Abstract

Knowing if there are differences in HAEC scores following pull-through procedures between groups due to the interaction of surgical techniques with gender by controlling the influence of patient age is as important as determining if there are differences in Pull-Through through the procedure between male and female patients. The purpose of this study was to compare haec score profiles after Pull-Through surgery using Duhamel's surgery technique and TEPT surgery technique to see whether there was a difference through the process of comparing HAEC scores after the Pull between Duhamel's surgical technique and TEPT surgery technique while controlling the patient's age impact. The study, which compares Duhamel's method with the TEPT process, is an ex-post facto descriptive and inferential study with the aim of determining the profile and variation of post-pull-through HAEC scores. Patients at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang who suffered from Hirschsprung disease between 2018 and 2022 were the study population. All patients in the study sample, compiled using the method of complete sampling, were between 0 and 5 years old. The HAEC scores of individuals with Hirschsprung's disease are determined by a combination of age, gender, and surgical approach. HAEC scores are strongly influenced by age variables alone, the older the patient, the higher the HAEC score. There was a difference in the average HAEC score between the group of patients undergoing Duhamel surgery and the group undergoing TEPT surgery, with the HAEC score of the Duhamel engineering group being higher than that of the TEPT surgery technique group. The average HAEC score for the male and female patient groups was the same.

Abstract

In this paper, the author conducted a theological-ethical study of the Church's role against corruption. The research method in this article uses a descriptive qualitative study method with a library research approach. The practice of corruption is an act that is contrary to the will and character of God. If the behavior of corruption is not resisted, then corruption seems to be a natural act and is no longer seen as an act of crime and sin. The Church, as a religious institution, is also responsible for fighting corruption in Indonesia and providing a formula that can support minimizing corruption that occurs in the life of the nation, society, and Church. The Church plays an essential role in fighting corruption as an agent of change to raise awareness in the community that corruption is a sin and an act against God's will. The role of the Church is significant in fighting corruption by strengthening the sanction mechanism in church administration, supporting anti-corruption programs in the Church, and minimizing the inclusion of a hedonic lifestyle in the lives of church members. It is hoped that through internal control measures in the Church, corruption can be minimized amid the Church and public life in general.

This study uses a literature study research method, while data collection techniques are carried out by exploring journals and other information relevant to the study. The results of this study indicate that the main factor that is the focus of research on the causes of stunting during pregnancy and after delivery is the condition of Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) caused by lack of nutritional intake during childbirth, and the lack of optimal exclusive breastfeeding after childbirth.

Abstract

SIMRS is a system built to manage patient data in order to develop resources and improve hospital quality. As one of the newly implemented health support systems, the implementation of SIMRS needs to be observed. One of the indicators in the successful implementation of the system is the satisfaction of the end users of the system. User satisfaction (user satisfaction) is one indicator of the success of the development of information systems. Therefore, the research aims at analyzing the exact topic. EUCS is one of the research instruments that can be used to measure the success of information systems. In this study 5 EUCS instruments were used, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use of users, timeliness of information systems and 3 additional variables, namely training, user satisfaction (user satisfaction)) and system benefits (net benefit). The results of this study indicate that accuracy (accuracy), format, user convenience (easy to use) timeliness of information systems (timeliness) and training (training) are proven to increase user satisfaction while content (content) has not been proven to have an effect. User satisfaction of integrated information systems has been proven to increase net benefits / organizational performance.
