Abstract

The aviation industry in Indonesia plays an important role in supporting community mobility and the national economy. However, non-compliance with regulations, especially in reporting changes in ticket fare policies, has the potential to create monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. One of the cases that emerged was Lion Group's non-compliance which had an impact on the structure of the domestic aviation market. This study aims to analyze the implications of Lion Group's non-compliance with fare regulations on business competition in the aviation industry. The approach used is juridical-normative with data collection techniques through literature studies. The data analyzed includes laws and regulations, legal decisions, and related literature. The results of the study show that Lion Group's non-compliance creates barriers for competitors, reduces consumer choice, and increases the risk of unhealthy market dominance. This violates the principles of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unhealthy Business Competition. The implications of this study show the urgency of strengthening regulation and supervision by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) to prevent similar violations. Transparency in tariff policies and commitment to regulation are needed to create healthy and fair competition in the aviation industry. This non-compliance has much greater implications than just an internal problem of the company. This also has an impact on monopolistic practices and unfair business competition that can harm consumers and other business actors. In this context, business competition law, especially Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition, is important to maintain healthy competition. Non-compliance with the reporting of these tariff changes not only has the potential to lead to competitive unfairness, but can also exacerbate market dominance by a single company, thereby suppressing the diversity of choices for consumers. Through this study, the legal and economic implications of Lion Group's non-compliance with tariff reporting provisions in the business competition law will be analyzed. The author will also examine the extent of its impact on business competition in the Indonesian aviation industry, as well as the steps that can be taken by the relevant authorities to prevent monopolistic practices and promote fair competition. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of compliance with fare regulations in creating a healthy and sustainable business climate in the aviation industry.

Abstract

Security food has become global attention, especially for a preservative experience to replace material chemistry. Oil essential oil leaf betel green (Piper betle L.) is a material experienced with eugenol, chavicol, and flavonoid content with characteristic antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Research This aims to study the effectiveness of oil essential oil leaf betel green as a preservative natural in meat products and determine the dose optimally. The experimental method uses a randomized block design (RBD) with four treatments: control and concentration of essential oil at 5 ml, 7.5 ml, and 10 ml. Observed parameters include pH, color, texture, and aroma of meat during seven-day storage, with data analysis using one-way ANOVA direction. Research results show that oil essential oil leaf betel green effectively maintains quality meat, with pH stability and better organoleptic parameters than the control. Oil essential oil at a concentration of 7.5 ml and 10 ml provides results best in slow down decay meat until seven day. Implications study This is development material preservative natural friendly? environmental and safe For industry food, at the same time reduce dependence on preservatives synthetic.

Abstract

In the digital era, ransomware attacks have become a significant threat to security systems, especially in cloud computing environments. These attacks encrypt victim data and demand ransom, causing considerable financial and operational losses. This Study aims to develop a cryptography-based early detection system for ransomware attacks to protect data in cloud environments. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this Study analyzes literature related to ransomware attacks, cryptographic algorithms, and cloud security. Data are obtained from indexed journals, books, and conferences. The Study's results showed that the implementation of cryptographic algorithms, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ransomware detection. This system managed to reduce detection time by 48.28%, increase the success rate of data protection from 60% to 95%, and almost double the amount of data protected. This implementation strengthens data security, minimizes the impact of ransomware, and ensures the continuity of cloud user operations. The implications of this Study support the existing literature on the importance of cryptography in mitigating digital security threats while providing practical guidance for organizations in adopting this technology. Further research is recommended to integrate cryptographic algorithms with technologies such as blockchain to increase the scale and complexity of data protection in a broader cloud environment.

Research aiming evaluate conformity question with dimensions cognitive Bloom's Taxonomy and identifying support to skills communication. Research This use approach quantitative descriptive with analyze question in book text based on LOTS and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) categories, as well as supporting elements? communication scientific. Research result show that 66.32% of the questions in virus chapter and 72.29% of questions in chapter diversity creature life is at in LOTS category, with domination level cognitive remembering (C1) and understanding (C2). The proportion of HOTS, such as analysis (C4) and creation (C6), very low, indicating limitations in facilitate think critical. Support to skills communication is also minimal, limited to discussion simple without strengthening presentation or debate. Study This highlight the need improvement amount question HOTS based and enrichment element communication in book text For support learning holistic. Findings This give implications important for development more teaching materials balanced and relevant with demands Independent Curriculum. Books text expected can push student For think critical, creative, and communicative, supporting scientific literacy in the era of modern learning.

Abstract

In today's digital era where there are many technological transformations, the ease of conducting financial transactions is one of the things that many people enjoy. One of the services that is widely used is credit cards and pay later systems. A credit card is a payment instrument using a card where the cardholder's payment obligation is fulfilled by the issuer first, then the cardholder is required to make payments at the agreed time, either in full or in installments. Pay later is a type of short-term loan through a digital platform that allows users to purchase goods and then make payments through a series of installments. The purpose of this literature is to investigate using a systematic literature review method (Systematic Literature Review) from various studies to find out how consumer behavior is towards the use of credit cards and pay later. In this study, it was found that demographic factors and consumer behavior have an important role in the use of both payment systems. The use of credit cards is driven by adequate economic factors such as high income. In using the pay later payment system, young consumers (<29 years) tend to have impulsive buying behavior. The drive for a modern lifestyle and a lifestyle that leads to hedonism makes them interested in going into debt. Individuals who have strong self-control tend to be better able to resist excessive use of credit cards and pay later systems. The implication of this finding is to provide input to the public not to use credit cards and pay later excessively because Lots impact negative that will appear.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents significant challenges for the preservation of local culture in the midst of the rapid flow of modern technology. Cultural institutions are required to reorient their role in integrating local wisdom with technology to answer the needs of the digital community. This research aims to analyze the adaptation and transformation strategies of cultural institutions in the face of digital disruption, as well as identify effective integration models between traditional values and technological innovation. Using qualitative-descriptive research methods with a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies from five indigenous communities in Indonesia that have successfully integrated technology in their cultural practices. The results of the study show three main findings: cultural digitalization strengthens people's cultural identity through wider access and revitalization of traditional values, technology adoption increases community socio-economic resilience through the creation of new jobs and market expansion, and the integration of traditional ecological knowledge with modern technology creates an effective sustainable development model. However, challenges such as the digital divide, cultural resistance, and intellectual property rights protection still need to be addressed. The implications of this study include the need for policies that support cultural digitalization by respecting indigenous rights, increasing digital literacy, and a cross-sectoral collaborative approach to ensure the successful integration of technology with local cultures. This research makes a strategic contribution in building a harmonious framework between cultural preservation and technological advancement, as well as supporting the creation of an adaptive society without losing its cultural identity.
