Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between K3 knowledge and OSH behavior by students of the Light Vehicle Engineering Department of Smk N 1 Tumpaan. The method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach, assisted by the IBM SPSS version 22 analysis tool. The sample in this study amounted to 32 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between K3 knowledge and K3 behavior when practicing light vehicles with a large relationship of (r) = 0.683, K3 knowledge mastered by students must be improved, because there are still students who get the medium category, students' OSH behavior needs to be improved. maintained by the way the teacher must monitor continuously so that students continue to be disciplined in applying K3 principles during work

Abstract

Tujuan utama pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh Pengaruh Peer Teaching Terhadap Prestasi Belajar pada peserta didik yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan. Pada kesempatan ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperiment dengan nonrandomized control-group pretest-posttest design. Untuk menguji perbedaan hipotesis dengan uji t-test untuk data yang berdistribusi normal, Peneliti menggunakan sebagian siswa kelas X Jurusan TKR SMK negeri 1 Ratahan yang berjumlah 30 siswa untuk populasi, sedangkan untuk sampel peneliti membagi dalam dua kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen 15 siswa dan untuk kelompok kontrol 15 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa terdapat perbandingan antara nilai thitung dan ttabel , dengan perolehan thitung = 4,22 dan ttabel= 2,048. Untuk itu nilai thitung lebih banyak nilainya pada ttabel. Jadi, dikatakan bahwa Ho tidak berpengaruh sedangkan Ha berpengaruh. Maka dari itu pembelajaran Peer Teaching mampu meningkatkan prestasi Belajar pada siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan khususnya kelas X TKR.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh posisi pengelasan terhadap hasil las mendatar siswa kelas X jurusan teknik pengelasan di SMK Negeri 2 Bitung. Variabel yang diamati (observasi) yaitu variabel control posisi pengelasan mendatar secara berdiri (ergonomis) dan variabel ekperimen (treatment variable) adalah posisi pengelasan mendatar secara jongkok.Tempat pelaksanaan penelitian ini diadakan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Bitung pada jurusan teknik pengelasan. Sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah semua yang ada dalam populasi yaitu berjumlah 37 siswa.Karena penelitian ini penelitian ekperimen yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok pengamatan (treatment), maka kelompok pengelasan dengan posisi jongkok sampelnya berjumlah 18 siswa dan yang pengelasan dengan posisi berdiri berjumlah 19 siswa. Untuk menganalis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji statistik inferensi dengan 2 sampel bebas (Two Independen Sample) dengan pengujian Uji-T (Test –T).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh posisi mengelas antara posisi berdiri dan posisi jongkok terhadap hasil las, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh posisi pengelasan terhadap hasil las mendatar siswa kelas X jurusan teknik pengelasan SMK Negeri 2 Bitung. Kata kunci : Posisi Pengelasan , Hasil Las Mendatar

Abstract

THe purpose of this study using the method used is the method of description, which aims to explain the relationship between the role of motivation given by parents with the continuation of children's studies. This approach is based on a theoretical framework, the ideas of experts, as well as an understanding of their experiences, then developed into problems that are proposed to obtain justification in the form of data. The population in this study were all students of the PTB Department. The population in this study were all parents of grade 2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Tondano from 5 majors (Computers and Networks, Electricity, Automotive, Building, Wood Creative Crafts). The test results show that there is a major problem, namely the role of parental motivation which is sufficient to encourage children to do something positive in their formal education. Motivation is a complex of forces, drives, needs, statements, tension-building or other mechanisms that become and become desirable activities for personal goals. What will be achieved, the clearer how the motivational action is carried out. Motivational actions will be successful if the goals are clear and realized by the motivated party and in accordance with the needs of the motivated parent. Abstract

The study aims to identify a tourism development strategy based on the Smart and Fun concept as a result of the adaptation of Smart Tourism and Edu-CoTourism. The method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis technique as a technique used to analyze indicators of internal-external factors that affect the status of progress of tourist destinations on the Sara'a island. The results of the research are Internal Strength factor's result is 1.91, the Weakness weight is 0.95, for the external Opportunities factor has a weight 1.74 and the Threast has 1.06 so from these results it can be concluded that the weakness of the internal factor has no dominant influence on the development of tourist destination. Supported by opportunities generated from external factors, the Smart and Fun concept strategy could be considered as an innovation and creative strategy for the development of tourist destination on the Sara'a island. Based on the IFAS-EFAS diagram, the Smart and Fun concept strategy is included in coordinate I, which means that the strategy could be progressively operated.
