Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi transportasi dan tingkat stres perjalanan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sukanda Djaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan yang menggunakan transportasi umum, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang didukung oleh uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa integrasi transportasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,308 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan tingkat stres perjalanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,600 dan signifikansi 0,552 > 0,05. Secara simultan, integrasi transportasi dan tingkat stres perjalanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 21,635 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,479 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 47,9% variasi kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi transportasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of environment and work ethic in improving employee performance with communication as a moderating variable at BPKPD of Jambi Province. A quantitative method was applied in this study with a population of 167 civil servants and a sample of 118 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings show that the work environment and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while communication does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, communication does not moderate the effect of the work environment on employee performance, but it significantly weakens the effect of work ethic on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of daily activity reporting through the SI TAMPPAN application on employee productivity at the Department of Communication and Informatics of Wonogiri Regency. The implementation of the SI TAMPPAN application is part of the Wonogiri Regency Government’s initiative to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance management through systematic and integrated daily activity recording. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with employees who actively use the SI TAMPPAN application, direct observation of the daily activity input process, and the review of relevant supporting documents. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software through coding, thematic categorization, and mapping of relationships among concepts to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how the application influences employee productivity. The findings indicate that daily activity reporting via the SI TAMPPAN application has a positive impact on employee productivity. This impact is reflected in improved discipline in managing working time, clearer work targets and task completion, and increased employee awareness of job responsibilities that must align with Individual Performance Indicators (IKI). Furthermore, the SI TAMPPAN application functions as a monitoring tool that encourages employees to work in a more structured and measurable manner. Nevertheless, this study also identifies technical constraints and variations in employee compliance levels in using the application, which require continuous evaluation and ongoing assistance. In conclusion, daily activity reporting through the SI TAMPPAN application contributes to supporting improvements in employee productivity. However, further refinement in technical aspects and implementation strategies is necessary to ensure that its benefits can be optimally realized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Promotion Strategy, Service Quality, and Brand Image on Client Loyalty at PT Semangart Giri Putra, a company engaged in construction services and project procurement. This research is motivated by the company’s need to maintain long-term client relationships amid increasing competition in the construction industry. The variables examined in this study consist of Promotion Strategy (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Brand Image (X3) as independent variables, and Client Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with respondents consisting of clients who had previously collaborated with PT Semangart Giri Putra. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Promotion Strategy, Service Quality, and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Client Loyalty. In addition, Brand Image plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between service performance and client loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, digital financial applications, income, and lifestyle on the saving behavior of Generation Z in Purwokerto. Saving behavior among the younger generation has shifted significantly, driven by rapid technological advancements and the emergence of digital financial platforms that simplify access to savings and investment instruments. Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilized a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected via accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that financial literacy, financial inclusion, digital financial applications, and income have a positive and significant impact on saving behavior. Conversely, a consumptive lifestyle was found to have a negative and significant effect. These findings suggest that enhancing financial knowledge, expanding inclusion, and leveraging digital tools are essential for improving the saving habits of Generation Z, while a high level of consumerism remains a primary barrier to financial discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, risk perception, social influence, and minimum capital on stock investment interest among Generation Z. The population consisted of 134 members of the Beginner Stock Investor Community in Purwokerto, and the sampling technique used was probability sampling with a simple random sampling method, resulting in 101 respondents. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that financial literacy, investment motivation, social influence, and minimum capital have a positive and significant effect on stock investment interest, while risk perception has a negative and significant effect on stock investment interest. The limitation of this study is that it was conducted only among members of the Beginner Stock Investor Community in Purwokerto, so the findings cannot be broadly generalized to all Generation Z individuals in other regions or communities with different characteristics.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjamin kualitas layanan rumah sakit publik, namun masih sering dihadapkan pada persoalan lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif dan budaya organisasi yang belum kuat, sehingga menurunkan kepuasan dan motivasi kerja karyawan, khususnya di rumah sakit daerah seperti RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK yang menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya dan tekanan beban kerja yang tinggi; oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi melalui pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan survei dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja karyawan, di mana kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan tersebut, sehingga secara teoretis memperkuat model hubungan perilaku organisasi dalam konteks rumah sakit publik dan secara praktis memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK untuk memprioritaskan perbaikan kondisi kerja dan penguatan nilai budaya organisasi guna meningkatkan kepuasan, kinerja, dan kualitas layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Dalam era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), kualitas layanan rumah sakit menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi pengalaman pasien dan keputusan mereka untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang. Studi global menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang baik meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, yang pada gilirannya mendorong loyalitas pasien. Namun, di daerah perbatasan seperti Kalimantan Utara, implementasi layanan kesehatan menghadapi tantangan khusus, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, distribusi sumber daya, dan variasi persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat kunjungan ulang pasien JKN di Rumah Sakit Rujukan Dr. H. Jusuf SK Kalimantan Utara serta mengevaluasi peran mediasi kepuasan pasien dalam hubungan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, mengumpulkan data dari sampel pasien JKN melalui kuesioner terstruktur, dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan pasien sebagai mediator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, yang kemudian meningkatkan niat kunjungan ulang pasien, dan kepuasan pasien terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan niat kunjungan ulang. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengalaman pasien dalam membangun loyalitas, sehingga manajemen rumah sakit perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien guna mendukung keberlanjutan layanan kesehatan, khususnya di wilayah perbatasan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effects of workload and work environment on Medication Administration Errors at RSKD Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi. A quantitative cross sectional design was applied using linear regression analysis. Data were collected from healthcare workers through structured questionnaires. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on Medication Administration Errors, indicating that higher workload increases the risk of errors in medication administration. The work environment also shows a significant effect, where better physical and non physical conditions are associated with a lower incidence of errors. These findings highlight the importance of balanced workload management and supportive work environments to improve patient safety. Practical implications include optimizing staff allocation, improving work conditions, and strengthening medication safety systems to reduce medication administration errors in hospital settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities, menu, and marketing strategies on consumer purchase intention at SAE Space & Food Café in Boyolali. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were customers of the café. The data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS software. The results show that facilities have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention with a significance value of 0.000. The menu also has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.010. Marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.018. Simultaneously, facilities, menu, and marketing strategies significantly influence consumer purchase intention with a significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.293 indicates that these three independent variables explain 29.3% of purchase intention, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. In conclusion, facilities, menu quality, and effective marketing strategies are important factors in increasing consumer purchase intention at SAE Space & Food Café in Boyolali.
