Organic waste is a kind of waste that much cause pollution, although this type of waste can be recycled by nature but still cause problems if left unchecked . Wood, for an example we bring here, is a natural resource that is widely used by humans , especially in Indonesia for home furnishings and interior elements ( home accessories ). From the process of making furniture it produced a lot of waste, a kind of sawdust called gerajen (java) and it only ended up to burned (incinerate) or even left to rot away. The problems that exist are lack the utilization of sawdust waste that can be transformed to product to add to the aesthetic and economic values , the lack of utilization of waste product development and innovation shape as well as to cultivate and experiment through design innovation for sawdust utilization into a product. The objective of this research are to bring both aesthetic and economic value of sawdust waste as an effort to reduce pollution resulting from incineration of sawdust , provides new insights for the processing of waste, sawdust as alternative materials to create a product that the added value aesthetically and economically. The methods undertaken through several processes such as obtained from trials or experiments. From variety of data obtained would lead us to design concept of finished product, doing some experiments processing sawdust mixed with some other material to produce a product that can provide added value to the waste.

Entering the 21st century, there are many major changes in business practices for both the pioneering scale and the scale of its development. Entrepreneurs are thinking hard in creating competitive advantage. Various kinds of management technologies and concepts that already available have been already applied to their business. So far, although they have applied intensely and massively, it hasn’t shown on the performance of their business. The concept of "Amati, Tiru, dan Modifikasi (ATM)" has been done by their competitors. So the alternative that possible to have a competitive advantage is through creating knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of human resources, so that creativity and innovative mindset can appear on any individual within the business organization. Many companies and organizations in Indonesia have implemented a competency-based management system. Two factors that greatly affect a person's competence are: a) Genetic factors that are genetic (internal factors), b) Factors that affect cumulatively from small to adult, for example: education and experience. The economic development of a state will increase if the people who become entrepreneur needed a proportion of 2%. So to fulfill that proportion, Indonesians who became entrepreneur are 4.8 million people. The purpose of applying individual competencies within a company or organization is to improve the internal performance of a company or organization to create competitive advantage while increasing productivity and efficiency.

The unprofessionality of police personnel in a case handling often occurs in the course of the legal world in Indonesia. Violence is often perpetrated by police in the investigation to obtain a suspect's acknowledgment. From the various studies that have been there, many factors cause the police not to act professionally while carrying out its function as an investigator to reveal a legal case. These factors include low education and recruitment processes that do not run transparently as regulated in the applicable regulations.
