This research aims to determine the juridical review of the implementation of the law against those who refuse the Covid-19 vaccine. This research uses normative research methods with literature study data collection techniques obtained from laws, books, journals, and various other information relevant to the research. The results showed that those who refused the Covid-19 vaccine were subject to criminal and administrative sanctions according to presidential regulation number 14 of 2021 in the form of imprisonment for six months to one year or a fine of five hundred thousand to one million rupiahs. However, the World Health Organization advises forcing individuals to vaccinate but suggests a persuasive approach. The sustainability of a company, both manufacturing, trading, and service companies, will not be separated from the role and existence of consumers they have. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of educational facilities on student satisfaction with education costs as a moderation variable. This study used a questionnaire that was distributed to all students at Wiraraja Madura University. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) at a significant rate of 5%. The results showed that educational facilities and education costs had a significant effect on student satisfaction at Wiraraja University. However, tuition fees were not shown to be a moderating variable on the relationship between educational facilities and student satisfaction. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it can also be seen that the level of student satisfaction at Wiraraja University is between the categories of quite satisfactory to satisfactory. This shows that in general, Wiraraja University has been able to provide good educational facilities. However, it is known that the indicator of educational facilities that has the lowest statistical t value is the hotspot area. Therefore, Wiraraja University should pay more attention to the quality of hotspot areas to increase student satisfaction. This research focuses on Wiraraja Madura University, this is intended so that the research results can be used for management decision-making at Wiraraja University.

Indonesia has experienced a very rapid decline in the tax ratio due to economic pressures arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. With the achievement of a gross domestic product (GDP) of IDR 15,434.2 trillion in 2020, the tax ratio in a broad sense in 2020 was only 8.94% from the previous year of 10.74%. This study aims to find out whether gender has an effect on tax compliance, and whether the love of money can moderate the influence of gender on tax compliance. This study used primary data taken by distributing questionnaires to taxpayers, especially to MSME owners in Salatiga with a sample of 96 respondents. This research is descriptive and quantitative and uses a simple linear regression analysis method and also uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study prove that the influence between gender and tax compliance, as well as the love of money, can weaken the relationship between gender and tax compliance.

Based on the constitution, the State of Indonesia is a state of law not based on a single absolute power. Thus, the Indonesian government has limited powers and is not allowed to take actions outside the applicable legal norms. This means that in Indonesian constitutional practice, the law should rule power and not vice versa. However, in reality, the condition of law enforcement in Indonesia is very poor and far from expectations. There is discrimination against justice seekers where ordinary people with all limited resources always lose to the buttocks who own capital and can buy and play with the law at will. As a result, a sharp sword term appears below, but blunt upwards. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop the role of the prosecutor's office to also apply unwritten laws not only written to various forms of criminal cases. Thus, the needs of the community from the aspects of welfare and justice can be realized.

The election of the Regional Head of Padang Pariaman Regency as a form of democracy must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, but in the process of its implementation it cannot be separated from various actions that can harm a lot of people, and the integrity of the implementation of the Regional Election. In this case, the integrated law enforcement center (Gakkumdu) enforces the law on the crime of regional head elections. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: Law enforcement against criminal acts of integrated law enforcement centers in handling criminal acts for the election of the head of Padang Pariaman region is ineffective because of the 3 (three) findings of criminal cases handled there are no cases has reached the court level, all cases stop on the second discussion of Sentra Gakkumdu. The obstacles faced in law enforcement of criminal acts are associated with factors that affect law enforcement consisting of 5 (five) namely legal factors, law enforcement, facilities and facilities, society, and culture. To overcome obstacles by the integrated law enforcement center in law enforcement of regional election crimes is to carry out its duties as a law enforcement holder without any internal and external influence of a policy with the aim that the democratic process runs with the creation of justice, safely, and peacefully.
