Abstract

Human resources are a very important part of the organization in achieving its goals and objectives. The purpose of this research is to find out whether competency training and development affect the work effectiveness of employees at the XYZ sub-district office. This study used a quantitative approach, by applying observation and questionnaires to 36 XYZ sub-district office employees, using SPSS 22 statistical software. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the Training and Competency Development variables had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness in XYZ district office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of tax collection with a Forced Letter carried out by KPP Pratama Dua on taxpayers of the 18th Residence Management Agency (PPRS) The 18th Residence Management Agency in 2020, to determine the impact and efforts made by the 18th Residance Management Agency PPRS In responding to the forced letter, knowing that tax collection through a forced letter can optimize state revenue from the taxation sector for the disbursement of tax arrears. The research method used is qualitative, data collection uses primary data by conducting interviews with competent informants, namely the Financial Supervision of PPRS The 18th Residance Management Agency and observation of research objects PPRS The 18th Residance Management Agency located at Taman Rasuna Said Apartment, tower 18th Kuningan Jakarta South. The research results obtained in this study are that the PPRS The 18th Residance Management Agency has not carried out tax obligations in accordance with generally accepted tax regulations and with efforts to collect taxes through forced letters can optimize in detecting taxpayers who have not and do not carry out tax obligations.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to know the influence of profitability and companies’ size on audit delay during the pandemic in consumer goods companies. The profitability within this study is proxied by the return on assets while the measurement company is proxied by the logarithm of natural assets. This study was conducted during the pandemic, from 2020 to 2021. The research used a method of panel data regression analysis. The sample was taken based on the purposive sampling method with 39 companies. The analysis tool used eviews version 10. Finally, the results of this study show that 1) Profitability negatively effect on audit delay: the higher of the profitability value, the lower of the audit delay, 2) Company size positively effect on audit delay: the higher of total assets of the company, the higher of the audit delay, 3) Profitability and firm size affected on the audit delay.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job training and motivation on civil servant performance at the Marine and Fisheries Service Office of Majene Regency. By using the SPSS method, there were 31 respondents who were used as samples in this study, namely employees of the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Majene Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to the research sample. T-test analysis is used to test in this study. The results of this study indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training and motivation together, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Office of Majene Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether organizational culture and work environment affect employee performance. The location of the research was carried out in the Campalagian sub-district office with 31 employees. Sampling uses a saturated sample in which the entire population is sampled. The data sources are taken from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and observations made by researchers. Qualitative data is processed to become quantitative data results. Some questions addressed to respondents where the answers are quantified by giving a score. The analysis used was the t test using the SPSS version 25.0 windows application. The results showed that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work environment has no influence and is not significant on employee performance. And the F test analysis shows that Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance in the Campalagian District office

Abstract

Investing in a business that consistently generates profits is what every investor undoubtedly wants to do. Investors want to put their money into profitable businesses, without a doubt. The effective application of operations management and financial regulations has led to these high-quality results. When building an investment portfolio, investors should be far more knowledgeable of and devote attention to the quality of profits and internal control of the firm. With Corporate Governance serving as the moderation variable and earning response coefficient serving as the dependent variable, this empirical study aims to determine the relationship between Conservatism, which is a way of presenting numbers in financial statements, return on assets, asset turnover, and Ectivity Performance. In this study, manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industries that have been registered on the National Stock Exchange of india (IDX) between 2015 and 2018 were examined using purposeful selection and panel data regression analysis. The main conclusions of this study were that asset turnover, return on assets, and Conservatism all significantly affect the earning response coefficient. Additionally, it was shown that the earning response coefficient is influenced by earnings quality, which is tempered by Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Sunan Bonang is one of Indonesia's religious tourism. The existence of Sunan Bonang religious tourism has economic benefits, especially for the surrounding community. This benefit can be lost when the interest of visitors to travel decreases, therefore it is important to know the level of visitor satisfaction to increase visitors of Sunan Bonang's religious tourism. The results of this research on Sunan Bonang visitor satisfaction seen from 4 aspects, are services, infrastructure facilities, security and self-reflection. Its show that visitor satisfaction is good category. So we need a strategy to increase visitor satisfaction for the number of visits increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial marketing on marketing performance. The subjects of this study were 61 Batik SMEs in Pekalongan Regency. Entrepreneurial marketing is measured by opportunity focused, proactiveness, customer intensity, risk-taking, resource leveraging, value creation, innovation. The large number of business people in Pekalongan Regency makes each actor must read the opportunities and determine what to do so that they can survive among the many other actors, especially for those who are just starting their business. Appropriate market orientation and determination of the right market strategy that can be carried out by business people, especially in the batik sector will have an impact on the profits that will be obtained by the perpetrators. In addition, actors are also able to innovate products so that they are able to provide uniqueness to the products offered, which can have an impact on marketing performance so that what the actors get is a profit. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study prove and conclude that: (1) opportunity focused has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (2) proactiveness has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; (3) customer intensity has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (4) risk-taking has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; (5) resource leveraging has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; (6) value creation has no significant negative effect on marketing performance; and (7) innovation has a significant positive effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of social media use on the company's financial performance. This research is quantitative research, the data is processed with multiple linear regression models to analyse the effect of social media use on the company's financial performance. The proxies used to measure social media used are brand awareness, brand engagement, and word of mouth. The results concluded that the use of social media through the proxy of word of mouth affects the company's financial performance in the short term. This study uses social culture theory to explain the benefits of social capital that will be obtained by companies when deciding to join social media, where companies that use social media will receive more information so that they have greater social capital to support their company's financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, customer relationship marketing, and trust in sales on Serabi Notosuman with customer loyalty as a mediating variable. In this study, the population used was all buyers of Serabi Notosuman with a sample of 200 respondents. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis used is Smart PLS version 3.2.9. The data testing method used in this study includes the outer model, which consists of covergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and multicollinearity tests. Then the inner model consists of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size test (f²), and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that price perceptions have no significant effect on sales, price perceptions have a positive effect on loyalty, customer relationship marketing has a positive effect on sales, customer relationship marketing has no significant effect on loyalty, trust has a positive effect on sales, trust has a positive effect on loyalty, and loyalty has a positive effect on sales.
