Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price perception, product quality, physical evidence, on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions as intervening variables. With a sample of 60 out of 70 customers in the Sumber Jaya livestock group using the slovin technique and participating in this study. Data were collected in 2021 using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study prove that price perception, product quality, physical evidence, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. price perception has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality and physical evidence have no significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. And purchasing decisions have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This finding reminds empirical evidence that it is very important to always pay attention to customer behavior which is useful for the key to innovation so that customers do not hesitate in making purchasing decisions at the Sumber Jaya Livestock Group.

Abstract

Culture is the result of human creation in order to make life easier. Along with the times, the culture is possible to experience shifts and changes. This study discusses one of the cultures of gotong royong in Javanese society, especially the nyumbag, by taking research samples from several villages in Yogyakarta. This study discusses the changes and phenomena of people's attitudes toward the tradition of donating. The results of the study found that on the one hand the community was uncomfortable and objected to the tradition of donating, but on the other hand the community was unable to change the tradition. This is due to the existing system in the community, namely in the form of social control and social sanctions. These two things greatly affect the mindset and behavior of the community. Social control and social sanctions are factors that keep the continuity of a hereditary tradition in society.

Abstract

Improve students' ability to increase interest in learning about describing the development of communication technology with image media in class IV/C SLB KKIII Bekasi City. Professional Ability Consolidation Report (PKP) The purpose of this study is to increase student learning about describing the development of communication technology with image media in class IV SLB KK III Bekasi. It was held at SLB KK III Bekasi, Kayuringin District. This study used the CAR research method and was carried out in 2 cycles, consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study can improve the teaching and learning process in class IV mentally retarded especially in Social Sciences (IPS). Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning theory, especially with the development of science in various fields and various new guidelines for the quality of the process and results of learning. Conclusion 1) In presenting the material it will be easier for students to accept by using the question and answer method. 2) Giving examples of communication technology through visual aids makes it easier for students to understand the material. 3) Students will easily understand the material if given a lot of practice and guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of traditional medicine for self-medication in the community in Bayuning Kadugede Kuningan Village. The type of research conducted is non-experimental research on respondents who live in Bayuning Village with 35 respondents using a questionnaire. Sampling is done by quota sampling. Analysis of the use of traditional medicine for self-medication was carried out descriptively. The description of the use of traditional medicine in Bayuning Village is that traditional medicine is used in various dosage forms to treat minor ailments, degenerative diseases and some are used to treat infections. Most of the traditional medicines used do not cause side effects (81%), when side effects occur, some respondents stop traditional medicine, but some go to the doctor or switch to modern medicine. The dosage of use is based on personal experience or passed down from family and most of them do not know the dosage of using these traditional medicines

Abstract

Cocoa bean (Theobroma cacao L.) contain anthocyanins which can be used as natural dyes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether lip cream preparations with natural dyes cocoa bean extract (Theobroma cacao L.) met the requiretments for good and stable lip cream quality during storage. The method used in this study using the experimental method. This research was made with 3 concentrations, namely lip cream-colored cocoa bean extract (Theobroma cacao L.) with a concentrations of 6% (X1), 10% (X2), and 14% (X3). Cocoa bean extrack was obtained using the maceration method with etanol 70% and acetic acid 2% as solvents. Evaluation was carried out on all formulas including organoleptic test, homogenity test, spreadability test, spreadability test, adhesion test, pH test, stability test, and hedonic test. The lip cream is creamy in color and has a distinctive smell and is unstable in storageCocoa Bean Extract (Theobroma cacao L.), maceration, Lip cream.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transfer pricing, tax incentives and thin capitalization on tax aggressiveness with firm size as a moderating variable. The object of research used is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. This research is a type of quantitative research with secondary data based on the company's financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method so that the sample that met the criteria was obtained by 73 companies. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 application program with the research model using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of the research simultaneously show that the transfer pricing, tax incentives, and thin capitalization variables together have an effect on tax aggressiveness. The results partially show that transfer pricing has no positive effect on tax aggressiveness, tax incentives and thin capitalization have a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. While the moderated regression analysis (MRA) test shows that the firm size variable cannot moderate the effect of transfer pricing and tax incentives on tax aggressiveness, however the firm size variable can moderate and strengthen the effect of thin capitalization on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The development of this learning media is carried out to produce contextual-based interactive e-modules with the help of a professional flip pdf application that meets the valid, practical, and effective categories. So that it is useful for students in improving understanding of the flat-sided geometry material, especially the cube and beam submaterial. The research instruments used were lesson plans, material validation sheets and e-module media, pretest and posttest, as well as student and teacher response questionnaires. After all instruments, lesson plans, and e-modules are in the valid category, then they are tested in small groups and in the field. The results showed that: (1) the E-Module was in the valid category in terms of material and media, namely (92.70% and 90.97%) with a very feasible category; (2) the E-Module has met the practical value of the responses of students and teachers, namely (87.05% and 87.5%) in the very practical category; (3) The E-Modul meets the criteria of being effective with the completeness of student learning outcomes reaching 90% of students who get a score of 75 and the achievement of each indicator/learning objective that exceeds 75% of the total students. Based on the analysis of the research results, the N-Gain was 0.72, so it was included in the high category providing the effectiveness of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer buying interest, 2) Analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions, 3) Analyze the effect of buying interest on consumer purchasing decisions, 4) Analyze the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions through buying interest. This research was conducted on customers of the Shopee online shopping site which is managed by PT. Shopee Indonesia. The sampling technique used a random technique with analytical methods using descriptive analysis methods and path analysis. The results show that: 1) there is an influence of service quality and price on buying interest, 2) there is an influence of service quality and price on purchasing decisions, 3) there is an influence of buying interest on purchasing decisions, 4) buying interest cannot mediate to increase the effect of quality services and prices on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee online shopping site managed by PT. Abstract

The learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas in learning chemistry are still low. One of the methods used to improve student learning outcomes is to apply the Project Based learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning model on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution material on the learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA SMA. This quasi-experimental study used a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study were all students of class X MIPA even semester of SMAN 1 X Koto Diatas. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, so that class X MIPA 1 was chosen as the experimental class and class X MIPA 2 was the control class. Research data comes from one domain, namely cognitive. The assessment instrument is in the form of a learning outcome test. The data obtained were analyzed using the N-Gain Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and t Test. The results of the study in the cognitive domain obtained that the experimental class average was higher than the control class with the t statistical test, obtained tcount = 1.73 and ttable = 0.25. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas are affected by the application of the Project Based Learning model on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials.

Abstract

The risk of delay is very likely to occur in a construction project. Especially in large-scale infrastructure projects that are accompanied by high complexity. Careful planning and prediction both related to aspects of design, implementation, including scheduling are very important. Problems that often arise in large-scale and complex construction projects are early predictions related to delays in the final completion of a project. This study aims to predict the occurrence of delays in project completion. Based on secondary data obtained from construction contractors and by using appropriate analytical procedures, the result is that the CSS-Apartment project is predicted to experience a delay of 57 weeks from the planned 146 weeks. The data is obtained directly from the project site. After all the data has been obtained, the processing is carried out using the Earned Value Method. Literature study is done by reading literature related to this writing Based on the case of an apartment project called CSS-Apartment Project in Surabaya - Indonesia, and using the Earned Value method.
