Abstract

Abstract, Purpose analyzing the direct and indirect effects of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance. In addition, this study also analyzes the effect of indirect style butterfly. The population of this research is all employees of sugar factory Tjoekir Jombang as many as 262 people to sample as many as 157 people. Analysis of the data used in the study using path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style and organizational culture directly affect organizational commitment, leadership styles, organizational culture and organizational commitment directly affect employee performance, organizational commitment capable of mediating influence between leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, Cultural Studies organization, organizational commitment and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract. Good governance (good goverment) is an important issue in the management of public administration. To carry out the implementation of good government is to improve the performance aparatur.Peran human resource management within the organization did not set just the administration but even more leads on how to be able to develop the potential of human resources in order to be creative and inovatif.Tujuan this study to determine the effect simultaneously, partial and dominant management commitment, training and empowerment to employee performance Civil servants (PNS) Licensing Office of Malang. This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory) by taking a sample of 55 pegawai.Analisis data used regression berganda.Hasil study showed that simultaneous and partial, management commitment, training and empowerment have a significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) State Licensing this Malang.Penelitian suggested that parties may seek quality leadership and employees to better quality. Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by the automotive sector memengang important role in the Indonesian economy. The automotive sector has been used as one of the excellent industry by the Ministry of Industry. This study analyzes the effect of the simultaneous, partial Earning Per Share, Net Cash Flow and Debt Equity Ratio Return Against Automotive Company shares are listing on the Stock Exchange. This study places the automotive company listed on the Stock Exchange, in the period 2011-2014. The results showed simultaneous Earning Per Shae, Net Cash Flow and Debt Equity Ratio has an effect on stock returns automotive company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While partially Earning per share, Net Cash Flow has an effect on stock returns automotive company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Variable Debt Equity Ratio has no effect on stock returns automotive company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange should increase stock returns so as to foster public confidence of investors in the company. As one of the efforts that need to be done is to show a good performance by generating Earning Per Shae and Net Cash Flow high as it can have a significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Earning Per Share, Net Cash Flow, Debt Equity Ratio And Stock Return

Abstract. The competitive advantage of an organization in today's global era is dependent primarily on how human resources (HR) in the organization is managed. The resources owned by the organization can not provide optimum results if not supported by human resources that have performance optimum.Tujuan this study to determine the effect simultaneously, partially dominant organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction to employee performance Taman Batu Selecta .Populasi in this study were all employees of Parks Batuyang Selecta amounted to 41 employees. The sampling method sampling saturated, where all members of the population used as sampel.Hasil study showed that simultaneous and partial organizational culture, compensation and job satisfaction affect the performance of park employees Selecta Batu. Abstract

Abstract. Empowering Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an integral part of the National Development and became a strategic step in improving and strengthening the basis of economic life. Thus the development of cooperatives and SMEs is a priority and become very urgent and vital. Under these conditions an employee is required to continue to hone and emningkatkan his work, thus impacting positively on the performance of employees. The purpose of this study to see the effect of simultaneous and partial training, employment and career development desripsi on the performance of staff at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Malang. Samples are 49 respondents who are employees of Department of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Malang. The analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous and partial training, employment and career development desripsi on the performance of staff at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Malang. While the dominant variable career development is the most dominant variable affecting the work performance of employees. Keywords: Effects of Training, Job Description, Career Development, Employee Job

Abstract

A vompany is a place where the employees survive their life and to reach their hope to fulfill their own and their families needs. Thus, the company should give best service for its employees. The company built to get profit from the products or service which were it have made. Moreover, for long-term period, the company should attempt to increase and to develop its business position in order to join high business challenging. To reach that objective, the company should develop its product’s or service’s quality which were the company have made by inceasing its employees’ performance. The increasing of employees’ dicipline. Based or the explanation above, attempts to make a title “An Analisis of Effect of Training and Discipline to the Employees’ performance at Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Pemkot Batu”. This research is done to detect training variable influence (X1) and Discipline variable (X2) towrds empoyee performance,. This watchfulnee kind eksplanatori with sample 100 respondents. Based on calculation result that done by means of help prodgram amos ver. 5.0 know training variable, discipline and employee performance produces regression weight (facto loading) statistically significance (sig. < 0.001). this matter shows that each indicator from training variable, discipline and ekmployee performance significant. From analysis result shows each value constuct reliability (cr) > 0.70 that mean that overall training varialbe indicator, discipline and empoyee performance reliabel and from validity test result is known that as a whole factor loadings statistically sig. < 0.05 so that infrential that is factor overall for training variable, discipline and empoyee performance valid.Analysis result uses uji-t show that refression weight from X1 that is γ1 = 0.0119 , 0.05. thereby inferential that found influence significant training variable towards employee performance at Dinas Pendadapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Pemkot Batu. Analysis result uses uji-t show that regression weight from X2 that is γ1 = 0.00431 < 0.05. tereby inferential that found influence significant discipline variable towards employee performance at Dinas Pendadapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Pemkot Batu. Key words : Training, Discipline, Performance Employees

Abstract

Hotel Regent's Park Malang is a company engaged in services, where businesses or services sold include room rental, restaurant, laundry and karaoke. Intense competition makes this company in demand to have employees who have high motivation and experience in work. This, however, is not balanced with co-opens, facilities, rewards, appropriate leadership. This study aims to answer the problems that have been formulated in research that is understanding the motivation and work experience that can affect employee performance, whether it is in accordance with the expected employee and company. This research is done through qualitative research method. This qualitative research approach is appropriate to apply to natural objects when the process of data analysis and information is inductive, and the findings of this qualitative research emphasize deeper meanings than general theoretical ones. The approach that is used in this research is through the approach deskrptif because the viewpoint right by the author to deepen this research. Because this method focuses on human life everyday. The data used in this study through interview techniques, observation and documentation are done directly. The subjects performed in this research are employees of Hotel Regent's Park Malang. From this research can be known and understood that the compensation, opportunity, leadership, awards and facilities is very important to note in order to achieve motivation and employee work experience that is expected by the company to service the Hotel Regent's Park Malang is improved and better

Abstract

Along with Indonesia's economic growth is expected to be better, then the accounting profession is needed in helping make it happen. This condition leads to an opportunity that is still wide open for everyone to enter the profession as an accountant, and the accountant profession as a promising career choice. Seeing the condition of the accounting profession and its role in Indonesia to date, the accounting profession has several advantages, namely the ease of entering and grabbing employment opportunities, the opportunity to improve the quality of the profession through S2 and S3 education and continuing professional education, and flexibility in determining the choice of profession public accountant, management accountant, government accountant, educator accountant). The expected objectives in this study were to find out the reasons consisting of intrinsic, income, labor market considerations, student perceptions of the firm's accounting profession, personality, type of work, and the number of job offers affecting both partially and simultaneously to career selection decisions corporate accountant. Judging from the purpose, this research uses a quantitative approach that focuses on the existence of the proof of the hypothesis created. Simultaneously in this study are independent variables consisting Intrinsic Factors, Types of Work, Student Perceptions of the company's accounting profession, Salary or Income has a significant influence on accounting student decisions in career selection as corporate accountant. Partially, independent variable consisting of Intrinsic Factor, Job Type, Student Perception about company accountant profession, Salary or Earnings have a significant influence to decision of accounting student in career selection as company accountant. Abstract

The increase in the real business sector in the field of broiler farms in this poor district of the statistics is very good, but will be inversely if studied in depth about the output (profit) generated by the breeders. Return on investment (ROI) on this business is relatively small, dependence on feed from factories, dependence of seeds, investment of making the cage is not small, not to mention the Human Resources and Management of breeders is low so it needs to be studied in depth so that the farmers this is not a loss. Because of the many problems that must be solved by the breeders, this study limits and focuses on efforts to increase broiler farmers profit in Tumpang District, Malang Regency. This research is titled "Rule of Thumb Pricing Method" To Maximize Profit of Broiler Chicken Breeder in Tumpang District of Malang Regency The purpose of this research is "The use of rule of thumb pricing method to give optimal profit for broiler breeder in Tumpang District of Malang Regency "The benefits that can be derived from the results of this study in general can be used as a reference for young entrepreneurs who want to jump in the field of broiler chickens so that they can manage costs well in order to maximize profits broiler chicken products. This research uses quantitative descriptive method for understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action holistically This research was conducted in District Tumpang Malang Regency 2017. The results of this study indicate that 1) Use of markup pricing or method of rule of thumb pricing done bybroiler breeders in District Tumpang Malang Regency showed a significant increase in profits, this can be seen from the results of regression analysis with t count of 6.651 with the level of sig = 0.00. 2) The use of Markup Pricing method conducted by broiler breeders in Tumpang District of Malang Regency will usually be done in certain seasons, such as the New Year, Islamic Day and Natalan where the market is very much in need of broiler chicken supplying, so even though the price is fixed consumers buy these products because they need them

Abstract, Toothpaste Pesoden is a product for and can be used by everyone to clean and whiten teeth in order to beautify or beautify human beings. Produced by PT Unilever), in this case the company's desire is to increase sales of Pepsodent toothpaste products by promotion promotion approach (Promotion Mix) which influences consumer decisions. Therefore it is very important to do research that aims to find out the significant influence of promotion mix consisting of advertisement, direct marketing, interaction marketing, sales promotion, public relation and personal selling both simultaneously and partially to decision making by consumer, this is all to increase Product sale. Then by hypothesis test the influence of promotion mix variable simultaneously in can result that there is significant influence all variable in promotion mix to consumer decision. Advertising variables influence the most dominant significant to consumer decisions. Therefore, the company suggested in increasing sales should pay attention to promotion mix in relation to consumer decision. Keywords: Promotion Mix Strategy, Consumer Decision.
