Abstract

Badan Akreditasi Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini dan Pendidikan Non Formal Jawa Timur (BAN-PAUD Jatim) adalah organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pelaksanaan akreditasi satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF). BAN- PAUD Jatim melaksanakan akreditasi melalui assesi dan visitasi langsung pada PAUD dan PNF di Jawa Timur. Dalam pelaksanaan akreditasi, ditemukan bahwa proses pemilihan asesor selama ini menggunakan cara manual, yang menyebabkan proses penjadwalan dan pembagian wilayah pelaksanaan visitasi asesi tidak terlaksana dengan efektif dan efisien. Masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan merencanakan penembangan Sistem Informasi Pemilihan Penugasan Asesor yang bertujuan untuk membantu pelaksanaan pemilihan penugasan asesor selama proses visitasi dan asesi pada BAN-PAUD Jatim. Abstract

In the system that runs on PT. Surabaya Trading Industry, that need to be resolved. The sales process for a company takes a long time and customers have to come to the company because of the large number of orders that must be checked one by one because it is based on a lot of documents and there may be broken and unreadable. PT. Surabaya Trading Industry has difficulty in marketing and recording orders, especially in customers whose geographical location is far from the company so that customers must come to the company, this causes difficult access to facilitate customers. So that all existing orders can be managed and monitored, we need a system to manage orders. A solution is given in the form of a web-based sales information system application at PT. Surabaya Industrial Trading. Tthis application can help PT. Surabaya Trading Industry to manage order data, provide a function of stock and order monitoring that is recorded when ordering takes place so that the company can find out information about the order. The application also helps in providing order reports, income reports, and stock reports.

Abstract

In the academic activities of GIKI 2 High School there is a process of scheduling course conducted by the Curriculum Vice Principal to design the course schedule. The scheduling at GIKI 2 High School currently uses conventional way of using Microsoft Excel program to design all schedule of course. In this process appears difficulties in dividing the schedule of courses between teachers because not all days in a week non-permanent teacher can teach and also takes a long time in scheduling process. The length of time required in the process of scheduling this course delay the process of learning activities in GIKI 2 High School. This research aims to produce an scheduling course application at GIKI 2 High School, which can create a one-year course schedule by complying with scheduling constraints such as subjects in the maximum one day of running 2 hours sequentially, maximum teacher teaching hours 8 hours/week and nothing crash between teacher schedule. The system generates a course schedule for one-year course schedule along with the reports required by the school, based on the test results all functions on the system can run well and successfully produce a course schedule along with the necessary reports in the scheduling of subjects.

Abstract

Unit teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung proses bisnis pada suatu perusahaan, salah satunya adalah PT Jasa Marga. Unit teknologi informasi ini wajib memberikan dukungan kepada perusahaan yaitu mengolah dan menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh elemen eksistensi dalam bentuk teknologi informasi. PT Jasa Marga sebagai penyedia jalan bebas hambatan telah memberlakukan pembayaran non-tunai yaitu Electronic Toll (E-toll). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja teknologi informasi transaksi E-toll pada PT Jasa Marga cabang Surabaya-Gempol dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC). IT BSC akan mengukur kinerja departemen TI dari empat perspektif, yaitu Kontribusi Instansi, Orientasi Pengguna, Penyempurnaan Operasional dan Orientasi Masa Depan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan mix method yang menunjukkan bahwa PT Jasa Marga khususnya Tol Surabaya Gempol telah memenuhi 2 perspektif berkategori baik dan 2 perspektif berkategori cukup.

Abstract

In case studies conducted at PT. Petrokimia Gresik management and recording of process incoming and process outgoing mail is still done manually, the according to results of new discussions with an the parties concerned, current management often raises several of problems have including frequent is occurrence of officers not knowing the new existence of letter documents if certain parties need information on good letters it's an incoming or outgoing letter. The letter of disposition process that is still manually using paper and the new process of filing and distributing letters must be printed repeatedly. Therefore, it requires an process incoming or outgoing mail management application that has a mail search in feature, letter of recorded and letter of disposition to get effective and efficient results. As for application users are secretaries, managers and employees.The application was built and designed with web-based, in order to quickly connect between managers, secretaries and employees at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. reports generated include incoming letter reports each period, outgoing letter reports each period, letter disposition reports each period, reports on the number of approvals or rejection of dispositions of incoming letters each period, and reports on the number of approval or rejection of outgoing letters.

Abstract

Academic and Student Affairs Administration (AAK) has services in the form of complete graduation, dispensation letter, Temporary Study Stop (BSS) or Leave and Permanent Study Stop (BST). From these services, which are processed in about 3-5 days, this problem arises where AAK has not been able to evaluate, target each of these services online and it does not have an application in the form of a dashboard, therefore it cannot check the document process quickly so that there is no service delay and cannot analyze the urgency on each of these services. The solution to the above problem is the academic administration service dashboard application. With this dashboard, you can see the performance of the AAK section with indicators for each service needed, which can be seen from each indicator that produces results in the form of Good, enough, and Less. From these indicators, AAK can target how long the services will take to be processed immediately, this application also functions to analyze the needs needed by the AAK section of how many students request services, study programs, batches, reasons for submitting and others.

Abstract

Tulungagung is one of regencies in East Java which has many various tourism object, from natural, historical, culinary, artificial, and shopping. Hence, the tourist should more selective in choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. This tourism object selection is very important for travel convenience, so it does note cause problems for the tourist. In order to solve this problem, a Decision Support System for selecting a tourism object in Tulungagung was built. There are 5 criteria used: cost, distance, cleanliness, type of tourism, and facilities. In this research, the method that used is Profile Matching and this system was built on a web basis. The result of this research is that Decision Support System for choosing a tourism objects in Tulungagung can make tourist more easier for choosing tourism objects that suit their wants and needs. Keyword: Decision Support System, Tourism Object, Profile Matching

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di Sekolah Menengah Ketintang di Surabaya, guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) memiliki tugas melaksanakan implementasi layanan konseling dan menangani pelanggaran siswa. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah siswa melakukan konseling hanya untuk menghindari kelas atau pelajaran tertentu, siswa jarang melakukan konseling karena malu atau takut untuk menyampaikan masalah, dan dokumentasi layanan konseling dan penanganan pelanggaran siswa yang masih menggunakan metode manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, aplikasi E-Konseling dibangun. Desain dan pembuatan aplikasi E-Konseling berdasarkan pada proses bisnis yang ada dalam kegiatan layanan konseling dan penanganan pelanggaran siswa di SMK Ketintang Surabaya, serta merujuk pada spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dan melanjutkan melalui tahapan dalam System Development Life Cycle ( SDLC) model air terjun. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, penerapan E-Counseling dapat membantu dalam konseling dan menangani pelanggaran siswa, memfasilitasi konseling dan dokumentasi pelanggaran, membantu guru BK untuk mengetahui siswa yang membutuhkan arahan khusus, dan membantu guru BK dalam mengelola laporan untuk kegiatan evaluasi

Abstract

In Banyuwangi district, The understanding about hydroponics still relatively new. Business process that hydroponics banyuwangi farmer do for sales still using social media like Facebook or Whatsapp. By those social media, the income or sales they get are mostly only from inside the communities. From the results of interviews with several hydroponic farmers in Banyuwangi district, it is known that they need a solution to sell and expand the marketing of their hydroponic plants. This research will design and build marketplace application using the Waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to produce marketplace android application for hydroponics farmers in Banyuwangi district. Using this application to resolve problem about sales that we appointed at the beginning. By using Waterfall model at development and black box testing method, the result are 18 test cases with 100% success rate covering functions that have been applied to the frontend.

Abstract

PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya city is a company distributing water in Surabaya. At present PDAM Surya Sembada in Surabaya has problems in serving customers in the activities of new installations and meter replacementsadueatoathealargevnumberxof requests for new installations and replacement of unserved meters. In 2018 there were 77,291 new installation requests and only 18% (13,912) of new installation requests underserved, and there were 51,649 requests for replace meters and only 21% (10,846) of request for meter replacements served by the PDAM because reports of requests that were on customer service were often not reported to the distribution. Reports on arrears of payment information from the finance department take 2 days so that the distribution department cannot find out information on delinquent payments quickly. This study aims to solve the problem by creating a customer service information system application that can make prospective customers and customers request new installations and replace meters through the application.aThe resultseof thehtrial on the function obtained 100% results based on these results thecapplication can be used to serve requests for new installations and replace meters and can provide information on customer water meter payment arrears.
