Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan Pengalaman Finansial Generasi Milenial terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 2) Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa KSPM (Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal) di 7 Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Palembang. 3) Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian melalui Google Form. Jumlah populasi 180 dengan sampel 150 responden. 4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 5) Sedangkan Financial Experience tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan PayLater di E-Commerce. 6) Kemudian hasil analisis uji F (simultan) menunjukkan literasi keuangan dan pengalaman keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan PayLater pada E-Commerce di 7 perguruan tinggi Kota Palembang. 7) Bahwa perkembangan era digital memberikan pengalaman finansial bagi mahasiswa untuk mengenal penggunaan Financial Technology yang hadir dalam memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses dan bertransaksi produk keuangan serta meningkatkan literasi keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Per Share on the Share Price of PT Bank Tabungan Negara in 2012-2021. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing (t test and f test) with the help of the Statistical Product and Service program Solution (SPSS) version 26, with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity has a negative effect on stock prices. This can be seen from the test results which show that the tcount is -3.167 > ttable 2.44691 with a significance level of 0.019 <0.05, thus HO1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The Earning Per Share variable shows that tcount is 2.954 > ttable 2.44691 with a significance level of 0.025 <0.05, it can be concluded that Earning Per Share has an effect on stock prices thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. The Dividend Per Share variable shows that tcount is 1.462 < ttable 2.44691 and with a significance level of 0.194 > 0.05, it can be concluded that Dividend Per Share has no effect on stock prices thus HO3 is accepted and Ha3 is rejected. The results of the F test show that Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Per Share simultaneously or together have an influence on stock prices. This can be seen from the value of Fcount 5.237 > Ftable 4.35 a significance value of 0.041 <0.05 it can be concluded that HO4 is rejected and Ha4 is accepted. The coefficient of determination R Square = 0.724 or 72.4%, meaning that the share price as the dependent variable is influenced by Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share as independent variables of 72.4% and the remaining 27 .6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Survei ini dilaksanakan di Stasiun Tanjung Priok yang merupakan stasiun dengan bangunan cagar budaya di Jakarta. Tujuan dari survei ini adalah untuk menentukan besaran kepuasan pengguna fasilitas stasiun dan kinerja operasional stasiun Tanjung Priok. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang terdiri dari indikator-indikator operasional kinerja stasiun Tanjung Priok dalam hal: bentuk, daya tanggap, kehandalan, jaminan dan empati. Hasil data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik manual. Pelayanan terhadap transportasi khususnya di KRL Commuter Line perlu diperhatikan agar para calon penumpang dapat merasakan transportasi secara nyaman dan aman. Untuk itu kepuasan pelanggan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjadi tolak ukur terhadap suatu pelayanan, unsur aspek sebuah layanan yakni (Tangibels, Realiability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keryawan PT. Artolite Indah Mediatama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif,kuantitatif, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 39 karyawan PT. Artolite Indah Mediatama. Data dikumpulkan secara primer, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menyebar kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti diperoleh hasil analisis regresi koefisien untuk variabel disiplin sebesar 0,522 dengan konstanta sebesar 34,581 sehingga persamaan regresi Y = 34,581 + 0,522X, dan dari hasil p-value sebesar 0 < 0,05 yang berarti yang berarti yang memiliki hasil positif signifikan, maka Ho ditolak (menerima Ha) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable disiplin kerja (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap variable kinerja pegawai (Y) PT Artolite Indah Mediatama, sedangkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan variabel kinerja karyawan PT Artolite Indah Mediatama 22% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Saran yang peneliti berikan kepada PT. Artolite Indah Mediatama yaitu perusahaan harus meningkatkan disiplin karyawan agar tidak terlambat masuk kerja. Sehingga perusahaan akan menghasilkan dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the dimensions on e-service quality owned by the BRImo application on e-customer satisfaction and to determine the impact of the influence of e-customer satisfaction on e-customer loyalty of BRImo application users. The population in this study were active students of the BRImo Application Users of the UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta Undergraduate Management Study Program. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using Google forms, and the number of respondents obtained was 100 respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and SEM techniques with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of e-service quality which include site organization, reliability, responsiveness, user friendliness, personal need, and efficiency have a positive and significant effect on e-customer satisfaction for users of the BRImo Application Active Student Undergraduate Management Study Program UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Then, e-customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-customer loyalty of users of the BRImo Application Active Students of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta Undergraduate Management Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Supervision and Employee Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru. This research method is descriptive quantitative by collecting data through free interviews and distributing questionnaires. This study used a sample of 55 respondents using a total sampling technique. The analysis technique uses the regression equation, test the coefficient of determination (R2), and test the hypothesis, namely the t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). Based on the hypothesis testing, it shows that there is a partially significant effect of Supervision on employee performance with a t count of 5.078 > t table of 2.004 and Employee Work Discipline with t count of 6.225 > t table of 2004. Furthermore, simultaneously Supervision and Employee Work Discipline affect Employee Performance with f count 26.836 > f table 3.175. Among the 2 independent variables that have the strongest influence on Employee Performance is Employee Work Discipline with an R Square value of 0.411. Overall, the results of the simple regression test and multiple regression are well received. Furthermore, the suggestion in this research is that the leadership of the New Hollywood Hotel Pekanbaru improve the quality of supervision and be followed by the application of more objective employee work discipline, and for future researchers to enlarge the sample population with a wide area coverage, it is also suggested to deepen the data analysis and to testing both variables and research indicators, so that it can further sharpen the results that the authors have obtained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses a quantitative analysis method. The sample in this study were consumers who shopped at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch as many as 100 respondents. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that store image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch and store image and service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at 212 Mart Panam Pekanbaru Branch.

Abstract

Truck information systems are currently an important part of the logistics and transportation sector in Indonesia. Several important aspects such as technology are very helpful for knowing information about trucks in the current era of digitalization and refer to a period in which digital information technology played an important role in almost all aspects of human life. It is this information technology that has brought many benefits in the field of truck information system services, including increasing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and improving service quality. This Retruck website is designed to make it easier for customers to view information about the specifications and price range of the trucks they want to rent to facilitate the delivery process. This study aims to develop and implement a truck information system at PT Daisy Mutiara Samudra using web-based technology. The data collection method used is observation and literature study. The data collected was then analyzed using the Waterfall system development method. The result of this research is a truck information system that is integrated with PT Daisy Mutiara Samudra's website. This system can make it easier for customers to order trucks online. In addition, this system can also assist companies in managing information related to fleets, and makes it easier for customers to find out about trucks in a more complete, effective and efficient manner. With this truck information system, PT Daisy Mutiara Samudra can improve operational efficiency and provide better service to customers.

Abstract

In Indonesia, coffee is one of the primary goods in the plantation sub-sector which plays a large role. Coffee farmers and other economic actors involved in processing and marketing use this function as a source of income, employment and foreign exchange. This study aims to study the factors that influence the demand for Indonesian coffee in Indonesia. The data analyzed is time series data for 2010-2020, the analysis tool uses multiple linear regression models estimated using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method using SPSS 25. Based on the results of data analysis, the factors influencing demand for Indonesian coffee. The researcher concludes that the price of Indonesian coffee, the price of Indonesian tea and Indonesia's GDP can well explain the equation for Indonesian coffee demand, but individually only the price of Indonesian tea and Indonesia's GDP have a significant effect on explaining the equation for Indonesian coffee demand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on sales at Thrift Shop Clothing 69 Bandar Lampung. This research is associative in nature which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables that function to explain, predict, and control phenomena. Respondents in this study were customers of thrift shop Sadang 69, totaling 50 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing process is assisted by the SPSS 25.0 application program. According to the partial test results, service quality has a positive and significant effect on sales, promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales, and simultaneous testing shows that service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on sales at the Thrift Shop Clothing Store 69 Bandar Lampung.
