Abstract

Honey has long been used as food and medicine. One of the many researched benefits of honey is that it speeds up wound healing. The Koran and the hadiths clearly state that there is healing in honey. Along with advances in technology, cesarean delivery is increasingly being performed to help facilitate labor under various indications. However, cesarean delivery can limit the mother's activities in the care of herself and her child. On the other hand, cesarean delivery also often causes obstetric complications such as puerperal infection, endometritis, wound complications, and surgical healing complications. It will increase the cost of cesarean delivery. The authors reviewed the data regarding the effectiveness of honey in the therapy of post-cesarean delivery abdominal incisions. The data show that the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant characteristics of honey can significantly affect the therapy of cesarean delivery incisions. The combination of the osmotic effect and hydrogen peroxide activity in honey can inhibit bacterial growth, reduce edema, exudate, and pain due to inflammatory processes. Besides, honey has the effect of protecting antioxidant enzymes from free radicals and reducing oxidative stress to reduce cell damage. Honey can also stimulate angiogenesis, the proliferation of fibroblasts and epithelial cells, and granulation, helping speed up the healing process. This paper discusses honey's mechanism in accelerating wound healing and its effect in preventing wound infection from improving the quality of health and the relationship between mother and child after cesarean delivery.

Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study , conducted on 30 cupping practitioners in DKI Jakarta who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection method was done by observing cupping practitioners three times each to avoid bias in their behavior. In addition, interviews were also conducted with 30 clients who use cupping services to assess SPO's impression. Data analysis explained descriptively. Results show that there were SPO activities in the Standard Cupping Operational Procedure module with an easy category of 64.5%, a moderate category of 14.5%, and a difficult category of 21%. There are easy categories that mean infrastructure, namely 72.7%, 13.6% moderate category, and difficult category of 13.6%. The conclusion contained in the SPO are included in the easy category. Abstract

Memorizing Al-Qur'an is an effort to maintain the purity of the Al-Qur'an. The Qur'an tahfidz program is one of the activities intended to prevent the Qur'an from changing and falsifying either partially or completely. As the name implies, this program is applied to tahfidz Qur'an student to memorize Al-Qur'an under the guidance of their teacher. Memorization ability is determined by memory capacity which indicates brain health, one of which is influenced by the supply of oxygen to the brain. One way to maintain brain oxygenation is the management of deep breathing exercises combined with archery. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep breathing exercises management in archery to achievement of memorizing the Qur'an. This research was held at SMP Ad-Dhuha Jember with a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design method and was conducted in April-June 2019. The type of sample used was a total sampling of 34 respondents. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. The results showed an increase in the achievement of memorizing Al-Qur'an among students of the tahfidz Qur'an after managing deep breathing exercises with archery. Data analysis with alpha (α) <0.05 indicates a p value of 0.000 so that Ho is rejected. Thus there is an effect of deep breathing exercises management in archery on the achievement of memorizing the Al-Qur'an. A strong memory is needed to keep memorizing Al-Qur'an. To help increase the memory capacity of the brain, it requires an adequate supply of oxygen. Deep breathing exercises management combined with archery can be a way to maintain brain oxygenation. This exercise focuses on fullfiling oxygen needs, which in the process of memorizing the brain's memory functions are widely used.
