Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance management of the Religious Harmony Forum, from now on referred to as FKUB, in maintaining interfaith harmony in the city of South Tangerang. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by conducting observations and interviews to collect data. In this study, it was found that FKUB South Tangerang City was not optimal in carrying out its functions and duties because it did not have good performance management. This can be seen from indicators, among others, there are still many people in South Tangerang City who do not know about the Tangsel FKUB and feel the benefits of the organization's existence, the Tangsel FKUB does not have a clear vision, mission and objectives, has not received adequate funding from the Tangsel City Government and has never carried out training for administrators. Therefore FKUB South Tangerang City needs to improve performance by using Armstrong performance management and Balance Scorecard (BSC).

Abstract

This study explains the characteristics of the policies of the State Financial Accountability Board of the People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia, from now on referred to as BAKN. The research method in this research uses qualitative methods. A qualitative approach is used because of the method's relevance to research themes related to accountability state finances Accountability. The theory used is the theory of implementation proposed by Mazmanian and Sabatier. The research findings show that from the policy characteristics, the MD3 policy by BAKN still does not have clarity and consistency, including the continued existence of BAKN, which could have been dissolved as in the previous year. This policy still does not fulfill the causal theory in which the policy as a basis always does not comply with the substance of the purpose of the establishment of BAKN.

Abstract

The article presents the results of polymer-wood composites, as well as the excretion of tritium woods and leaves. The base of the composite was made of thermoplastic polypropylene. Three composites prepared by the volume of filling content (25, 50 and 70%) and the various fractions of the used slags were prepared for research. The test is prepared with the use of spray technology. One of the methods of thermal DMTA analysis is used for research. Accompanied studies of dynamic mechanical properties have been chosen to determine the effect of filling and the size of the traces on the properties of the cured composites. The obtained results were invited to determine the design of these materials, as well as the determination of the amount and the alternative level for materials applied to large-scale elements made of polymeric materials.

Abstract

Natural fibers have been commonly utilized to reinforced materials for many years. Recently due to advantages of natural fibers such as low cost, high physical and mechanical resistance are produced plastic-composite materials by mixing various proportions. In addition, plastic composites are used natural fibers include agricultural wastes (wheat straw, rice straw, hemp fiber, shells of various dry fruits, etc.). In this study, polymer composites were manufactured using waste nutshell flour as filler and polypropylene (PP) as polymer matrix. The nutshell-PP composites were manufactured via extrusion and compression methods. The final product tested to determine their tensile, flexural, impact strength properties as well as some physical features such as thickness swelling and water absorptions. The best results were obtained composites containing 30% nutshell flour. In addition, composites which were produced nutshell provided the values of ASTM D6662 standard. The data collected in our country which waste a large portion of nutshell allows for the evaluation of the production polymer composites. The incorporation of nutshell flour feasible to produce plastic composites when appropriate formulations were used. As a result hazelnut shell which was considered agricultural waste can be utilized in polymer composite production.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the histological conditions of the liver given green tea in MSG-induced mice and to analyze the potential of green tea (Camelia Sinensis L.) in improving liver function in MSG-induced mice. The research was conducted for 30 days with test animals in the form of male mice strain Balb / c. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). Each treatment consisted of P0 as a control given distilled water 0.5 ml / w / day, P1 given 0.015 g / w / day green tea, P2 which was given MSG 0.84 g / w / day, P3 which was given MSG 0, 84 g / w / hr and 0.015 g / bb / hr green tea. The results showed that the MSG induction dose of 0.084 g / w / hr had an impact on reducing liver weight, increasing ALT levels and hepatocyte diameter. The administration of green tea with a dose of 0.015 g / bb / day in mice induced by MSG and without induction of MSG was able to increase liver weight, decrease ALT levels and hepatocyte diameter. The interaction of MSG and green tea occurs in the diameter of the hepatocytes, so it can be concluded that giving green tea a dose of 0.015 g / w / hr is able to repair damage to hepatocytes caused by MSG induction of 0.084 g / w / day.

Abstract

The Oslo Agreement is one of the most important peace processes between Israel and Palestinians aimed at resolving the prevailing conflict. Although this agreement can be seen as an ongoing process, the conflict remains the most troubling issue in the Middle East. This article describes the conflict identification and literature review related to the Declaration of Principles on Interim Self-Government Arrangements (DOP) and the process of formalizing the Oslo Agreement. The conversation between the two parties involved, among others, interpreting rights, boundaries, housing and others. There are different perspectives and views regarding this agreement. Instead, this article analyzes the Oslo Accords including Oslo I and II which were signed in 1993 and 1995 to achieve security in the Middle East.

Abstract

This study aims to find the right strategy and modelling in integrating Spending Review in budget decision making at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory method, in which the researcher seeks to explore and build the phenomena being studied to answer the previously formulated problems. The results showed that the spending review integration strategy was divided into three dimensions, namely the organizational size, the process dimension and the time dimension. Meanwhile, the modelling used in integrating spending review in budget decision making in the Indonesian Ministry is known as the Comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Model for Budget Management Ministries / Institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Manado City Religious Harmony Forum from now on known as FKUB empowers the roles stipulated in Joint Regulations Number 9 and Number 8 of 2006 by the Minister of Religion and the Minister of Home Affairs. A qualitative approach was applied to this study using the literature review method. At the same time, perform data analysis in qualitative descriptions. This is because the policy's success depends very much on the role of the government, namely the government gives the authority to FKUB managers to act as a management team to deliver information on policies formulated by the central government to cities/regions. This structured accountability system is based on the bureaucracy's compliance with the upper-level bureaucracy or the designated level of bureaucracy. Is there a smooth routine procedure and whether there are problems and the expected implementation and implementation of all existing plans and plan targets—impact (benefit). Therefore, the policy implementation process's measurement is carried out to transfer information or news from a higher organization to a lower one.

Abstract

Since the fall of the New Order, the Indonesian government has moved towards a decentralized system of government. The Central Government makes policies that provide the widest possible opportunity for local governments to manage their households in order to improve welfare. This study will present an analysis of the implementation and impact of public policies made by local governments, whether they succeed or fail in their implementation, especially to improve the welfare of the community. This study also describes several alternative ways to solve problems related to policy implementation. This research is qualitative in nature using literature study methods to collect data and analyze it.
