly the Ant System variant. Ant System is chosen because it has a lot of variables that can be modified in order to reach closest route, and also because the number of shop used is only 15 shops. The test results for 15 shops shown that the closest route available is 40.343 kilometers, reached using 8 ants and a combination of a = 1.5, β =1, ρ = 0.9 or a = 2, β =1.5, and ρ = 0.5-0.9. The application also gives the closest route recommendation and navigation helper in order to give the best route possible and shorten travel time.
