Abstract

SMK Ketintang is one of the vocational high schools in Surabaya. SMK Ketintang Library to support the process of teaching and learning activities for students, namely the library. The existence of a library is helpful to add or increase knowledge for students. Nowadays there are problems in libraries, namely when collecting book data, borrowing and returning books, librarians still use papers. In addition, when members decide what books to borrow members have to search for books on the shelves directly, members need more time when searching for books to be borrowed. In addition, because there is out of stock collection of books, the library section sometimes get difficult to provide book recommendations according to student needs. Based on these problems, the solution obtained is by making a web-based application using the item-based collaborative filtering method which can help the library business process become more structured in one application and provide book recommendations to members who are looking for or will borrow books. The method of implementing this method is applied, namely reading data from the loan history. Then the data is processed using this method as to produce data output book recommendations that have never been borrowed by members.

Abstract

CV. Kariyono Mandiri is a company engaged in trade and services under the name Optik Airlangga. The company has four (4) Optical branches, namely the Srikana branch as the central branch which is located at Jl. Srikana no.36 Surabaya, Royal Plaza Surabaya branch, Pandaan branch and Krian branch located on Jl. Basuki Rahmat no. 49 Krian. There is a problem where so far the sales data reported to optical owners is only limited to sales reports, there is no classification of data such as valid goods which are categorized into sub-categories (frames, lenses, accessories) so that optical owners find it difficult to determine which items should be reordered. . To overcome the problems at Optik Airlangga, an application is needed that can help record sales transactions, provide a recap of sales data without having to wait for reports from each branch, and can help optical owners by providing information in the form of best-selling items, total branch sales, and items with profits. that can be used as a consideration for the purchase of goods. After carrying out the stages from analysis to deployment, an application is produced that can record sales transactions, manage master data in the form of item data, item categories, employees, branches. The application provides transaction data that is paid off / not paid off. The application created has also provided a dashboard that provides information on low stock items for cashiers and admin staff. The application displays a dashboard for owner users that displays a graph of the number of sales for each branch, a graph of the best-selling items, and the items with the greatest profits.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Husada Utama (RSHU) Surabaya dalam menciptakan perawat yang professional, maka setiap perawat RSHU Surabaya harus mempunyai sertifikat terhadap setiap tindakan keperawatan. Dalam proses sertifikasi pada RSHU Surabaya dimulai dari perawat mengajukan kompetensi yang akan diujikan. Setelah itu perawat melaksanakan uji kompetensi sesuai dengan skema yang sudah ditentukan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) perawat. Kemudian asesor akan melakukan penilaian dan menetapkan hasil kelulusan kompetensi. Pada uji kompetensi RSHU Surabaya semua proses mulai dari pengolahan data, pendaftaran, skema kompetensi, perencanaan, sampai penetapan hasil semua masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Akibatnya dapat menurunkan produktifitas RSHU Surabaya pada proses uji kompetensi karena membutuhkan waktu yang ralatif lama serta tidak terujinya semua elemen atau Kriteria Unjuk Kerja (KUK) yang seharusnya ada pada tiap unit kompetensi karena pada saat skema kompetensi tidak sesuai dengan SKKNI dimana hal ini nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kompetensi perawat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat aplikasi uji kompetensi yang dapat melakukan skema kompetensi sesuai dengan SKKNI dan mengkomputerisasi semua proses uji kompetensi. Hasil dari aplikasi uji kompetensi perawat menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibangun dapat melakukan skema kompetensi sesuai dengan SSKNI dan dapat mengkomputerisasi proses uji kompetensi.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Uji Kompetensi, Standar Kerja Nasional Indonesia

Abstract

Arjuna Paint Shop is a business engaged in the production and sale of paint and other supporting tools. Established since April 2011, Arjuna Paint products are well received by the public as personal needs, colorists and businesses such as shoescare. In running its business, the Arjuna Paint shop also utilizes technology in online marketing by providing information using the website. The problem that occurs on the Arjuna Cat shop website is that there are no complex and systematic transaction features. Users when registering as agents are still via telephone/email, improper website layout makes users uncomfortable, Cat Arjuna shop has decreased revenue because the website has never been evaluated and repaired regularly. Based on these problems, a user interface/user experience design was designed and produced a Cat Arjuna e-commerce prototype using a user centered design (UCD) model. In the evaluation process of prototype testing, an in-depth interview process was carried out with shop owners and also Cat Arjuna customers. Evaluation of the prototype was carried out by distributing a system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire to 30 respondents to evaluate the product and as a benchmark for user perceptions. From the results of testing the prototype, an average of 81 is included in the "excellent" category, which means that the design is accepted by the user.

Abstract

Poliklinik Polrestabes Surabaya merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa layanan kesehatan dan terletak di Jalan Rajawali Nomor 43 di Kota Surabaya. Seluruh proses rekam medis yang dilakukan poliklinik ini masih belum terkomputerisasi. Sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah. Pertama terjadi kehilangan berkas rekam medis, antrian pasien yang panjang karena petugas harus mencari rekam medis di ruang penyimpanan dan penyimpanan rekam medis yang menumpuk.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang telah disebutkan, pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem berbasis web, dimana proses pendaftaran pasien dan proses rekam medis pasien dilakukan terkomputerisasi. Semua data pasien dan data rekam medis pasien tersimpan di dalam basis data pada komputer. Bedasarkan solusi yang di atas, penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan suatu aplikasi rekam medis pasien rawat jalan berbasis web pada Poliklinik Polrestabes Surabaya. Dengan ditrapkannya suatu aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas dalam melakukan pencatatan rekam medis serta dapat mengurangi antrian pasien yang panjang.

Abstract

Universitas Dinamika (Undika) adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Surabaya, saat ini memiliki tiga fakultas yaitu Fakultas Teknologi dan Informatika (FTI), Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis (FEB), dan Fakultas Desain & Industri Kreatif (FDIK). Fakultas Teknologi dan Informatika (FTI) memiliki 3 macam program studi yaitu S1 Sistem Informasi (SI), S1 Teknik Komputer (TK), dan D3 Sistem Informasi (SI). Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) memiliki 3 macam program studi yaitu, S1 Manajemen, S1 Akuntansi, dan D3 Administrasi Perkantoran. Sedangkan Fakultas Desain & Industri Kreatif (FDIK) memiliki 3 macam program studi juga yaitu, S1 Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), S1 Desain Produk (DP), serta D4 Produksi Film dan Televisi (PFT). Untuk pelayanan kepada mahasiswa, Universitas Dinamika memiliki banyak bagian atau unit kerja. Salah satu bagian tersebut adalah Pusat Pelayanan Tugas Akhir (PPTA). Permasalahannya sampai saat ini website PPTA belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi. Permasalahan lainnya berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuisioner pada 20 orang responden ditemukan bahwa 40% responden kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi TA, 35% responden merasa website PPTA masih belum terupdate, 40% responden merasa website PPTA belum bisa mendukung pengerjaan TA mahasiswa, 45% responden enggan untuk mengajak teman-temannya menggunakan website PPTA. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan harus ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan penggunaan. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dalam variabel kualitas sistem indikator yang sebaiknya ditingkatkan adalah waktu merespon (response time) dan fleksibilitas sistem. Dalam variabel kualitas layanan yang sebaiknya ditingkatkan adalah jaminan sistem terhadap pengguna website. Dari hasil peningkatan kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan maka hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan jumlah pengunjung website PPTA yang akan berguna untuk mempermudah mahasiswa yang akan mengerjakan TA.

Abstract

Museum Teknoform is one of the many technology-themed museums owned by Dinamika University. There have some problem at the Museum Teknoform that have been described. First, collection registration using manual method with Microsoft Excel, so the data cannot be accessed simultaneously because there is no centralized database and it cause storage errors when access the data. Second, the inventory of collections by the Museum Teknoform has not yet been carried out, as a result of incomplete information, such as no numbering or coding of item and no information describing the items, officers do not know for sure about the quantity and condition of the item. This is very influential in making collentions reports. Where complete information is needed to make it easier to compile reports on the development of collection owned by the Museum Teknoform. Third, there are many collections in the Museum Teknoform that do not have a catalog, which prevents the Museum Teknoform from accessing information about the collection quickly and precisely. Based on the explanation abov, Museum Teknoform needs a system that can help Museum Teknoform be able to solve the problems found in the company by designing and building a registration and inventory application of Museum Teknoform collection.

Abstract

Estimated cost of the software project is very important for the government before the project tendered. The government must determine the HPS (Harga Perkiraan Sendiri) by surveying the price of the project in each region. Because there is no specific regulation related to the HPS itself in the presidential regulation. Perpres No. 70 of 2012 explains that HPS is only for the procurement of goods or services and there are no specific regulations related to HPS for software projects. Therefore, the government has difficulty determining the estimated total value of software development projects. based on these problems, the application of determining the cost of a software development project was built using the COCOMO II method. The application built can determine the estimated total value of a software development project using the COCOMO II method before the project is tendered. So the government is easy to determine the HPS in each software development project.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo Marine Service merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) berupa salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) terbesar di bidang penyelenggara jasa kepelabuhan. Pada PT. Pelindo Marine Service terdapat bidang Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI) yang bertugas untuk pengendalian manajemen yang memberikan layanan jasa penjaminan dan konsultasi (audit internal). Pada SPI dalam melakukan pencatatan pemeriksaan audit internal saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang berupa dokumen paperless. Pencatatan dengan dokumen paperless ini berisiko untuk kehilangan data pemeriksaan audit internal. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka didapatkan solusi berupa sebuah aplikasi pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal pada SPI. Pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal meliputi pencatatan setiap pemeriksaan audit internal, sistem juga dapat menampilkan status pemeriksaan, dan pembuatan laporan hasil pemeriksaan kegiatan audit internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam mengembangkan aplikasi pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal SPI. Berdasarkan hasil dari aplikasi yang dibangun bahwa aplikasi dapat melakukan pencatatan pemeriksaan audit internal, dapat mengetahui status audit internal yang sedang berjalan, menampilkan jumlah laporan dari hasil pemeriksaan audit internal setiap periode, dan memberikan laporan temuan pemeriksaan, laporan tanggapan pemeriksaan, laporan rekomendasi pemeriksaan, dan laporan tindak lanjut pemeriksaan.

Abstract

Academic business processes consisting of Registration, Class Distribution, Teaching and Learning Activities, and Assessment.The obstacle handled by the school is the academic process which still uses a manual system which causes the decision-making process to be hampered.The solution given is to create an information system that can facilitate teacher performance in making decisions related to the preparation of teaching and learning activities.Software development starts from the specification of user requirements and continues through the stages of planning, modeling, construction (construction), and submission of the software system to users (deployment) which ends with assistance through the resulting software. This information system is designed and built according to the needs of TK Negeri Pembina II Mojokerto, namely the academic administration process for data management and also facilitates related processes related to the academic process.
