Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan dalam diri setiap individu dalam mempengaruhi orang lain atau suatu suatu kelompok dalam mencapai tujuan bersama yang telah ditentukan. Namun, sayangnya faktanya dalam kepemimpinan terutama dalam birokrasi pemerintahan yaitu krisis pemimpin yang berakhlak dan berkarakter. Fenomena pemimpin saat ini, sering dijumpai pemimpin yang lebih memprioritaskan kepentingan pribadi daripada kepentingan bersama dan juga cenderung untuk lebih mementingkan popularitas dibanding kualitas diri. Peneliti melakukan metode kajian literatur untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait permasalahan tersebut serta melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa pemimpin organisasi di lingkungan kampus. Solusi permasalahan mengenai krisis pemimpin yang kami tawarkan adalah meningkatkan keimanan individu, keharmonisan keluarga, pengajaran pendidikan, dan budaya baik di lingkungan sekitar. Leadership is the ability in each individual to influence other people or a group in achieving predetermined common goals. However, unfortunately the fact is that in leadership, especially in the government bureaucracy, there is a crisis of leaders with character and character. The phenomenon of leaders today is often found in leaders who prioritize personal interests over common interests and also tend to be more concerned with popularity than self-quality. Researchers conducted a literature review method to collect information related to these problems and conducted interviews with several organizational leaders in the campus environment. The solution to the problem regarding the crisis of leaders that we offer is to increase individual faith, family harmony, educational teaching, and good culture in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan memberikan penjelasan terhadap nilai- nilai yang terdapat dalam kode etik profesi hukum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kepustakaan (Library Research) yakni suatu metode yang digunakan dengan jalan mempelajari buku literatur, perundang-undangan dan bahan-bahan tertulis lainnya yang berhubungan dengan materi pembahasan yang digunakan untuk mendukung pembahasan ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kode etik profesi hukum yang merupakan bagian yang terintegral dalam mengatur perilaku penegak hukum sebagai wujud penegakan hukum yang baik sekaligus berkeadilan. Penegakan hukum menuntut sikap integritas moral, yang menjadi modal bagi penyelenggara profesi hukum dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya. Kode etik berperan penting bagi profesi hukum karena dengan adanya kode etik kepercayaan masyarakat akan diperkuat karena setiap klien merasa ada kepastian bahwa kepentinganya terjamin.Tolak ukur utama menjadi penyelenggara profesi hukum dalam menegakkan hukum terletak pada indepensi penyelenggara profesi dan kuatnya integritas moral ketika menghadapi beragam permasalahan yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya dengan memiliki sikap kemanusiaan, keadilan, serta mampu melihat dan menempatkan nilai- nilai objektif dalam suatu perkara yang ditangani.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the views of the aqidah of Muhammad Yusuf As-Sanusi in the Book of Ummul Barahin. He is an important scholar in the science of faith. Various works, especially in the science of faith are still studied today. One of his works in the field of faith is the Book of Ummul Barahin. The book that discusses the science of faith and has four important points in it. The four are the law of reason, the characteristics of Allah SWT, the characteristics of the messenger of Allah SWT and the views regarding the two sentences of creed. The figure of Yusuf As-Sanusi has an important role in the development of faith. Abstract

Abstract Issues on education from developing countries have frequently followed inquiries uneasy to resolve. For example, in Indonesia, despite some resolved and mapped problems, the government tended to make changes to the maps based on their interests. This could lead to another issue beside the actual problem caused by the low educational services, educational quality, and higher education quality and the low level of students’ literacy ability. While waiting for the right solutions to such problems, other new issues emerged from online system in education due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Indonesia needs to have stronger efforts to improve its educational quality so that the education can truly be regarded as the transformation of knowledge and skills, not merely as a formality of certificate. Keywords: developing country, education, Indonesia, problems Abstrak Persoalan Pendidikan di negara berkembang selalu menyertakan berbagai pertanyaan yang tidak mudah dipecahkan. Di Indonesia misalnya, walaupun persoalan sudah bisa diurai dan dipetakan seringkali peta yang sudah dibuat masih selalu dirubah sesuai selera penguasa. Dan ini rupanya bisa menjadi persoalan tersendiri disamping problem sesungguhnya yang berkonten pada rendahnya layanan pendidikan, rendahnya mutu pendidikan, rendahnya mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, dan rendahnya kemampuan literasi anak didik. Sementara problem tersebut belum tertangani dengan baik sudah ditambah bawaan masalah yang bermunculan dari diterapkannya sistem daring karena adanya Covid-19. Rasanya Indonesia harus berusaha lebih keras jika ingin meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sehingga benar-benar bisa diterima bahwa pendidikan sebagai transformasi pengetahuan dan skill, tidak sekedar sebagai formalitas pencarian ijasah saja. Abstract

Waqf is one of the teachings in Islam that is very urgent. Waqf has a strategic value in Islam. Waqif (people who donate waqf) will continue to receive rewards if the waqf assets continue to be used, even though the waqif has died. Besides having a vertical dimension (relationship with the Creator), waqf also has a horizontal dimension (relationship with fellow human beings). In Islam, there are several concepts of giving charity to help fellow human beings, including zakat, alms, infaq, and endowments. Waqf if managed professionally will bring in large income. Unfortunately, most waqf assets in Indonesia are still managed in a simple and traditional manner. Many waqf assets are used more unproductively. Use is limited to schools, places of worship, orphanages and so on. Such use is already useful, but it can be developed with maximum results. There needs to be a re-actualization in waqf management, waqf management which was previously still traditional, must be changed to professional management. One such method is productive waqf. Productive waqf is a new method of managing waqf so that waqf is more efficient and provides more value for the welfare of Muslims.

Abstract

The ecological crisis is a global problem caused by behavior that is not environmentally friendly. This is due, in part, to the perspective on the jurisprudence of cleanliness which tends to be theological-anthropocentric. This article attempts to examine the theoretical concept of the jurisprudence of cleanliness (t}aha>rah) in the works of fuqaha in the classical and contemporary eras. Data were collected from a number of works of classical and contemporary fuqaha and analyzed through content analysis techniques. The historical approach is used to find out the social background behind the fiqh theorization of cleanliness by classical and contemporary jurists. The results of the study concluded that there was a paradigm shift in understanding the concept of taharah. The classical era fuqaha approach in understanding the concept of taharah tends to be oriented towards ritual-theological meanings, only covering self-cleanliness from hadats and uncleanness. The theological orientation in understanding fiqh taharah has implications for the social attitudes of some Muslim communities who are ignorant of efforts to keep the environment clean. Contemporary jurists tend to use an ecological approach in understanding fiqh t}ah>rah in order to build theological awareness of the importance of protecting the environment. Differences in social and ecological backgrounds are the main factors behind the different interpretations of classical and contemporary jurists on the concept of taharah. At the end of the article, this article seeks to offer a synthesis in the form of a holistic concept of the jurisprudence of cleanliness with an anthropocosmic paradigm.

Abstract

The objects of Islamic study are: 1. Akidah, based on the Big Indonesian Dictionary, creed is a basic belief, a basic belief. The word aqidah, when viewed from Arabic, comes from the word "'Aqada-ya'qidu-'aqdan-'aqidatan" which means bond and agreement. While Akidah according to the term something that becomes a belief or truth in the human heart in accordance with Islamic teachings by sticking to the Qur'an and hadith. Akidah can also be interpreted as a form of belief or someone's belief. 2. Sharia, sharia in the context of the study of Islamic law more describes a collection of legal norms that are the result of the tasyri process. Tasyri 'is creating and implementing sharia. In the study of Islamic law, tasyri' is often defined as the determination of legal norms to organize human life, both in relation to God and with other human beings. 3. Morals, thermologically, morality means the behavior of a person who is driven by a conscious desire to do a good deed. Three experts in the field of morals, namely Ibn Miskawih, Muhammad al-Ghazali, and Ahmad Amin stated that morality is a character inherent in a person who can bring up good deeds without considering the mind first.

Abstract

Education today is more concerned with material and scientific issues than ethics, morals and morals. Education should be able to touch various aspects of physical, spiritual, moral, ethical, psychological and physical. If not, education is just like teaching and nothing reaches students at all. So therefore, This Research is Motivated by the lack of morals possessed by generations of the nation as well as the lack of knowledge of morals, both mah easy (commendable) and mazmumah (despicable) morals. It is hoped that the existence of good moral education for teacher and student can make generations of the nation into a generation that is rahmatan lil alamin. From the emergence ot these problems there is a work of KH. Hasyim Asy’ari is the book of Adab Al Alim Wa Al Muta’alim , in which it offers various kinds of morals, both maheasy and mazmumah. The educational concepts described in this book are easy to understand and learn. The sources used as tendencies to write this book are the Al-Qur’an and Hadits, then packaged by KH. Hasyim Asy’ari became easier to understand for the students of knowledge ant those who teach it. This study uses the type of library research or library research. Where the sources used are primary data from book of Adab Al Alim Wa Al Muta’alim and secondary data from books, magazines, internet, newspapers, this study uses a deductive and inductive approach. This research concludes that the concept of moral education offered by KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, namely improving intentions, patience, qana’ah, by being like that it will produce commandable morals. And the morals that are presented are patient, sincere, zuhud, qana’ah, and others. While the moralsof the mazmumah are riya’, wanting to be respected, arrogant, envious, backbiting.

Abstract

Education is a guideline for a nation in improving the quality of society. As for the benchmark of a developed nation, one of them can be seen from the success of its education. The main activity in education is learning. Either learn the lessons of madrasa or cottage, either general science or science of the Qur'an. In a learning certainly not escape the name of memorization. Either memorizing general knowledge or knowledge of the Qur'an. This research is purposeful. First, to find out how the student's strategy is done in sorting out the time between learning at school by memorizing the Qur'an. Second, to determine the constraints felt by students during the learning process. Third, to find out what changes are experienced by students in general education, besides he became a memorizer of the Qur'an. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach, with the type of multi-Case Study of the use of the number of cases more than one in general to obtain more detailed data. This study was obtained through interviews with students concerned in two different places. The results of this study in two different places show that memorizing the Qur'an also affects students ' learning performance. With several achievement strategies carried out, such as liking existing lessons, doing assignments, and asking for the blessing of parents is something that can support learning achievement. Although there will be some obstacles that will be encountered when in the process of memorizing or achieving learning achievements, but there will definitely be a solution to every problem that will be encountered. So with the right solution for every problem or obstacle when the process of achieving Achievements with the Qur'an, there will be changes that occur before and after memorizing the Qur'an.
