Abstract

Developer policy in this case PT. Metropolitan land, Tbk for the availability of entertainment facilities in the region is the right choice to increase profits in addition to selling home products. This strategy is considered appropriate because of the lack of entertainment in the area around housing which is seen from the rapid population from year to year. Service providers bear a large risk burden at the operational stage, To avoid cost overrun, in the calculation of the operating cost budget it is necessary to include costs due to risks. Risk costs are allocated to the identified risks. This study aims to identify the dominant risk factors that affect operational investment costs from the point of view of other long-running operational management. The research used qualitative methods when conducting studies on previous research which then obtained 48 risk factors that affect investment costs. Validation of the 48 risk factors was carried out by 3 (three) experts and produced 30 risk variables which then became questionnaires that would be distributed to respondents. Quantitative methods are used to assess probability and impact using a rating scale. The probability and impact values are converted into values in the probability-impact matrix, after the risk value is calculated and sorted from the highest value, 4 dominant risk factors are obtained, namely, Leaking on the walls and floor of the pool, Damage to playgrounds, Damaged plumbing systems, and Pumping machines are off or damaged.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and have proven to be a safety valve for the national economy during a crisis and a driver of economic growth after the economic crisis. The Competition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) follows various types of marketing strategies based on the demand of the target market. The purpose of this study is to examine the marketing mix strategy in building the competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia. This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were SMEs in the Cirebon area. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documents. The data analysis technique uses research data processing with data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study are that with the marketing mix strategy in building the competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia, MSME management seeks to determine strategies based on consumer needs. Marketing strategy to design an integrated marketing mix consisting of four Ps (product, price, place, promotion). Mix strategy has an effect on purchasing decisions and has an impact on increasing sales volume. The purpose of this strategy is to attract consumers to use the products and or services provided by MSMEs. If MSMEs are unable to maintain a marketing mix strategy, then it is likely that they will not be able to survive and even lose money. To survive, develop and be able to compete, MSMEs must be able to maintain a marketing strategy that is based on the level of consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract

Initial Public Offering (IPO) is known as one of the efforts to obtain a source of funds for a company in order to develop the business to be optimal. Capital is the funds used for investment by the owner in running his business. A company or business definitely requires additional funds, so that the company's operations can run optimally and develop more. When an IPO experiences a difference in stock prices, there are terms underpricing and overpricing. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence underpricing at the time of the IPO on the Indonesian stock exchange. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of thr study show that the underpricing factors on Initial Public Offering (IPO) On In Indonesia Stock Exchange are profitability, leverage, underwriter reputation, company size, and percentage of stock offered against underpricing.

Abstract

In the development of the port, there are potentially risk factors that are not identified during its implementation, which can affect work delays and add to unforeseen costs, thus requiring handling in accordance with the classification of risks that occur. The risk is in accordance with the type of activity and the environment of the construction project implemented. The study aims to analyze the influential risk factors during the work carried out, based on the perspective of service providers (consultants and contractors) and owners as well as how to handle risks (mitigation) and the effect of the implementation of the Saumlaki Port Facility Construction work on controlling the timing of work. Identifying risks - risks encountered in the study using the interview method against potential risksthat are likely to occur. The survey results show that there are three risks that have a high risk classification from the perspective of service providers that have the greatest impact on project delays. Theconclusion in the research is the need to apply risk management to the implementation of development to minimize delays and reduce unforeseen costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value with foreign ownership structure as a moderating variable. The object of research used is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. This research is a type of quantitative research with secondary data based on the company's annual report obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data processing uses the SPSS 25 application program with multiple linear regression research models and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that intellectual capital had a negative effect on firm value and CSR disclosure had a significant positive effect on firm value, while foreign ownership structures were unable to moderate the influence of intellectual capital and CSR disclosure on firm value.

Abstract

Stifin is a tool for detecting intelligence and a person's brain type, it is used to find out a person's character and to find out what learning methods are suitable for each student. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method conducted online. Primary data collection in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 34 respondents who were students of KIP STIM SUKMA MEDAN which included students studying in the second semester in afternoon classes with combined concentrations. Respondents from this study were students of right brain b and left brain b management study program which included 2nd semester students. In this study students who were respondents and were willing to fill out google forms. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that many students think that they are more familiar with character their personal after knowing their MK. but having the Constitutional Court and adjusting the class according to the Constitutional Court does not guarantee that all students are comfortable, because there is no difference in assignments or anything else between right brain class B and left brain B.

Abstract

Good Governance demands the fulfillment of a number of important indicators. Its realization is only possible through systematic, consistent, and continuous efforts by local governments, legislative institutions, and the community in a synergistic manner. As the implementer, the Regional Government must ensure that the efforts made are in line with the objectives of improving public services as referred to in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. For this reason, in its implementation, local governments are regularly obliged to compile and report on the performance of the implementation of accountable public services in the principle of regional autonomy, so as to encourage the participation of various elements of the greater community. This research focuses on the implementation of the principles of good governance in the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) of Central Sulawesi Province. The reason is that this office has a strategic role in capital, financing, and cooperation that determines the achievement of regional development goals. The goal is that through this research, it will be known more comprehensively the implementation of good governance in the capital and licensing institutions of the area, especially in the aspects of public services in the field of business licensing for the community. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is analyzed using nine indicators of good governance principles according to the UNDP document (Sedarmayanti, 2010) namely Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Responsiveness, Consensus Orientation, Equity, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Accountability, Strategic Vision. The results of the study will be known after the study takes place.

Abstract

Industry has a significant role in supporting Indonesian economy. Realizing this, the Ministry of Education and Culture collaborate with the Ministry of Industry and industrial factory create a synergy between the industrial world and vocational education to prepare human resources whose competence is in accordance with industrial needs. The Ministry of Education and Culture has collaborated with several vocational high school and one of them is SMK Mitra Industri MM 2100. This SMK whose management is carried out by industrial experts and companies in MM 2100 industrial estate have a curriculum that is in accordance with the wishes of the industry. As the designer of the curriculum, educators play a role in supporting the success of this vocational school. On this occasion the author will see how the success of this vocational school in managing the factors that become the school's input to achieve the success that has been achieved is how the influence of the work environment and work facilities. The results of the research can thus be used as evaluation material for schools and be a useful reference for other vocational schools as well. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents of educators in SMK which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.662, and there was a positive influence between work facilities (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) with an influence strength of 0.592. Furthermore, there is a relationship between the work environment (X2) and job satisfaction (Y) if work facilities (X2) are included as a control variable but the effect is weakened to 0.601. So this study suggests re-evaluating the work facilities provided whether it is necessary to make adjustments or increase the provision of work facilities based on current developments so that their influence is stronger in creating a positive work environment for educators. In addition, Vocational High Schools need to continue to innovate and improve to be ready to face the VUCA era in which we are required to be more agile.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, work discipline, training, competence, education, work environment, workload and work stress on the performance of health workers at Barong Tongkok Health Center, West Kutai Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis approach. The population in this study were all 51 health workers with samples taken from the entire population or often called the census method. Data collection methods are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study prove that partially leadership has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.024 < 0.05, work motivation has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, work discipline has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.024 < 0.05, training has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.025 < 0.05,  competence has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.027 < 0.05, work environment has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.048 < 0.05, workload has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.023 < 0.05, work stress has a significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.031 < 0.05,  but education has no significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.522 > 0.05. Simultaneously Leadership, work motivation, work discipline, training, competence, education, work environment, workload and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of health workers at the Barong Tongkok Health Center, West Kutai Regency with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.
