Abstract

Children's health must be supported and maintained in the family environment and school environment. Making a healthy canteen there must be planning in advance, with careful planning will facilitate activity. Organizing is planned to determine whose duties and authorities will carry out a particular task to achieve a common goal. The implementation of this healthy canteen must go well, this healthy canteen will provide good benefits not only to its students but to the people who are in the canteen environment. This healthy canteen must also be supervised by relevant parties such as local health centers. With a healthy canteen, student food can be echoed and then the student's health is maintained and will result in increased student learning achievement.

Abstract

Plastic waste has become a common problem in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has actually issued many policies to overcome the impact of plastic waste, but so far the Indonesian government has not succeeded in dealing with plastic waste. Currently, Indonesia has many young generations. As the younger generation in Indonesia, we propose a solution to deal with plastic waste, namely by using environmentally friendly bags made from spun bonds. We also implement the solutions we offer for the children at Rumah Yatim and Dhuafa Islahul Hayat Foundation, Pondok Petir.

Abstract

Performance can be influenced by the encouragement or motivation of employees to be willing to work harder, work ethic in accordance with loyalty or a strong sense of love for the values and goals of the organization, and organizational culture that can trigger or stimulate employee performance to be better. Robbins and Judge (2015: 358) state that a strong culture will have a great influence on the behavior of its members because the high level of togetherness and intensity creates an internal climate of high behavioral control. The analysis data technique used in this research is a quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model or Structural Equation Model with AMOS 23.0 program. The result of this research is the regression between organizational culture and work motivation, the CR value (Critical Ratio) is 5.720. The regression between organizational culture and employee performance has a CR (Critical Ratio) value of 2,508. Between work ethic and work motivation, the CR (Critical Ratio) value is 2,345. Between work ethic and employee performance, the CR (Critical Ratio) value is 1.961. Between work motivation and employee performance, the CR (Critical Ratio) value is 4.298.

Abstract

When it was founded on November 14, 1974, the company was born under the name PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) with a 45% share ownership owned by PT Semen Gresik and 55% PT Semen Padang. The company runs a business specifically in the production of slag with the production center located in Baturaja, South Sumatra. Meanwhile, the cement milling and bagging process are carried out at the Baturaja Factory, Palembang Factory, and Panjang Factory which are then distributed to the Company's marketing areas. PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is a company engaged in the cement industry and is aware of the risks arising from its operations to workers and the environment. The COVID-19 pandemic period greatly affected the company's work system in all fields, including the PT. Semen BATURAJA Tbk, because many projects are delayed or constrained. By developing corporate strategy, improving employee performance, conducting periodic checks on corporate governance in detail, and increasing the efficiency of the use of raw materials.

Abstract

Saving is generally very good behavior and should be inculcated early. Saving is used to prepare a person to have the choice to control their needs and have the choice to anticipate their future. Unfortunately, nowadays we rarely find young people who like to save. Indeed, today's children's interest in saving is very low. Indeed, many advantages can be obtained from saving. Many variables cause children's low interest in saving. One of them is because there is no lack of awareness. This Student Service to the Community (PMKM) aims to build awareness about the importance of setting aside money (saving) for children at the Ishlahul Hayat Foundation, Pondok Petir, Depok through a project to save money. Children at the Ishlahul Hayat Foundation become the object of student service activities to the community because they need attention from external parties to nurture them. This PMKM activity was carried out according to the plan and lasted for one day. This PMKM activity aims to increase awareness for saving children at the Ishlahul Hayat Foundation, Pondok Petir.

Abstract

This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), this study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Social Science (IPS) learners by using monopoly game media in elementary schools. Learning media is one of the important things needed by teachers and students in the learning process, in accordance with curriculum 13 which is expected to use learning media to improve student learning outcomes, using learning using monopoly game media is very effective and can be an option for used as a medium for the teaching and learning process in the classroom, by learning using the monopoly game media students can learn while playing so that they can improve student learning outcomes by proving the results at the first meeting, namely with the highest score with a value of 70, the lowest score with a value of 40, many students who completed as many as 2 people, while many students who did not complete as many as 18 people, while the percentage of student completeness was 20%, while the second meeting was the highest score with a value of 95, the lowest score with 65 results, many students who completed as many as 17 people, while many students 3 students who did not complete, while the percentage of students' completeness was 80%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a process of creativity and innovation activities in creating a change by taking advantage of existing opportunities and resources so that they can add value to the economy. Being an entrepreneur is very important and needs to be developed for students of the Management Study acara at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. This writing is motivated by the high unemployment rate in Indonesia and the low employment opportunities in Indonesia which make students able to become entrepreneurs, so the employment opportunities will increase and economic growth in Indonesia will be more advanced. The purpose of this study is to show how the strategy in fostering the spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship in Management Study acara students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. In this study, the method used is a survey method with a sample of 20 students of Management Study acara at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The research analysis used is a descriptive analysis by conducting direct interviews.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in the implementation of construction projects. This is because the role of human resources is very dominant where HR is the main driving force in construction project work, so the quality of human resources is a determining factor for the success of a project. The purpose of this study is to make a regression model equation that can be used to predict the stress factor of construction workers (consultants and contractors) of buildings on time and cost performance. This research method uses a survey, namely by distributing questionnaires to collect main data to obtain facts by taking samples from the population. The results showed that the stress factors for building construction workers (contractors) that affect time performance were that I was not confident with my work because I did not complete the task properly (X18) and there were no definite regulations from the company regarding the workforce career development process. work (X22).

Abstract

Learning is a basic need for everyone in meeting educational needs in the educational hierarchy. However, in the learning process itself, there are often various kinds of obstacles in the learning process. In learning multimedia courses at STT Payakumbuh, the problem is that the achievement of student learning outcomes is still low, to overcome these problems, a blended learning model is used so that the achievement of multimedia learning can increase. and to determine effect of applying blended learning in multimedia learning, a quasi-experimental study was conducted with purposive nonequivalent control groups, The research was conducted at Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Payakumbuh (STT Payakumbuh) in the Multimedia course with a sample class of class 2017 as an experimental group using blended learning and class 2018 as a control class using traditional learning in the classroom. The study was conducted for 7 sessions with data collection techniques in the form of multiple-choice tests consisting of pretest and posttest. After that, the calculations were carried out using the t-test in both classes and obtained a value of 0.000 or sig < 0.05 (5%), then it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So this study shows that there is an effect of blended learning on student learning outcomes in multimedia courses at STT Payakumbuh.
