Abstract

UD. TBRK Roastery a private company engaged in the manufacture and sale of local and imported coffee beans. The company was founded in 2016 and the founder of the company is Bowo Sundoro. The center of the company is located at Jalan Manukan Dalam Blok 14 J No. 12 Surabaya. One of the processes is a performance appraisal due to the employee development monitoring mechanism for each period (2 weeks). In conducting the assessment process, problems often occur such as the loss of the performance appraisal file in the previous period or during the ongoing period, the absence of a specific value range at the time of the performance appraisal, the calculation of the assessment which is often wrong, such as a mismatch with the content of the performance appraisal.Based on the problems described above, the solution needed is the creation of a website-based performance appraisal application using a paired comparison method that uses several criteria, including: efficiency, concern, enthusiasm, greeting, ethics, estimation, honesty, completeness, cooperation and passion. Application development uses the system development life cycle (SDLC), which consists of four stages, namely communication, planning, construction, and deployment. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a website-based performance appraisal application using the paired comparison method. This application can perform an appraiser selection process, performance appraisal using paired comparison, namely by performing automatic calculations when the owner or supervisor enters the value into the system. This application generates a performance appraisal report.

Abstract

PT. Kasa Husada adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan peralatan medis yang meliputi kasa steril dan kapas. Permasalahan dalam proses penilaian kinerja di perusahaan adalah: proses penilaian memakan waktu lama, indikator umumnya tidak sesuai dengan tugas dan target. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan proses aktivitas perusahaan menjadi terganggu, dan hasil penilaian kinerja tidak dapat menggambarkan bagaimana target perusahaan telah tercapai. Sedangkan dalam proses promosi mereka masih menggunakan kertas dalam pengajuan promosi, tidak ada kriteria minimum yang harus dimiliki untuk menempati posisi tertentu. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan proses promosi di perusahaan membutuhkan banyak biaya dan kesalahan dalam penempatan karyawan. Dengan masalah di atas, aplikasi untuk evaluasi kinerja dan aplikasi untuk proses promosi dibuat. Aplikasi penilaian kinerja dibangun menggunakan metode KPI Maximize (Key Performance Indicator) dengan indikator penilaian sesuai dengan bagian masing-masing. Sementara aplikasi promosi memiliki kriteria kemampuan (dengan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting)), persyaratan, dan hasil penilaian kinerja. Abstract

In order to create order in the Trimurti High School Surabaya environment, rules are made which must be obeyed by students. However, there are violations committed by students at school. Every violation committed will get points based on the points guidebook. This recording takes approximately 4 hours, and the accumulated points calculation is done after 3 months / one semester. Causes delays in issuing warning letters, so students do not receive letters on time. To ensure that the recording process of this violation runs well, this application was created so that it can be a container that can monitor violations. This application, will help the order team in recording violations and student achievement, assist in awarding and calculating points, and determining the sanctions students will get from the total points. Warning Letters can be issued and given to the guardians in real time. This application can be useful for monitoring violations and points that have been obtained so that students will be more careful. The results of the trials that have been carried out, the calculation of points and the determination of the sanctions that the students get results in a value that corresponds to the percentage of 100%

Abstract

PT SUCOFINDO (Persero) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) bidang jasa survey yang berdiri sejak tahun 1956.  PT SUCOFINDO Cabang Utama Surabaya memiliki kendala dimana Bidang Penjualan dan Dukungan Operasi (PDO) melalui sub-Bidang PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) masih melakukan penugasan/ penunjukkan petugas lapangan secara langsung (konvensional), serta masih terdapat keterbatasan pengetahuan tim PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) dalam memilih petugas lapangan terkait kompetensi yang dimiliki.Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, solusi yang dilakukan adalah membuat aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah penunjukkan penugasan kepada petugas lapangan berdasarkan beberapa kriteria yaitu [1] kehadiran, [2] manday dan [3] kompetensi dari petugas lapangan. Proses penujukkan penugasan dilakukan menggunakan metode Hungarian, metode Hungarian bekerja dalam hal pemilihan petugas dengan cara menghitung poin, dimana poin awal berjumlah 50 poin, kemudian setiap kesesuaian kompetensi petugas terhadap order, maka poin akan berkurang 10, kompetensi dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu Professional Expercience, Sertifikasi dan Pelatihan, maka apabila petugas memenuhi persyaratan, maka poin akan berkurang 30 poin, dilihat dari kesesuaian 3 kelompok yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Penunjukkan penugasan dilakukan oleh sub-Bidang PTK (Penempatan Tenaga Kerja) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan metode Hungarian yang sudah dilakukan.Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat memberikan hasil penujukkan penugasan pada petugas lapangan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah disebutkan sebelumnya  yaitu [1] kehadiran, [2] manday dan [3] kompetensi dari petugas lapangan. Selain itu aplikasi juga dapat menghasilkan historis dari penugasan petugas lapangan, yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk monitoring bagaimana penugasan yang dilakukan dalam jangka tertentu.Kata Kunci : Penugasan Petugas Lapangan, Hungarian, Website, Monitoring.

Abstract

In accordance with the tri dharma of higher education and research, research and development, and community service, lecturers at Stikom Surabaya  every year can produce works from research activities. In addition to lecturers, students can also produce works research work from courses and practical work. The work of lecturers and students Stikom Surabaya can have selling points. The establishment of the Marketplace Stikom Surabaya. By being a platform that can accommodate the work of lecturers and students that can help to offer their products. A marketplace requires management to limit the problems that occur. Based on the explanation above, it can be seen that the problems that occur in the Stikom Surabaya marketplace if it does not have good management such as shops making products that are prohibited in the available categories, stores that do not complete transactions and there are buyers who have not confirmed receipt of goods after the goods are taken. Management can also be used to control processes such as transaction processing, entry and exit of marketplace balances, feedback from users, receipt and delivery of goods at distribution points. Based on the existing problems, research will be carried out to design and build an Android-based marketplace management application for Stikom Surabaya. The design and build application marketplace management Stikom Surabaya based android platform that can manage standardization, distribution points, create voucher / promo features, manage premium members, manage complaint resolution, record cash flow, use push notifications in real time, store management in the marketplace, and transaction management so that transactions are monitored. In developing applications, the process of withdrawing balances can be made directly into the seller's account, adding vouchers for reward badges / levels, adding features for premium members, automatically developing checks on the names of products added, and using schedule tasks or the like to inspect goods that have not been taken at the distribution point.

Tracer study is one way for schools or agencies to obtain graduate data that is used as input for improving the learning process. SMAN (State High School) 1 Kutorejo has conducted a tracer study since 2016 with an online system using the google form media. However, there are several problems regarding the current tracer study, including the absence of a special account created by the school, no real-time notification as a notification that the questionnaire has been filled out by alumni, and reports that require calculations are still using the formulation system through Microsoft. excel. Based on these problems, it is necessary. a tracer study system that includes login features, alumni data collection, questionnaire creation, questionnaire filling, real-time notifications and is also equipped with descriptive statistical methods for data presentation and waterfall method for the final project process. The results of this study are to help the counseling guidance of SMAN 1 Kutorejo obtain information about current alumni activities, find out information about the quality and teaching and learning facilities, and find out information about the quality of alumni. Abstract

Startups are often associated with companies engaged in information technology, including Satu Pintu whose business processes use information technology. However, the development of information technology projects requires a lot of money, especially Satu Pintu is a new startup that is still in the pioneering stage and still does not have a broad scope.Therefore, One Stop requires a feasibility study analysis related to the development of a One Stop application project with the aim of knowing the feasibility of the application being developed and marketed or not. To avoid the risk of investing too much, but the benefits obtained are not comparable to those invested, therefore this feasibility study will be viewed from an economic point of view using the Cost Benefit Analysis method to identify and calculate the cost benefits of developing the One Stop application, to analyze the costs incurred The method used is Use Case Points, while to analyze the benefits of IS / IT development using the Ranti's Generic IS / IT Value method in its identification.The results obtained after an analysis using several methods, show that the One Door application development has a benefit ratio of 3 times greater than the investment that must be spent. There are several things that One Pintu must pay attention to, namely that investment in application development has not been able to return the value of the initial capital of 5% and the payback period will return within 1 year. From the above analysis, it can be concluded that the company needs to conduct periodic analysis to analyze the absorption of benefits and costs to determine the value of the discount rate and interest rate and the company must also avoid changing conditions in the company's condition of more than 5% to avoid the feasibility risk of developing the One Stop application.

Abstract

SIAM is a web-based academic information system application at WR Supratman University in Surabaya with the aim to provide information about students' academics. From the results of a review of the SIAM similarweb application, there were fewer visitors due to the unattractive and less responsive user interface / user experience on the smartphone display, whereas the number of users through smartphones reached 78% more than users accessing via a PC. Besides that, from the results of the questionnaire to 30 users, it is known that the appearance of SIAM when accessed via smartphone 84% of students stated that the application still looks less attractive and still does not look neat. The solution of this problem is to design a user interface / user experience that is specific to smartphone devices using the Lean UX method, consisting of 4 stages namely Declare Assumptions, Creat an MVP, Run an Experiment, Feedback and Research. The test was conducted on 30 students of WR Supratman University. From the First iteration it is known that the success rate of the prototype reaches 85%, while the second iteration reaches 92% which indicates an increase in the user interface / user experience from before. This shows that the prototype produced is good enough in terms of user interface / user experience so that the prototype can be easily used on a smartphone display

Abstract: Information security related to information assets is a critical aspect that must maintain by PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Surabaya, which handles the airport business sector includes services such as baggage control, aerodrome, and airport facilities. Information security systems that unwell manage can pose problems related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.This study aims to improve security information systems thru risk assessment using the OCTAVE method to find the highest impact when the risk occurs and prioritization those risks. The objective and security controls build based on using ISO/IEC 27001:2013.The results of this study are the document of objective and security control, risk management documents, standard operational procedure (SOP) documents. Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Barunawati adalah salah satu SMA Swasta yang beralamatkan di JL. Perak Barat No. 173 Surabaya, SMA Barunawati berakreditasi A dan berada dibawah naungan Yayasan Barunawati Biru Surabaya. Berdasarkan data stelah di inputkan dalam www.similarweb.com menunjukkan adanya penurunan jumlah pengunjung website. Dengan menurunnya jumlah pengunjung tersebut, pihak terkait merasakan tidak maksimalnya informasi karena website SMA memiliki kontribusi seperti fasilitas, profil visi misi, hal seragam sekolah, kontak. Penelitian ini memakai ‘Technology Acceptance Model’2 yang dikatakan dpat untuk memprkirakan tingkat penerimaan aplikasi. Penyesuaian dan pngambilan data dilakukan dengan memberi sebuah kuesioner secara offlinee dengan ditentukan jumlah banyaknya sampel. maka kuesionner terbagi di case ini sebanyak 120 orang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja memengaruhi penggunaan yang diteliti ditopik ini adalah smabarunawati-sby.sch.id.
