Inti dari masalah ekonomi yang kita pahami selama ini adalah kebutuhan manusia yang tidak terbatas sedangkan alat pemuas kebutuhan terbatas. Para ahli ekonomi konvensional menyebutnya sebagai masalah kelangkaan. Dalam Islam masalah ekonomi Islam permasalahan ekonomi adalah ditribusi yang tidak merata. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : Mengetahaui konsep permasalahan ekonomi dalam Islam, Mengetahui perbedaan permasalahan ekonomi dalam ekonomi Islam dan konvensional, dan Mengetahui cara mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi dalam Islam. Permasalahan dalam ekonomi Islam adalah distribusi yang tidak merata sedangkan konvensional adalah kelangkaan. Solusi yang ditawarkan Islam antara lain: Masyarakat mempunyai hak khiyar. Hak khiyar adalah adalah salah satu ak bagi kedua belah pihak yang melakukan transaksi (akad) ketika terjadi beberapa persoalan dalam transaksi yang dimaksud. Hak Khiyar sendiri ada terbagi menjadi :Khiyar Tadlis (Membatalkan karanabarangnya cacat), Khiyar ‘aib (kurangnya nilai tersebut dikalangan ahli pasar. Khiyar Syarat (hakpilih) yang dijadikansyarat keduanya. Masyarakat menyelesaikannya dengan media al-shulhu (perdamaian).

Penelitian ini berupaya menjawab beberapa masalah : Bagaimana pelaksanaan jual beli karet di desa Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, bagaimana tinjauan fiqih muamalah terhadap kecurangan jual beli karetdi desa Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Sejalan dengan masalah yang telah dirumuskan, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan jual beli karetdi desa Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, untuk mengetahui tinjauan fiqh muamalah terhadap kecurangan jual beli karet di desa Betung Kecamatan Lubuk Keliat Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Untuk mengetahui masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan jenis data kualitatif, dengan sumber data primer yaitu merupakan data pokok yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan studi lapangan mewawancarai sebagian penjual dan pembeli karet yang melaksanakan jual beli karet di desa Betung. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari dokumentasi dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti, seperti buku-buku perpustakaan yang ada kaitannya dengan permasalahan yang dibahas. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. kemudian data yang telah terkumpul dianalisa secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen analisis deduktif interpretatif. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan, bahwa pelaksanaan jual beli karet di desa Betung dilakukan setiap hari Rabu, ada yang menjual karet dengan sistem bebas dan ada pula yang menjual karet secara terikat pada toke karet. Dari hasil penelitian ada pembeli karet (toke karet) yang melakukan praktek kecurangan melalui timbangan karet dan ada sebagian penjual karet (petani karet) yang menambahkan batu dan tanah ke dalam kepingan karet untuk menambah berat timbangan ketika dijual. Dalam fiqh muamalah jual beli tersebut tidak sah karena bertentangan dengan syarat dan rukun jual beli yang telah ditetapkan dalam syariat Islam. Selain bertentangan dengan syariat Islam melakukan kecurangan merupakan perbuatan zalim kepada orang lain dalam urusan hartanya dan memakan harta mereka dengan cara yang batil. Walaupun hanya sedikit, harta yang didapatkan dengan jalan berbohong, menyembunyikan kecacatanatau mengurangi timbangan adalah harta yang haram.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan kekayaan dalam Islam. Ada empat konsep pengelolaan kekayaan dalam Islam, tentunya semua ini harus berdasarkan syariah: 1). (bisnis), tabungan di bank, investasi pada properti, dan lain-lain. 2). Peningkatan atau Perbaikan Kekayaan. Meningkatkan jumlah pengembalian dari capital gain dan pendapatan termasuk melalui penggunaan leverage (utang). 3.) Perlindungan Kekayaan. Melindungi kekayaan melalui manajemen risiko dan asuransi.4) Distribusi Kekayaan. Mendistrbusikan kekayaan melalui zakat dan faraid (warisan).

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership on employees work activity moderated work discipline at Islamic banking in Makassar. Data collection uses the primary data obtained from questionnaires using technitk proportionated random sampling. The population is all 162 permanent employees from 11 Islamic banks in Makassar City, while the sample taken is 62 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Methoddata analysis using SEM technique (Sturctural equation modeling) assisted with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis of leadership is accepted in part because it shows the result of hypothesis test that negative and significant. This means that influential negative leadership and significant to employees work activity. then result research on work discipline shows that the hypothesis is accepted because it shows results a positive and significant hypothesis. this means that positive discipline work is positive and significant to employees work activity. While the results of research on discipline work as the strengthening variable indicates that the hypothesis is accepted as it shows the results a positive and significant hypothesis. This means that the work discipline variable can strengthen variable leadership on employees work activity. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Islamic Banking

The issue of leadership has always been an important and interesting theme to be discussed since it is one of the influencing factors of the success or failure of an organization. Therefore, this article seeks to discuss the sharia bank leadership concept through a theoretical study to provide a clear picture of the leadership concept in sharia banks in theory. This study used library research because all data processed were the library data analyzed with a qualitative-descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the leadership concept of sharia banks ideally models on the leadership of the Rasulullah (Messenger of Allah) SAW, starting from being smart in communication to being an agent of change, as a coach with the dedication vision and the charismatic spirit.

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) states that one of the root causes of the slow growth in the market share of Islamic banking is due to the weak literacy of Indonesian people towards sharia finance. Based on a 2016 National Literacy and Financial Inclusion survey involving 9,680 research respondents from 34 provinces in 64 cities / districts. shows that the national Islamic financial literacy rate is 8.11 percent. While on the other hand, there has been an increase in internet usage among Indonesian people. The research aims to find out how the AISAS model which consists of Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share affects the level of literacy of Islamic banking in followers of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Research consists of three stages namely literature study. Then a field study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 183 respondents. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The results show that (1) Attention variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely interest. (2) Interest variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely search. (3) The search variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely action. (4) The action variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, which is share. (5) The search variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy. (6) The action variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy. (7) The share variable does not have a significant effect even though it has a positive value on the dependent variable, namely Sharia Banking Literacy.

This study is entitled "The Effect of Income and Interest Rates on the Decision of Taking Mortgages at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch". The main problem in this research is how much income and interest rates influence the decision to take KPR at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Prabumulih Branch. Determination of the sample in this study is to use the accidental sampling method, namely random sampling. The number of samples studied were 100 respondents who worked, both as private employees, BUMN employees, and Civil Servants (PNS) who were classified based on the income they received per month. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study concluded that income and interest rates influence the decision to take a mortgage at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Prabumulih of 46.8%. Researchers give advice, companies engaged in housing should really pay attention to what factors are very influential in determining the buyer's decision to take a mortgage so that companies avoid unwanted problems, such as bad loans

This study aims to find out "The Influence of Promotion, Against the Decision on the Use of Digital Services Mediated by Consumer Knowledge and Consumer Confidence in the Babylon Bank of South Sumatra Branch". Problem formulation is a problem that will be answered by the research objectives. This study uses a statistical analysis tool that is multiple linear regression. The results of the calculation, the influence of each construct on the construct; first, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Trust. The results of data analysis obtained a t-value of 27,182 with a t-table value of 1,965973. Second, Promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Knowledge. The results of data analysis obtained a t-value of 25.218 with a t-table value of 1.965973. This means that the Promotion variable has a significant effect on the Consumer Knowledge variable. Third, Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Decision of Use. The results of data analysis obtained a t-value of 4.169 with a t-table value of 1.965973. Fourth, Consumer Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Decision of Use. The results of data analysis obtained a value of t-value of 3.561 with a t-table value of 1.965973. Fifth, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the Decision of Use. The results of data analysis obtained a t-value of 3.342 with a t-table value of 1.965973. This means that the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the Decision Use variable

This study aims to determine differences in income before and after getting murabaha financing at Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Krueng Geukueh. The research method uses quantitative methods with a sample of 45 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Based on the results of the study there is a relationship between welfare and cheap financing at Bank Aceh Syariah Capem Krueng Geukeuh, with the difference in the difference in average income before and after amounting to -8,587 to -7,635. This research is useful for researchers themselves, for banks, for murabaha financing customers, and for future researchers. Keywords: welfare, income and murabahah financing
