The existence of a madrasa is in principle very much determined by the level of interest of the community who are interested in getting the services it offers. Madrasahs must have the readiness to be the best and superior in order to win the hearts of the educational community in the midst of competition between educational institutions which is increasingly complex because the parameters for selecting schools for modern society are no longer based on the status of public or private schools but on quality and popularity, both in terms of school capabilities. in introducing science and technology as well as the ability to shape the spiritual morals (religiosity) of students. In this case, one of the keys is the ability of madrasah managers to develop marketing strategies. The research results obtained; 1) The strategy for determining the products of Islamic educational institutions is carried out by reducing the vision, mission and goals of madrasas in the form of educational products (programs) that are rational in accordance with the human resources and infrastructure they have and are competitive in competing for achievements between institutions and gaining the attention and interest of customers; 2) The cost determination strategy is carried out by rationalizing the amount of costs based on the quality of the education program, general regional education costs, affordability, and the financing system which is carried out through a joint agreement mechanism with the madrasah committee and student parents; 3) The institution's promotion strategy uses a systems approach involving all components of the madrasa, involving parents and students as madrasa agents, in the publication and socialization of the vision, mission, goals, programs, achievements and acceptance of new students via the internet and print media.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch. This study used a survey method with questionnaires as a data collection instrument that was disseminated to customers of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch. Service quality is measured through various dimensions such as responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. While customer loyalty is assessed through aspects of loyalty, recommendations to others, and intensity of service use. Data analysis was conducted using regression techniques to determine the extent to which service quality contributes to customer loyalty. The results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the factors that influence customer loyalty in the service industry and provide recommendations for improving service quality to maintain and increase customer loyalty at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch.

This study has the objective of showing empirically the effect of work experience, independence, competence and integrity on audit quality. In this study, there are 1 independent variable, namely audit quality and 4 dependent variables, namely work experience, independence, competence and integrity. The population of this study is the Inspectorate of Lampung Province in 2022. The data was obtained using a proposive sampling technique. The samples obtained by using a proposive sampling technique were 60 auditors. The data collection method is a questionnaire. This study shows the results that work experience, independence, competence and integrity have a positive influence on audit quality.

The main objective of this research is to determine whether the service performance of Manggarai Station meets the minimum service criteria and determine the significance of service performance for station visitors using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The data for this research came from surveys, direct observation, and a review of related literature. The researcher then used quantitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques to conclude the results. 50 people filled out questionnaires over two days. According to the results, every station under construction meets minimum service standards, including having accessible toilets for people with disabilities. Manggarai Station users give high marks to the facilities and services provided by the station. Customers think that well-maintained facilities and services can greatly enhance a brand's travel experience. Therefore, to make Manggarai Station more friendly and aesthetic for new arrivals, services and facilities must be improved regularly.

The existence of technological developments which have an impact on increasing community needs causes Satpol PP as a Public Service Agency to have to improve the quality of its services. One indicator of improving service quality can be seen from organizational responsiveness. The aim of this research is to analyze the order of Priority Aspects and Criteria for the Influence of the Responsiveness and analyze strategies for increasing the Responsiveness of the East Java Civil Service Police Unit. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with data analysis techniques using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with Expert Choice Software. The research population is members of the Satpol PP, determining the number of samples using the Total Sampling method so that the number of samples is the same as the population, namely 14 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to research respondents. The results of the research prove that the priority order of factors influencing Satpol PP's responsiveness is the Readiness Aspect, Response Aspect and Friendly Aspect with the Priority Aspect being the Readiness Aspect. The order of priority of the criteria for the friendliness aspect is the familiarity criterion, the friendly criterion and the pleasure criterion. The order of priority of criteria in the response aspect is attitude criteria, participation criteria and perception criteria. The priority order of criteria in the readiness aspect is responsibility criteria, knowledge criteria and skills criteria. The strategy to increase the Responsiveness of Satpol PP is to prepare Satpol PP personnel to be able to serve the community responsively through providing training, periodic competency tests for members and monthly evaluations, establishing good relations with the community, especially with sub-district heads, implementing operational standards, and Community service procedures

Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world, with a coastline of 81,000 km, consisting of several large and small islands, stretching between a total of more than 17,499 islands, with a total area of 7.81 million km2, consisting of: 2.01 million km2 of land, 3.25 million km2 of ocean. The Sea Toll Programme in Indonesia has had a significant impact on logistics efficiency in the country. The programme aims to improve connectivity and logistics efficiency by operating large vessels on a regular and scheduled basis from West to East Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and uses secondary data from the Ministry of Transportation and related agencies. The results showed a decrease in logistics costs after the implementation of the Sea Toll Programme. This decrease in logistics costs is due to an increase in ship carrying capacity, a decrease in freight costs, and a decrease in overall logistics costs. High logistics efficiency is very important for Indonesia as it is a key factor in improving the competitiveness of a country. With high logistics efficiency, logistics costs can be reduced, and the products and services produced can be more competitive in the global market.

Sampang is a district located in East Java Province, more precisely on the island of Madura. Sampang Regency has a lot of natural tourism wealth that is still unknown to the people of Indonesia, one of which is Lon Malang Beach. Sampang people in general already have an open mindset. Therefore, it is very possible to advance the economy of the Sampang district community through micro small and Medium Enterprises at Lon Malang Beach. Because the income and consumption patterns of visitors greatly affect the welfare of micro small and Medium Enterprises actors in Lon Malang Beach who are also Sampang people. The majority of visitors at Lon Malang Beach are young people and new families. Tourism development efforts must also be adjusted to optimize eligibility standardization and preserve tourist attractions in Sampang Regency. The role of the millennial generation is also a supporting factor for developing and raising tourist attractions in Sampang Regency.

The Sharia Supervisory Board is obliged to direct, review, and supervise the activities of financial institutions so that it can be believed that they comply with Islamic sharia rules and principles, the fatwa of the Sharia Supervisory Board rules binding the Islamic financial institutions. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board has a heavy and strategic task so it takes a high professional to live it.The objectives of this research are: To find out the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising and handling the issue of Compliance with Islamic principles in Islamic Banking; To find out the obstacles faced by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding sharia economic principles in Sharia Banking; and to find out the steps shown by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding the principle of Independence in Sharia Banking.This research uses a conceptual approach that explains the concept of the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board in carrying out sharia supervision activities in sharia banking.The result of this research is that Supervision in Sharia Banking is carried out to ensure the suitability of all bank operations with sharia principles and rules, namely by issuing fatwas, rules, and directives in fiqh issues which are used as guidelines for management in operating Islamic banks. With regard to independence, members of the Sharia Supervisory Board must not be part of the employees of the Islamic bank. Although he was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the matter of approval must come from the National Sharia Board. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board also has a work system and certain tasks as do other oversight bodies. The absence of influence from directors, commissioners and employees in Sharia Banking is able to shake the decision of the Sharia Supervisory Board in assessing fund distribution and internal audit activities in the Sharia compliance report in Sharia Banking.

The management of a container terminal is a complex process that involves many decisions. Among the problems to be solved, there are the spatial allocation of containers on the terminal yard, allocation of ships to berths and cranes, scheduling priorities and operations in order to maximize performances based on some economic indicators. Since the container port facilities are very expensive, it is desirable to optimize their performance, making better management decisions. This paper wants to present the contribution of the simulation and optimization techniques with the aim of improving the cooperation between different types of equipments, increasing the productivity of the terminal and helping in minimizing costs. In particular, the Petri net is used to present berth operations, and the genetic algorithm is used for scheduling container loading/unloading operations by cranes in order to minimize the maximum time it takes to serve a given set of vessels.

This research aims to analyze the choice of private transportation modes of Tanjung Priok residents compared to public transportation, Mitro Trans Jaklingko. Tanjung Priok is an area with high population density and serious traffic congestion problems. This research tries to find out what factors influence the people of Tanjung Priok in choosing to use private vehicles such as cars or motorbikes compared to public transportation, Mitro Trans Jaklingko. This method uses a population survey method with a structured questionnaire to collect data from respondents who are potential users of both modes of transportation. The factors analyzed include the quality of Mitro Trans Jaklingko services. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide further insight into transportation preferences in Tanjung Priok and provide appropriate policy recommendations for the government and transportation service providers to increase the use of public transportation and reduce traffic congestion.
