Abstract

The level of sales is the peak of a transaction result from marketing activities or also known as marketing carried out by a company in selling products and services offered to consumers. Various strategies are carried out by sellers in order to meet the expected level of sales. several factors that can lead to increased sales levels, such as Price, Location, and Islamic Business Ethics. This study aims to determine whether price, location, and Islamic business ethics can affect the level of sales at the Salsa shop, Ujungnegoro Village, Batang Regency.The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to Salsa shop consumers to obtain raw data. The number of samples is as many as 82 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling method, namely Convenience Sampling, which is then processed using SPSS 21 raw data. The results of this study are the price and Islamic business ethics variables have no effect on the level of sales, while the location variable has a positive and significant influence to the level of sales.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology at this time is needed by various fields, which are used to support and manage the assets of both large companies and small companies. The utilization of computer-based technology is important to overcome the problems of companies and business competitors who are increasingly competitive. The information system developed includes monitoring the stock of goods, buying and selling processes, and reporting on buying and selling of goods. The inventory system development method will use the RAD (Rapid Application Development), With the availability of this inventory system design, it is hoped that HR Ambar Batik can more easily manage inventory, and obtain sales information more quickly and accurately. The output target of this research is the availability of an inventory management system for management at HR Ambar Batik.

Abstract

The sales Officer (SO) is a banking employee in the lending section. To achieve the monthly target SO is willing to work overtime. This causes an unbalanced work life and makes employees very tired, then start thinking about changing jobs. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, (2) determine the effect of work-life balance on burnout, (3) determine the effect of burnout on turnover intention, and (4) determine the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention mediated by burnout. The population in this study were all banking employees in Indonesia who work in sales in the lending department. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using the PLS approach SEM method. Based on the research results, there are findings that WLB has no effect & is not significant on TI. WLB influences burnout, burnout influences IT, and WLB affects TI through burnout.

Abstract

The industrial sector is increasingly competitive, resulting in companies needing competent Human Resources (HR). The company must consider all HR needs to satisfy employees at work. Some things that need to be considered by the company are the company's work environment and the level of employee burnout. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, 2) to determine the effect of burnout on employee job satisfaction, and 3) to determine the effect of the work environment on burnout and 4) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction through burnout. The population in this study is all manufacturing employees in Indonesia. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability technique, namely convenience sampling. Primary data was obtained by distributing closed-question questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that LK had an effect on KK and burnout. Burnout significantly affects KK, and LK affects KK through burnout.

Abstract

The researcher investigates the impact of price-earning ratio, size, and profitability on company value and the capital structure moderating those effects in publicly listed SOE enterprises on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018–2021. Quantitative research. This study used secondary data. This study used purposive and non-probability sampling to select 12 companies for 48 observations. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) utilizing the Eviews 12 application. The IDX website (www.idx.co.id) documents data collecting. This study found that company value is unaffected by the price-earning ratio and profitability. Size negatively affects company value. Price-earning ratio, size, and profitability affect company value regardless of capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze whether brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty influence the purchasing decisions of Nevada brand clothing. The type of research used in this research is associative (casual) research. The population in this study were 70 consumers who shop for Nevada brand clothing at Matahari Department Store Medan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 60 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is multiple regression test. The results showed that the influence of brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with Fcount of 12.32 while Ftable was 2.27 and significant 0.025 <0.05. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.719 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means that 71.9% of purchasing decisions can be obtained and explained by brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty. While the remaining 100% - 71.9% = 28.1% is explained by other factors outside of variables such as brand awareness, price and others

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of competency development on affective commitment mediated by career development. The population in this study were all teachers at a junior high school in Banyumanik, Semarang, totaling 52 people, with a sample of all members of the population. The analysis tool uses regression and sobel analysis. The results of the study found that competency development has a positive effect on career development, career development has a positive effect on affective commitment. competency development has a positive effect on affective commitment. career development is able to mediate the effect of competency development on affective commitment

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening varible for employees of the Tangerang Manufacturing Industry.The Research methodology is through a questionnaire survey to collect data to test the research hypothesis. The type of research used is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using Analysis of Structural Moments (AMOS). The sample used in this study was 150 employees of a Manufacturing Industry Company in Tangerang. The results of the study have five hypotheses and all of them are supported, which states that there is an effect of Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable between Compensation and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance. Managerial implications in this study, it is hoped that related companies can pay more attention to the long term impact regarding emotional intelligence this is done so that there is no miss communication between employees so that employees can provide good employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to reevaluate the suitability between compensation and the workload given, especially on overtime wages in order to have a positive impact in increasing employee performance. manufacturing industry companies need to pay more attention to employee job satisfaction that increase worker productivity, can be done by providing work motivation to employees for example providing rewards so that employees feel appreciated, this can affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine if the independent variable of user experience affects the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty, which is mediated through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is a quantitative study with a sample size of 100 respondents based on Hair's Theory in the research population consisting of customers who use the Bank Sumsel Babel Mobile Application. Hypothesis testing demonstrates that user experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a sig. value 0.000<0.005 and a t value of 13.003. Furthermore, the user experience variable is recognized to have a positive and significant on customer loyalty with a sig. value 0.001<0.005 and a t value of 3.554. Then it was discovered that customer satisfaction had a positive and significant on the customer loyalty variable, with a sig. value 0.000<0.05 and a t value of 4.436. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction has been shown to significantly and positively mediate the influence of the link between user experience and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of face recognition system attendance and punishment on the work discipline of Palembang City Social Service employees. The research method used is a quantitative research method, with a population of all PNS employees at the Palembang City Social Service Office totaling 39 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 26. The results showed that the t-count variable for applying face recognition attendance ( )) was 2.465 with a significant value of 0.019 <0.05, so it could be concluded that partially there was a significant effect between facial recognition attendance on employee work discipline at the Palembang City Social Service. For the punishment variable ( ) it shows that the tcount is 2.410 with a significant value of 0.021 <0.05, which means that partially there is a significant influence between punishment on employee work discipline at the Palembang City Social Service. The results of testing the F test hypothesis obtained a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted, it could be interpreted that the presence of face recognition and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work discipline at the Social Services Office of Palembang City by 48.1%.
