Abstract

This research was qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analyses used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This study aimed to determine the fundraising strategy carried out by the Lazismu Wirobrajan Service Office and to provide a more effective fundraising method. The results of this study indicated that there were fundraising strategies used by the Lazismu Wirobrajan Service Office i.e., a direct strategy (direct fundraising) and an indirect strategy (indirect fundraising). The direct fundraising strategies used included: direct mail, tele-fundraising, and face-to-face meetings. Meanwhile, the indirect fundraising strategies used by the Lazismu Wirobrajan Service Office were a social media campaign with Whatsapp and Instagram, as well as distributing brochures and holding events. The ideal strategy to carry out at the Lazismu Wirobrajan Service Office was to maximize social media as a means of fundraising (Digital Fundraising), especially in the rapidly growing digital era. This Digital Fundraising was used to carry out programs that had been defined in the work plan of the Lazismu Wirobrajan Service Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the consumer price index, BI rate, Rupiah exchange rate, money supply, and Gross Domestic Product growth on the value of government sharia securities(SBSN)  and corporate sukuk in Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research with the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach as a data analysis tool. The results showed that partially the short-term and long-term consumer price index variables had a significant effect on government sharia securities, but did not have a significant effect on corporate sukuk. Where if the CPI increases, it will be followed by a decrease in the value of securities issued by the government. In contrast to BI interest rates on SBSN and corporate sukuk which do not have a significant short-term effect, but have a significant long-term effect. Where if interest rates increase, investors will reduce their investment. Conversely, if interest rates decrease, investors will increase their investment. This is done to minimize the risks that will arise In the short term and long term. Meanwhile, the money supply has a significant effect on SBSN and corporate sukuk. This is because SBSN and corporate bonds are closely related to the growth of the amount of money circulating in the community. Meanwhile, the Rupiah exchange rate and Gross Domestic Product growth have no significant effect on SBSN and corporate sukuk in the short and long term. This is because these two variables do not show any relationship with the SBSN and corporate sukuk variables.

Abstract

The presence of corporate sukuk in the national economy can be said to be developing rapidly, the existence of legality and is believed to be one of the investment instruments for economic growth. This thesis research intends to test the effect of the issuance of sukuk which is said to be an investment instrument and it’s impact on macroeconomic variables in Indonesia, especially the variable interest rates and inflation in the period 2012-2018. This testing is quantitative based on the amount of secondary data collected as much as 84 months in the 2012-2018 period. And analyzed by panel data regression common effect model techniques processed using Stata 14. Based on the results of the analysis test, it is found that the issuance of sukuk as an investment instrument has a major effect on macroeconomic variables, especially long term, however, in the short term, the bank launches liquidity so that the national economy is stable, especially banking.

Abstract

The low interest of Surabaya people to sharia insurance resulted in the development of sharia insurance. So this research aims to know whether there is a relationship between variable product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence with a lack of interest in Surabaya people choose sharia insurance. This research is a correlation study using quantitative methods measured by the likert scale and analyzed using spss version 23. The result showed that only one variable of research showing the relationship with lack of interest in Surabaya people choose sharia insurance, which is price variable

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of the legal label on consumer loyalty in the consuming of a snack on Unesa Ketintang. This research is a study that uses quantitative research that aims to analyze the influence that’s going on between legal label and consumer loyalty in regard to consumption. The data used in this research is data questionnaires and data processing to the spiritual islamic student on Unesa Ketintang. This research uses simple regression analysis using a validation test and reliability test. While for the hypothesis test using t test, f test, and R2 . It may be concluded that in a partial information, the legal label has a significant impact on consumer loyalty. Abstract

Employees as the main factor certainly have a more important role in the control of an enterprise and operational management. One of the instruments that can improve the quality and expertise of the employee is the culture of sharia organization.This research is a quantitative research which aims to find out how big influence of organizational culture of sharia toward employee work productivity at PT Hasanah Mulia Investama. The results of research conducted with independent variables of sharia organizational culture with work team, integrity, professionalism, tawakkal, responsibility, and care through saturated sampling technique with questionnaire questioning method, it can be concluded that the sharia organization culture in PT Hasanah Mulia Investama as a whole has an effect on productivity employee work.

Abstract

Arisan is an activity that is often held by the community, which many of it are Muslims. Arisan activity is also an economic activity that contains akad-akad (Islamic legal contract) in it. So the purpose of this study is to examine the activities of arisan in Sememi Surabaya in the perspective of Islam.This research uses descriptive qualitative method that aims to understand the activity of arisan in Sememi Surabaya. From the results of the research it can be summarized that the trading activities in the Village Sememi do not form any association, and the arisan itself still contains elements of usury from "the cost of 0" and loans with additional interest. Because many of arisan user do not know the economic contract according to Islamic law

Abstract

Lembaga Amil Zakat (Amil Zakat Institution) as a non profit oriented organization in their operation should has a good relationship with its contributors. Customer relationship management is needed to maintain a good relationship with its contributors to keep their loyality and have sense of belonging to the institution. This study aims to determine how the implementation of customer relationship management and its impact on nurul hayat foundation. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of customer relationship management has a good impact on the institution. This study used descriptive qualitative method.

Abstract

The quality of human resources could be reflected by how big the Islamic work ethic level. In this context the training and human resources development is one of tools to improving the human resources quality which owned by the shariah banking industry.This research aims to knowing the influence of training and human resources development to increase the Islamic work ethic of shariah bukopin bank employees branch darmo Surabaya. This research is associative with quantitative approach. The technique of data analysis is using path analysis that used to know how much this contribution of training and human resources development to Islamic work ethic. The result of this research indicate that the training has a significant effect to Islamic work ethic, the development has no significant effect to Islamic work ethic, and the training and human resources development have a significant effect to Islamic work ethic.

Abstract

The aim of this research to determins the effect of service quality on satis facation of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya members. To measure service quality sharia the advantage Compliances with Islamic Low which was known as CARTER (Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, Emphaty, dan Responsiveness). This type of research is a casual associative by quantitative approach. The population in the research one members of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya. the samplein this study is 89 members of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya, who selected using non probability sampling method by using purposive sampling technique. The date were analyzed by hypothers testing. Result of this research shows that there is significany influence of service quality variabel on satisfaction of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya members. The service quality variabel has a value 0f 8.710 and supported with sig value of 0,00 which if the sig value is smaller than 0,05 can be said have a significant influence.
