Abstract

The existence of elementary schools in Turen Sub-district was a part of the Indicator that there were stakeholders who have a mission to improve human resources and eventually there would emerge various generations of the nation who have extensive knowledge and dedicated to advancing the Indonesian Nation. On the other hand, the establishment of these schools was inseparable from economic activities, where many students gather with various needs that they have and guardians of students, of course, so this was a great opportunity for the creation of economic transactions in the school environment. The purpose of this study were: 1) To find out whether the establishment of cooperatives in the elementary school environment provides financial benefits or not. 2) To find out whether the establishment of cooperatives in the elementary school environment contributes to the school's financial literacy capabilities. This study used descriptive qualitative methods with the intention to understand the phenomena about what was experienced by research subjects by utilizing various natural methods. The results of this study indicated that: 1) Cooperatives have an important role to play in the financial / school financial contributions. 2) The Role of School Cooperatives towards Financial Literacy about a) Knowledge and skills in the form of Tawasi and Tasula Activities are activities that indirectly provide students and guardians with skills regarding finance (finance), about the importance of measuring financial ability and financial management ability itself, b) About basic financial management, such as saving behavior and financial participation. Savings activities give students an understanding of the importance of managing finances themselves. This activity will be felt when they has been in class 6 , and saw the results of their savings. c) about how someone behaves and responsible for money. That the Mandatory Savings and Voluntary Savings activities provide learning to students specifically how they treat pocket money given by parents, the responsibility given to the money. Abstract

The role of human resources in the organization is very important, because it is natural if the management give more attention through the policies that has been taken. Currently many problems that arise related to employment, especially employee performance, therefore the problems relating to performance need to be resolved. Motivation is a condition or energy that moves employees directed to achieve the goals of the company organization. besides motivation, another thing that can affect performance is ability, by having the appropriate ability in the field of work that he does, then he can work better. While employee performance in general is influenced by two main factors, namely the ability and driving force or what is called motivation. The purpose of this study were: 1) describing the motivation, work ability, commitment and performance employers at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang. 2) analayzing the influences of motivation, work ability, and commitment employer performance at the Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari-Malang Company. And 3) analyzing the dominant influences of Motivation, Ability and Work Commitment on Employee Performance at Singosari-Malang Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery. The analysis method used in this research was descriptive analysis. The results of his research were: 1) Motivation, work ability and commitment of employer simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employer at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, and 2) Based on the results of the t test shown that motivation, work ability and employee commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Meuble Basuki Lacasa Art Gallery Singosari Malang, while the variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance were motivation. Abstract

This research analyzes the direct effect of competence on employee empowerment, the direct effect of competence on employee work performance, the direct effect of employee empowerment on employee work performance and the indirect effect of competence on employee work performance through employee empowerment at Syariah Business Unit PT. Bank Sinarmas in Kediri Branch. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study was total sampling method. Data collection methods used questionnaires and data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results show that: 1) Competence has significant direct effect on employee empowerment and employee work performance. 2) Employee empowerment does not have effect on employee performance. 3) Competence does not have effect on employee work performance through employee empowerment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial competence and career development on the performance of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta Employees. The population of this study is the population in this study were all Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta employees, with a research sample of 95 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results showed that competency and career development simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the performance of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta Employees. The results of this study can be used as an evaluation in developing human resources to support the improvement of competencies by providing opportunities to participate in trainings that support their work and formulate career development regulations Keywords: Competence, Career Development and Employee Performance

Abstract

The concept of competency applied by the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta Unit has not been well realized in the field of credit card sales at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta. This is marked by the lack of knowledge about credit card products and its features. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the orientation of working smart, Quality Control System, Quality Training System can improve the competence of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta credit card sales force. The results of the study explain that, the sales force (sales) of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta. In carrying out their work using orientation works smart. The quality control system at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta is done by Atasa, who always requests a daily report (credit card customer data) that have been visited. Good quality sales training is the foundation of the success of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surakarta. In providing salespeople understanding to know more about credit card features. Abstract

This research aim to identitication and to know consumer attitude towards attributes that offered by Gramedia book store in Surabaya, that attributes are : product, price, promotion, location, distribution and facility as independent variable and consumer attitude as dependent variable. To analysis that costumer attitude use Multiatribute Attitude Model (MAM) that substance of consumer satisfaction determined by weight which given consumer to attribute (i) times by difference consumer ideal to attribute (i) by consumer beliefing to attribute (i) accounting of measuring scale use likert scale by five estimation category which each estimation category qualificated by give weight. The results of the study prove that consumers have a positive attitude towards the attributes offered and the most influential attribute is location. Keywords: consumers attitude, attributes.

Abstract

This study aims to produce the vision and mission of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the quality policy of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu accounting section, the task description based on the organizational structure of the Ayam Geprek Dapur Ayu and the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) of the Chicken Geprek Dapur Ayu. The method in this study uses a collaborative model. Researchers modify the quality system to be developed by researchers in accordance with the needs of prospective product users / users by identifying problems, identifying objectives, developing product designs. The results of this study are the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) of the Profit / Loss Report on the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken Business that researchers have proposed to business owners who have been found to be very beneficial in developing the Geprek Dapur Ayu Chicken business going forward. Abstract

Violations of business ethics that occur at this time, become a problem in itself. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again. Abstract

In fact, the effectiveness and productivity of an organization is greatly affected by job satisfaction. Conversely, job dissatisfaction will cause a decrease in enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work. The number of cases of work strikes lately, irrespective of the motives of each individual, implies employee dissatisfaction with the organization. This is certainly very disturbing the effectiveness of the company as a form of organization. One program that needs to be considered in the context of optimizing human resources is to meet job satisfaction. With the fulfillment of job satisfaction, individual employees will try to improve their abilities. The success or failure of an organization depends on the ability of the organization to provide job satisfaction to its employees. The purpose of this study (1) To determine the simultaneous influence of compensation variables, interpersonal relationships, opportunities for achievement, and work conditions affect employee job satisfaction at the Bangil District General Hospital. (2) To determine the partial effect of compensation variables, interpersonal relations, opportunities for achievement, and work conditions affect employee job satisfaction at the Bangil District General Hospital. The results showed that simultaneous compensation variables, interpersonal relationships, achievement opportunities and working conditions have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in Bangil District General Hospital, while partially the compensation variables, interpersonal relationships and working conditions have an influence on employee job satisfaction at General Hospitals Bangil area. Abstract

The concept of customer satisfaction is important for marketing managers where customer satisfaction can encourage repeat purchases. Consumer satisfaction is an important asset for the company because it can be used as an indicator of the company's quality and income in the future. The population of this study was 137 passengers a month. Determination of the number of samples in this study using a statistical approach, the sample size in the study amounted to 58 respondents. the results of the analysis and discussion above, the conclusions that can be drawn in this study are as follows: (1) Simultaneous problems between the influence of perceived quality, customer satisfaction and company reputation simultaneously have a significant effect on re-interest in using Gorontalo Tour & Travel transportation services. The partial problem between the influence of perceived quality, customer satisfaction and company reputation has a significant effect on re-interest in using Gorontalo Tour & Travel transportation services.
