Abstract

This study investigates the influence of live streaming, price discounts, and shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying behavior among Shopee users in West Jakarta. The research is motivated by the growing trend of e-commerce activities and the need to understand consumer behavior in digital shopping environments. A quantitative research design was employed, using purposive sampling methods to survey 160 Shopee users through online questionnaires. The variables analyzed include live streaming, price discount, shopping lifestyle as independent variables, and impulsive buying as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess validity, reliability, and structural path relationships. The findings reveal that shopping lifestyle has a significant and positive effect on impulsive buying behavior, indicating that individuals with a higher propensity for shopping are more likely to make unplanned purchases. However, live streaming and price discount were found to have no significant impact on impulsive buying. This suggests that while marketing strategies like live streaming and discounts are widely used, their effectiveness in triggering impulse buying is limited unless aligned with consumers’ shopping lifestyles. The study emphasizes the importance for marketers and platform managers to target segments with high shopping lifestyles and develop campaigns that appeal to emotional and habitual aspects of shopping. Future research is suggested to expand the sample size and geographic scope for broader generalizability. The study contributes to the literature on digital consumer behavior and offers practical insights for e-commerce practitioners aiming to boost impulsive purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at the Kenangan Coffee outlet in Mekarsari Cimanggis, Depok. The background of this study is the increasing competition in the modern coffee beverage industry, which requires businesses to offer high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 98 respondents who were customers at the outlet. The results indicate that the variables of product quality and store atmosphere have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. Product quality significantly influences consumers’ perceived value and satisfaction, while the store atmosphere affects their comfort and emotional experience while in the store. Simultaneously, these two variables account for 72.9% of the variance in purchase decisions. It is evident that consistent product quality is crucial in the coffee business, and to attract consumers’ attention, a pleasant and comfortable store atmosphere is a key factor in driving consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

A This study aims to examine the influence of customer satisfaction, service quality, customer experience, and trust on customer loyalty at Point Coffee Rajawali Branch in Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of 310 customers, and 175 respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on the Slovin formula with a 5% error tolerance. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression.The results show that customer satisfaction, service quality, and customer experience have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, trust does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is the most dominant factor affecting customer loyalty at Point Coffee Rajawali Palembang.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study, namely research that produces descriptive data in oral or written form. By using a qualitative descriptive approach and the research objects are six morning business actors using a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data, data obtained from observations, data obtained also comes from direct surveys at sales locations and various information obtained to complement the research data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning and strategy of morning culinary entrepreneurship in improving family economics and business sustainability. Data analysis techniques from data presentation to data collection. The results of the study indicate that morning culinary businesses have an important role in the family economy. Morning culinary entrepreneurs earn income from sales to meet daily needs. Business sustainability is supported by the skills of processing ingredients into products and motivational encouragement from the family. This study also provides an overview that morning culinary businesses have the potential to empower the family economy by improving skills, product innovation and support.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah secara fundamental menggeser orientasi belanja dari pemenuhan kebutuhan fungsional menjadi manifestasi psikologis yang kompleks di ruang siber. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyintesis keterkaitan antara dinamika konsumsi simbolis dan motivasi self-reward sebagai pemicu utama perilaku pembelian impulsif digital. Dengan menerapkan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), sebanyak 30 artikel ilmiah yang melibatkan total 850 responden dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia dianalisis menggunakan teknik Mixed-Method Synthesis. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ulasan daring kini bertindak sebagai validator sosial yang dominan dalam pembentukan identitas digital, sementara strategi kelangkaan produk menjadi pendorong emosional yang paling signifikan terhadap kesenangan berbelanja. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa integrasi teknologi finansial, seperti fitur PayLater, mempercepat desakan transaksi dengan mereduksi hambatan psikologis konsumen dalam mengeluarkan uang (pain of payment). Sebagai simpulan, interaksi antara pencarian identitas dan keinginan akan kepuasan instan menciptakan pola konsumsi fluktuatif yang berisiko terhadap kesehatan finansial jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi manajemen pemasaran dengan merekomendasikan pentingnya moderasi konsumsi yang selaras dengan prinsip hifz al-mal dalam menghadapi disrupsi digital.

Abstract

The green economy represents a development paradigm that emphasizes the balance between economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social equity. In the context of developing countries such as Indonesia, the public sector plays a strategic role in integrating green economy principles through development planning and public budgeting instruments at both national and subnational levels. This study aims to systematically analyze the integration of green economy principles in public sector planning and budgeting using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA framework. The literature was collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases using rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that Indonesia has normatively adopted green economy principles in key development planning documents, including the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN), the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), and Regional Medium-Term Development Plans (RPJMD), as well as through public budgeting instruments such as green budgeting and climate budget tagging. However, the implementation remains constrained by several challenges, including limited institutional capacity, weak policy coherence across levels of government, and underdeveloped environmental performance evaluation systems. This study contributes both conceptually and practically by strengthening the integrative framework linking planning, budgeting, and evaluation within the context of green economy policies, and by providing insights for enhancing sustainable public financial governance in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of: 1) organizational change on job satisfaction. 2) teamwork on job satisfaction. 3) organizational change on employee performance. 4) teamwork on employee performance. 5) job satisfaction on employee performance. 6) organizational change affects employee performance through job satisfaction. 7) teamwork affects employee performance through job satisfaction. The research method used quantitative research. The data used were secondary and primary data. Data analysis used Smart PLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 52 employees at the Kendari Vocational Training and Productivity Center Office. The results of the study indicate that; 1) Organizational change has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Organizational change has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Organizational change has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. 7) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This conceptual study examines how SWOT analysis can determine corporate strategic priorities through systematic connections between strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. A qualitative literature review method was employed, designed to collect, identify, and analyze relevant scholarly sources systematically. Findings indicate that priority determination requires four sequential steps: factor identification with verification and weighting, connection of internal to external factors, selection of highest synergy pairs, and translation into action plans. Strength opportunity pairs produce aggressive priorities. Weakness opportunity pairs produce remedial priorities. Strength threat pairs produce defensive priorities. Weakness threat pairs produce survival priorities. Weighting and urgency assessment prevent equal treatment of unequal factors. Periodic reanalysis maintains relevance amid environmental change. SWOT serves as exploration tool rather than justification tool when organizational culture supports intellectual honesty. Theoretical implications include enriching strategic management literature with operational procedures. Practical implications require managers to allocate sufficient time for cross factor connection processes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi berjumlah 30 orang yang merupakan karyawan Ayuna Coffee Shop. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Namun demikian, secara simultan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwa makin tinggi motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki, makin tinggi kinerja yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuian perlakuan aset tetap di Rumah Sakit Murni Teguh Kota Medan dengan pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No.16, Rumah Sakit sebagai entitas yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan kesehatan, memiliki investasi yang signifikan pada aset tetap seperti peralatan medis, gedung, dan kendaraan. Perlakuan akuntansi yang tepat atas aset-aset ini sangat penting untuk menyajikan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan membantu manjemen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi dan data sekunder melalui data yang sudah ada berupa dokumen. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung penyusutan yaitu metode garis lurus untuk semua asset kecuali tanah. Hasil analisis dan penelitian yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Murni Teguh Kota Medan menunjukkan bahwa metode penyusutan aset tetap dan peralatan digunakan pada prinsip yang telah diterapkan secara konsisten dan tidak menyimpang dari standar akuntansi yang berlaku.
