Abstract

This study aims to determine customer perceptions at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra on the use of feature services in the Bank Syariah Indonesia Mobile Banking application. Previously, making transactions such as transfers, cash withdrawals, and so on, someone had to go to the nearest bank office. With very rapid technology, a bank application is formed where all transactions can be carried out or now called Mobile Banking. provide information on the features contained in BSI mobile banking and customer perceptions of BSI mobile banking users. Of course there is customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the services provided by BSI mobile banking but it does not reduce the sense of convenience and logic of mobile banking users.

Abstract

Customers who are increasingly using digital services are used to and prefer services that are faster, transparent, comprehensive, and can be tailored to user needs. Customer interest is one aspect that can encourage a bank to achieve its goals, so a system is needed that answers the desire to meet the needs of banking services effectively and efficiently. Through the BSI mobile banking application, banks can play a role in meeting customer expectations. Therefore the purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of Islamic banking students at UIN SU regarding convenience, speed, security, and satisfaction in using the BSI Mobile application. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies. The informants in this study were Islamic banking students at UIN SU who used the BSI mobile banking application. The results of this study indicate that students experience ease, speed, security and convenience in using BSI mobile application services.

Abstract

The large number of UIN-SU students shopping online with the Shopee application made the authors interested in knowing how UIN-SU students perceive shopping in the Shopee application and to find out what factors influence UINSU student satisfaction in shopping online in the Shopee application. So the authors raised the title of the journal UIN-SU Student Perceptions About Online Shopping Through the Shopee Application using a qualitative research method. From the data we got, on average UIN-SU students are satisfied shopping at Shopee because of the free shipping vouchers, and the ShopeePay Later feature, as well as COD. And also those who are not satisfied on average answer because the items ordered are not or do not match what is received.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of the relationship between educational level and Indonesian household consumption behavior. As in general, the first education of a child passing through the family. And the standard of living is said to be peaceful if the family meets the requirements meet the needs of both physical and spiritual life. Like consumer spending, We also have to pay attention to the costs incurred. Then, the child's education level seen in consumption. The sample of this research is the people of North Sumatra with database in 2021. In this study, the research method used in this study used literature search system.

Abstract

Limited sales activities have prevented a number of industries from developing properly. The size of the mobility and the liberalization of buying and selling, caused several parties to innovate to expand the market. The existence of E-Commerce can be a goal to produce a system that can provide convenience in introducing a product that you want to market. Expanding the reach of market share and ways to increase sales mobility by using ways to build an interactive communication relationship with consumers (customers). The results of the E-Commerce system design are expected to be able to display various information about the products sold by manufacturers. The E-Commerce sales system no longer only focuses on the local community, but can also serve foreign markets because of its unlimited reach through social media. The E-Commerce system makes it easy for visitors, in this case e-Commerce is designed to have a contribution in order to be able to solve problems to provide guaranteed information services that are closer to consumers (customers), display certain messages in providing directions to visitors, prospective buyers can make the order process, payment can be via transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal, and payment confirmation that has been made can be via contact person or via email. This fact can expand the reach of market share and also foster global competitiveness because the sales system is no longer limited to certain regions

Abstract

So this study aims to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy in fisherman family housewives in Kampung Nelayan Village and to find out what are the obstacles in increasing Islamic financial literacy in Kampung Nelayan Village. This research qualitativemethod. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy in fisherman family housewives in Kampung Nelayan Village is not literate for aspects of basic Islamic financial knowledge of 22.4%, in terms of aspects of Financial Behavior it is in the less literate category which is equal to 46%, then from the aspect of Attitude Islamic finance is also in the less literate category, namely 28.8%. The obstacles in increasing Islamic financial literacy in Kampung Nelayan Village are the lack of socialization and knowledge education related to Islamic financial literacy and the absence of cooperation between Kampung Nelayan Village and Financial Institutions and the Financial Services Authority or related parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang tepat pada PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah Cabang Medan serta menemukan apa sajakah yang menjadi hambatan PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askirndo Syariah Cabang Medan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan Mitra Bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data dengan analsis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang dapat digunakan PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah Cabang Medan adalah melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan melalui peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan memperbaiki sistem jaringan perusahaan serta selalu melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem pelayanan agar sistem pelayanan pada PT. Jaminan Pembiayaan Askrindo Syariah dapat terus ditingkatkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan Mitra Bisnis. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Mitra Bisnis, Analisis SWOT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Murabahah financing and Musyarakah financing on profitability (ROA) with Non Performing Financing (NPF) as an intervening variable in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2018-2021 period. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of quarterly reports of Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, the sampling technique in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling method. This research is descriptive with quantitative research. The analytical method used in this study was multiple regression analysis and path analysis which were processed using an analytical tool, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of this study indicate that Murabahah financing has an effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, Musyarakah financing has an effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, Non Performing Financing (NPF) has an effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, Murabahah financing has an effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Islamic Commercial Banks, Murabahah financing affects Non Performing Financing (NPF) of Islamic Commercial Banks, Non Performing Financing (NPF) can mediate between Murabahah financing and profitability (ROA) of Sharia Banks, and Non Performing Financing (NPF) can mediate between Musyarakah financing and profitability (ROA) Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure with asset structure as a moderating variable. This study uses the independent variable, namely capital structure. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial statements of transportation service companies registered with ISSI of 18 companies during 2016-2021. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is panel data analysis, model testing, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing, moderating regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on capital structure, liquidity has no effect on capital structure, firm size has no effect on capital structure, profitability liquidity and firm size simultaneously have an effect on capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between profitability and capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between liquidity and capital structure, asset structure cannot moderate the relationship between firm size and capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Financial Performance of Bank SUMUT Syariah Kcp.stab.To find out the Financial Performance of conventional Banks.To find out the difference between the financial performance of Islamic banks and conventional banks.Field research was used to obtain the data needed in this study, namely by using data collection tools through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation.The data obtained was then processed and analyzed.In this study, qualitative research was used with an analytical description approach, namely by describing the research results obtained through structured interviews on research sources. The results of financial performance research are the results of operational activities which are presented in the form of financial figures. The results of the company's activities for the current period must be compared with financial performance in the past, budget, balance sheet and average profit and loss of the financial performance of similar companies.According to Cashmere, a bank's financial performance is a measure of the success of the bank's directors, so if the bank is bad, it is impossible for the directors to be replaced.The assessment of the company's performance according to management is as follows: To find out the liquidity factor, namely the company's ability to obtain its financial obligations that must be fulfilled immediately or the company's ability to fulfill its finances when billed. To determine the solvency level, namely the company's ability to fulfill its financial obligations if the company isliquidated both short term and long term financial liabilities.To determine the level of profitability and profitability, indicating the company's ability to generate profits for a certain period.
