Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the planning, implementation, follow-up, and the result of evaluation of educational supervision implementation conducted by the Principals of State Elementary School 005, 008, and 012 Samarinda Seberang. The type of research that was used was research evaluation with gap model. This research used qualitative approach that was aimed to understand the social phenomena from the participants’ point of view. The data collection instruments used were non-test instruments which included interviews, observation, and document analysis. The collected data were analysed by using Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) technique. The data analysis consists of three lines of activities that occurred simultaneously, namely: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) drawing conclusions. The results show that the educational supervision program made by the Principals had run well.

Abstract

One of the activities to developing the use of rooftop solar panels in Indonesia in accordance with the mandate of RUEN is the mandatory use of solar cells at a minimum of 30% of the roof area for all government buildings. In this regard, good planning related to engineering is needed, one of which is the orientation and tilt aspects used. In International, to assist countries in achieving sustainable development goals for new and renewable energy, the World Bank Group partnered with Solargis, releasing a web-based application called Global Solar Atlas (GSA) with optimum tilt and energy arrays as research references. From this study, it was found that tilt changes greatly affect the resulting array energy, an average change of 10 from 00-160 can result in changes in addition of up to 578 kWh and reduction of up to 483 kWh. The largest array energy potential value is located in the province of Bali at 16.5872 kWh and the smallest in West Kalimantan at 12.1924 kWh., while compared to the modeling in the GSA application, the largest array energy value is in NTT with a value of 16.5673 kWh and the smallest is in East Kalimantan with rated 12.1843 kWh. The tilt value in Indonesia from 34 simulated locations is at 00-130 and is still in the tilt range in Indonesia according to the GSA application, which is 00-140.

Abstract

One of the obstacles when working on a construction site is industrial accidents. This is evidenced by the number of accidents at work in 2020. The number increased from 85,109 at the beginning of 2020 to 108,573. This study aims to define implementing the K3L risk management system and measures to minimize emerging risks. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data analysis process is conducted through Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC), which includes three steps: risk identification, risk analysis or assessment, and risk mitigation. Data was collected by distributing checklist questionnaires to 30 employees and interviewing HSE project managers. Data were obtained from various sources relevant to the study. A study of the project identified 29 risk variables. According to the processed data, when constructing a roof with a risk index of 5.90, it is known that the most significant risk appears in the variable risk of falling from a high place. On the other hand, the slightest breakage risk of the Sling TC hazard variable is 2.56 when read from cast steel structures with the resulting hazard index. It is essential to monitor risk as a form of continuous improvement to minimize risk when suppressing or reducing its likelihood and severity

Abstract

The main problem in the character of discipline is the tendency to lack discipline. Illegal activities that cause environmental disasters, traffic accidents, and landslides are more likely to occur due to a lack of law enforcement. Several violations also happened in the school environment, such as being late for class, truancy, not doing assignments, not wearing uniforms according to the rules, and other violations. This is a severe problem because discipline is one of the success factors in learning. Data collection techniques in this study include observation at the research site. The observation method is the experience and systematic recording of the symptoms that appear on the research object. Researchers must use the observation method to collect data other than interviews. Evaluation is done by giving advice and motivation on weekends. In addition, the teacher also reports every attitude and behavior of students at school to parents/guardians of students when holding regular meetings. The goal is that parents/guardians also educate and teach character values at home and carry out intensive supervision at home. The teacher grades every weekend. Students are encouraged to be better than yesterday during evaluation activities. In addition, when holding regular meetings with parents/guardians of students, teachers will meet with parents at school to report on student attitudes and behavior

Abstract

Covid 19 and social processes have a close relationship with social interaction during this conflict pandemic. A lot has happened as a result of this pandemic. Social shifts include social interactions in the elementary school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of social interaction of students at SD Negeri Pakis V Surabaya during the Pandemic Period. This study used qualitative research methods. The data sources of this research are primary data that comes from informants directly and secondary data from this research is derived from literature studies obtained from books, journals, and internet articles. Then the data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used in this study were interactive model data analysis techniques. The results of this study found that six dimensions in the theory of Interaction Process Analysis in WhatsApp Groups have been passed in every conversation theme discussed. This shows that group interaction theory can also be applied to interactions through online media. The phases that are passed in online communication are almost the same as the phases carried out in conventional communication with regard to academic/theoretical aspects or methodologies and suggestions for practical aspects.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is currently a significant polemic in various countries; one of the areas affected is the aviation sector. Juanda International Airport, which is included in this sector, has not been spared the impact caused by the pandemic. Therefore, people who want to take a flight need to find out the information and requirements before leaving. This study aims to determine the response and strategy given by Juanda Airport Public Relations to bridge consumer complaints. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with taking informants using the purposive sampling method. As a reference in the research theory, the Organization-Public Relationship (OPR) consists of four dimensions: control mutuality, trust, satisfaction with a relationship, and commitment to a relationship. This study was conducted to determine Juanda Airport's attitude or public relations strategy in bridging consumer complaints during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the activities carried out by public relations at Juanda Airport was following the OPR theory, and in responding to consumer complaints on social media, public relations always prioritized a humanist and persuasive approach, to create relationships and responses between humans, not results from robots

Abstract

This research is analytical descriptive research. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze Indonesia's national defense public policy from time to time. Formulating national defense public policies with appropriate and adaptive strategies in the implementation of national defense is an absolute requirement for realizing the independence of national defense and security. Public policy on national defense can guide and provide the nation in the future in facing various threats, disturbances, obstacles, and challenges that come and go, both military and non-military threats. Therefore, it is necessary to study the evolution of national defense public policy based on Indonesia's leadership so that it can be a reference in improving national defense in the future. The results of the study indicate that the more renewable National Defense Public Policy is following technological developments and the types of threats that are increasingly unpredictable, namely the National Defense Policy of 2018 and Presidential Regulation No. 8 of 2021 concerning the General Policy of National Defense for 2020-2024 which produces various strategic products including the National Defense Doctrine of 2021, National Defense Posture of 2021, National Defense Strategy of 2021, National Defense White Paper of 2021, MEF Adjustments, and MEF's TNI for 2020-2024
