Abstract

This research will advance the Bahia and Nantel's research by studying the impact of Bahia and Natel's BSQ dimensions toward customer satisfaction and its influence on customer loyalty. This study being held in Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah, Padang Branch in West Sumatera Province. 190 respondents had been took as a samples in this study by using convenience sampling method. Primary data had been obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis method which used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling. The findings shows that BSQ's dimensions have a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction, moreover customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact toward customer loyalty. Based on those results, so it been concluded that tangible must have an extra attention in order to increase the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of green marketing and corporate social responsibility on brand image at the KFC fast food restaurant in Medan City. The population in this study were consumers at KFC fast food restaurants in Medan City. This research uses non probability sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the number of responses in this study were 100 respondents. The hypothesis is tested using path analysis techniques / path coefficient. The results of hypothesis testing show that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on brand image, and green marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image through corporate social responsibility as the mediation. This is in line with research conducted by Santoso and Ardani (2017)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat konsumsi dari masyarakat di Indonesia. Data dari Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) akhir tahun 2014 yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode regresi multinomial logit. Pada model signifikansi pengaruh tingkat konsumsi masyarakat yang paling mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan adalah variabel pendapatan. Kemampuan variabel pendapatan dapat menjelaskan tingkat konsumsi masyarakat sebesar 15,9%. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi referensi bagi khalayak masyarakat luas khususnya penelitian ekonomi bagi Indonesia.

Abstract

The company's long-term goal is to maximize employee performance, namely by improving the work environment, job satisfaction and job training so that the company's goals will be achieved. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction and job training on employee performance in the Central Java Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service. The population in this study amounted to 280 employees, using a sample of 165 employees. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that the work environment, job satisfaction and job training have a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Lobbying and negotiation techniques are a part of communication origins which play an important role in business activities. Effective lobbying and negotiation affect the smooth running of a business because it can help shape relationships and collaboration between business partners in a company and is also able to establish good communication to reach mutual agreements. The purpose of this study is to analyze techniques, tactics and introduce the Medan mayor's lobbying techniques for the advancement of MSMEs in the city of Medan, there are various ways that need to be developed in order to successfully lobby and negotiate every business activity. This research uses the library research method, which is a method that uses secondary data sources by looking for certificates through journals, books, literature, notes, and various other documents related to the problem to be solved. The results of the study stated that the success of lobbying and negotiating in a business depends on senior management and skills when lobbying and negotiating exclusive parties. Lobbying and negotiation techniques in business also require an effective communication process so as not to create understanding between the parties conducting lobbying and negotiations and need to know how to convey messages from the parties being lobbied or negotiated and position themselves properly during the negotiation process.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to ascertain how operating income and operating costs affect net profit. The technique in research is quantitative. Secondary data are used because they come from documents, information, and quarterly profit and loss report data from PT's financial reports for the years 2014 to 2021. Putra Teknindo Pekanbaru Review. The results of the data analysis, which includes the classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test, indicate that operating income has a positive and significant effect on net profit of t count (25784.599) > t table (2045 ), that operating costs have a negative and significant effect on net profit of t count (-19942.949) > ttable (-2045), and that the F test of business income and operating expenses on net income has a value of F count. (363113403.588) > F table (3.32) meaning that operating income and operational costs simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit

Abstract

Salon Murti is a beauty salon located in Guyangan Village, RT 1 RW 5, South District, Kamdowo Field, Bangsri District, Jepara Regency, Central Java. Salon Murti has a line of business: beauty salon, hair care, facial care and bridal make-up. Mrs. Sri Murti is the owner of Salon Murti. Salon Murti, even though it is located in a village, can develop rapidly. The development of the bridal makeup studio and beauty salon is supported by Mrs. Sri Murti's ability to develop salons using the Marketing Mix (7P) marketing strategy, namely product, price, place, promotion, people or HR. (People), Physical appearance (Physical Evidence), 2 Process (Process) in providing satisfaction to customers. Mrs. Murti always tries to develop her salon business, including by developing a place. Salon Murti is trying to develop its product services by opening a beauty salon service business, hair care, facial care and bridal make-up. The place is developed for the convenience of customers. Both for waiting rooms and treatment rooms, Salon Murti The aim of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the marketing mix (7P) on customer satisfaction at Salon Murti Jepara.

Abstract

Parking retribution is one of the managed potentials to be used as a source of regional revenue originating from within the region, it becomes a benchmark in assessing the level of regional original income obtained by the region. The proceeds from the revenue will be allocated for the development of the area itself, especially in building facilities and facilities for repairing parking lots which have an impact on governance in the implementation of parking that goes well and does not interfere with other road users. The implementation of parking fees in Blitar Regency is regulated in Blitar Regency Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2018 Business Services Retribution is a levy for parking services on land or on the side of public roads. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that the characteristics of parking attendants, facilities, service quality and supervision had a positive and significant effect on increasing parking fees. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the linear regression equation is Y -1.735 + 0.291 X1 + 0.256 X2 + 0.247 X3 + 0.335 X4 + µ.

Abstract

Currently, many companies in the service sector are competing to meet human needs and desires. Semarang Ahmad Yani International Airport is an example of a company that offers its services in the aviation sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flight schedules, human resources, landside capacity, and ground handling performance on the achievement of On time performance at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The data was collected by using the method of observation, literature study, filling out questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25 program, the results are Y = 0.720 +0.213X1+0,304X2+0,234X3 + 0,230X4+µ. The results of multiple linear equations indicate that there is a positive influence between flight schedules on on time performance (t count 2,523 > t table 1,99547), human resources on on time performance (t count 2,515 > t table 1,99547), landside capacity on on time performance (t count 2,299 > t table 1,99547), ground handling performance on on time performance (t count 3,189 > t table 1,99547). The results of the regression test obtained the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.649. This means that the flight schedule variable (X1), HR (X2) landside capacity (X3), and ground handling performance have a contribution of 64.9% in influencing on time performance (Y). While other factors that affect on time performance by 35.1%.
