Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Medan dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kemampuan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UKM di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Medan. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan yaitu Tingkat Pendidikan, Sosialisasi dan Informasi, Pemahaman Akuntansi, Ukuran Usaha dan Lama Usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi adalah pelaku UKM sebanyak 3.637 UKM dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji kelayakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UKM, dan Sosialisasi dan Informasi, Pemahaman Akuntansi, Ukuran Usaha dan Lama Usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UKM di Dinas Koperasi UKM Kota Medan.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge partially and simultaneously affect the Interest in Saving (Case Study on Students of SMK Brigjend Katamso I Medan). The data analysis technique that are being used is the associative method with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 62 respondents. The primary data collection was using a questionnaire. The results showed that financial attitude had a positive and significant effect on interest in saving at SMK Brigjend Katamso I Medan. Financial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at SMK Brigjend Katamso I Medan. Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Brigjend Katamso I Vocational High School Medan.

Abstract

The research approach used is quantitative, this study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool which is distributed to 80 employees. The results showed that the reward variable t arithmetic value was 4.227 < t table 1.665 with a significant 0.015 < 0.050, meaning that partially reward had a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The results showed that the Incentive variable t count 1.826 > t table 1.665 with a significant 0.072 > 0.050, meaning that partially the incentive variable had a positive but not significant effect on Employee Morale. The results showed that the Welfare Allowance value t count 2.728 > t table 1.665 with a significant 0.008 < 0.050, meaning that partially the Welfare Allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. The results showed that the calculated F value was 47,127 with a significant level of 0.00. Because F count 47,127 > F table 2.72 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, i.e. 0.000 < 0.05, the regression model can be said that Rewards, Incentives and Welfare Allowances simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. While the adjusted R square is 0.637 or 63.7% of the variation in Employee Morale which can be explained by the independent variables Reward, Incentives and Welfare Allowances while the remaining 34.3% (100% - 95.3% = 34.3%) can be explained by other independent variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Medan with the aim of research to determine the Factors affecting the making ability of SMEs financial reports in the office of cooperatives and SNEs in Medan. The factors that are being used in this research are the education level, socialization and information, knowledge of accounting, business size, and its length of time. Author is using the quantitative descriptive research type in this research. The population refers to the 3,637 SMEs and samples that were took is a total of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques that are being used here is surveys and data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and test the feasibility. The results of this study showed that education level does not significantly affecting the making ability of SMEs financial report. While socialization and information, accounting knowledge, and size of the business and its length of time do have a significant effect on the Department of Cooperative SME Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze whether brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty influence the purchasing decisions of Nevada brand clothing. The type of research used in this research is associative (casual) research. The population in this study were 70 consumers who shop for Nevada brand clothing at Matahari Department Store Medan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 60 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis is multiple regression test. The results showed that the influence of brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with Fcount of 12.32 while Ftable was 2.27 and significant 0.025 <0.05. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.719 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means that 71.9% of purchasing decisions can be obtained and explained by brand equity, brand perception and brand loyalty. While the remaining 100% - 71.9% = 28.1% is explained by other factors outside of variables such as brand awareness, price and others

Abstract

Riset ini ditujukan guna mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh jaminan rasa aman, aksesibilitas dan reputasi bank pada keputusan mengambil kredit di Bank BTN KC Medan. Teknik sampel sensus dipilih dengan jumlah sampel 120 responden. Hasil riset mendapatkan bahwa jaminan rasa aman tidak berdampak signifikan pada keputusan mengambil kredit dengan thitung senilai 1,079 dan signifikansi 0,283. Aksesibilitas berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keputusan mengambil kredit dengan thitung senilai 1,998 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,031. Reputasi bank berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keputusan mengambil kredit dengan thitung senilai 2,029 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,045. Secara simultan jaminan rasa aman, aksesibilitas dan reputasi bank berdampak positif dan signifikan tpada keputusan mengambil kredit dengan Fhitung senilai 2,855 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 2,68 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Terlihat pada hasil koefesien determinasi (Adjusted R2 yang artinya variabilitas variabel dependen yang mampu diterangkan oleh variabel independen 34,5%. Dan 65,5% lainnya diterangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan didalam model regresi.

Abstract

In a business context, the concept of sustainability leads to the development of socially and environmentally responsible business practices, including efficient use of resources, responsible management of waste and emissions, protection of human rights, and involvement in sustainability initiatives and programs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of integrating green finance on firm value in the banking sector in Indonesia. The research object used in this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. In this study, it was found that there were 46 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but not all of these companies were sampled. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analysis used to see the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This analysis also provides an overview of the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study shows the results that the majority have no significant effect and also based on the discussion of this study it can be concluded that the integration of green finance does not have a significant effect on firm value so that the results of this test are not in accordance with the first hypothesis which assumes that the integration of green finance has a positive effect to company value.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the extent of the influence of Pro Ningsiotion on Consumer Purchase Decisions. The research design employed is quantitative explanatory research. The data processed were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. To explain the research description related to hypotheses, various analyses such as Validity Test, Reliability Test, and t-Test (Partial) were employed. Based on the results of the data analysis for the significance of the t-Test, it is indicated that the Promotion (X1) have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan menjadi hal yang sering dialami pada Badan Usaha yang baru saja didirikan. Dilakukannya kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan mendukung usaha, yaitu CV. Biru Utama di Jalan Tengku Raja Muda No. 13 Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara untuk menambah pemahaman mengenai pentingnya penggunaan pembukuan dalam usaha melalui pendampingan terkait pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dari pendampingan tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu usaha untuk bersaing secara global. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Sosialisasi dan Koordinasi. 2) Pendataan. 3) Pelaksanaan pendampingan. 4) Pelaksanaan pelatihan. Abstract

Peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah di masyarakat pedesaan Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam merupakan upaya penting dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan umum. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan program yang fokus pada peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah di pedesaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan penyediaan sumber daya untuk membantu masyarakat pedesaan memahami konsep-konsep dasar keuangan syariah serta menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat pedesaan di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam tentang prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah dan kemampuan mereka untuk mengelola keuangan secara syariah. Selain itu, program ini juga memperkuat kolaborasi antara lembaga keuangan syariah dengan masyarakat pedesaan, meningkatkan akses mereka terhadap produk dan layanan keuangan syariah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan nilai-nilai lokal. Diharapkan bahwa melalui program pengabdian masyarakat ini, masyarakat pedesaan akan menjadi lebih mandiri secara finansial, serta dapat memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi syariah secara optimal untuk mencapai kesejahteraan yang berkelanjutan.
