Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the direct influence of brand awareness and digital marketing on purchasing decisions, and brand awareness on digital marketing. Furthermore, we analyzed brand awareness as a mediator of the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions. The analysis tool used was Smart PLS, with a sample of 106 Generation Z consumers who purchased products from the influencer Aghnia Cosmetic Products. The results showed that digital marketing directly influenced brand awareness and purchasing decisions for Byebadskin skincare products. Brand awareness can mediate the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Byebadskin skincare products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy on the performance of tenun ikat artisans in Southwest Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, with financial self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 47 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that financial literacy does not have a significant direct effect on MSME performance but significantly improves financial self-efficacy. Financial self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on MSME performance and fully mediates the relationship between financial literacy and MSME performance. These findings suggest that improving financial literacy must be accompanied by enhancing financial self-efficacy to improve MSME performance. Local governments are recommended to provide contextual financial literacy training and empowerment programs based on self-efficacy development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of social media marketing and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Janji Jiwa Muaro Bungo café. This study uses quantitative analysis and a descriptive approach. The data sources used in this study are data from questionnaires filled out by 100 consumers, interviews and observations. In the initial stage, data quality tests were conducted, namely validity and reliability tests. The results of these tests showed that the data was valid and reliable. The results of the analysis were as follows: first, social media marketing did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Second, store atmosphere had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Third, social media marketing and store atmosphere simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economic growth, particularly in the food and beverage processing sector. However, the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs depend heavily on the performance of their human resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and incentive provision on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable among MSMEs fostered by Bank Indonesia in Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of processed food and beverage MSMEs under the guidance of Bank Indonesia Malang. The results show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, incentives do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. However, both training and incentives significantly influence work motivation. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, mediation analysis reveals that work motivation does not mediate the relationship between training and employee performance, but successfully mediates the relationship between incentives and employee performance. These findings suggest that improving MSME human resource performance can be achieved through effective training programs and incentive systems that strengthen employee motivation. The study contributes to human resource management literature by explaining the mediating role of work motivation in the relationship between HR development practices and performance in MSMEs

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan memberi makna pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi dan kepemimpnan transformasional terhadap kinerja pesonil dan pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organisasi memedisasi pengaruh budya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja personil. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis SEM dengan Smart PLS. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebagak 79 personil polres Bondowoso dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Skala likert yang digunakan skala satu sampai lima. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personil, begitu juga kepemiminan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personil. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung komitmen organisasi memedisasi pengaruh budya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasioanl terhadap personil. Kontribusi penelitian secara teoritis penelitian ini mampu memberikan kontribusi pada teori penelitian Goal-Setting Theory ini menekankan bahwa tujuan yang jelas, spesifik, dan menantang mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta kinerja individu maupun organisasi. Budaya organisasi yang kuat dapat berfungsi sebagai kerangka nilai yang mendukung penetapan tujuan kerja yang terarah, sehingga personil lebih mudah memahami dan menginternalisasi target yang ditetapkan oleh institusi kepolisian

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of incentives, motivation, work environment, leadership, and workload on employee performance at Adisutjipto Airport in Yogyakarta. It employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were gathered via questionnaires distributed to 30 employees, utilizing a Likert scale. The data analysis involved multiple linear regression through SPSS software. Findings indicate that motivation significantly influences employee performance, whereas incentives, work environment, and leadership show no significant effect. Workload exerts a positive yet insignificant impact on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) reveals that 79% of employee performance variations are accounted for by the variables of incentives, motivation, work environment, leadership, and workload, with the remaining 21% attributed to other factors beyond the research model. The study concludes that motivation is the most influential factor on employee performance at Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the variance of production costs at CV RBA. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to evaluate the differences between standard production costs and actual production costs. The findings indicate that the direct labor cost component experienced the most significant variances, both favorable and unfavorable. These variances were influenced by several factors, including increases in minimum wages, holiday allowances, changes in working hours, and fluctuations in worker productivity. The study also found that inaccurate labor cost standards may affect the effectiveness of production cost control and managerial decision-making. Therefore, this study concludes that the company needs to improve its direct labor standard costing system in order to increase the accuracy of production cost calculations and support more effective managerial decisions. Abstract

This study aims to examine how entrepreneurial spirit and innovative capabilities influence the marketing performance of Malang's specialty souvenirs, influenced by entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation. The data source for this study is primary data derived from a sample of Malang specialty souvenir shop owners. Sampling was conducted by MSME owners, managers, and MSME owners and managers. The data used in this study were 100 respondents. The data were processed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on the marketing performance of Malang Strudel (2) Product innovation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Malang Strudel (3) Entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the marketing performance of Malang Strudel (4).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Enhypen's attractiveness as a brand ambassador, brand awareness, and fandom loyalty on the purchasing interest of Nabati x Enhypen collaboration products among Enhypen fans in Indonesia. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Enhypen fans in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The sample size in this study is 105 respondents who meet the research criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the attractiveness of the Enhypen brand ambassador does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, while brand awareness and fandom loyalty have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The present study aims to empirically examine the effect of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa in Malang. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational design, this research involved 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The primary data were collected using structured questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression. The empirical results demonstrate that service quality partially exerts a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction (t-value = 5.651). Similarly, price positively and significantly influences consumer satisfaction (t-value = 9.462). The simultaneous test reveals that both variables collectively affect consumer satisfaction with an F-value of 649.729. The coefficient of determination (R-square) indicates that 93.1% of the variance in consumer satisfaction is explained by service quality and price, leaving 6.9% to other unexamined factors. These findings suggest that maintaining service consistency and proportional pricing are crucial for sustaining customer satisfaction.
