Abstract

Pesantren with Ahlusunah wal pilgrims, both NU and Salafi, Shi'a, and Muhammadiyah in Pasuruan raises a problem how relatively new Salafi Islam can survive in the middle of the Islamic-dominated Pasuruan santri city affiliated with NU and Muhammadiyah. This research uses a sociological approach, namely understanding Islamic studies from a sociological perspective. The Islamic study in question is to discuss how the survival of Salafi groups in the Islamic contestation in Pasuruan. In understanding the aforementioned phenomena, researchers also use a phenomenological approach. The results showed that Salafists in the Contestation of Islam in Pasuruan turned out to be able to survive and show their existence in the fields of politics, economics, and education in the delivery of pure Islamic teachings, and returning to the al Qur’an, must obey the government as ulil amri. All Salafi appearances are attractively packaged (packaging). Salafi is not in politics but cooperates with the Pasuruan city government and the TNI, in aspect of Salafi education follows the state curriculum but still memorizes the Koran. In the economic aspect, if you do charity zakat and qurban or hajj and umrah, it must be by the sunnah.

Abstract

The realm of life for adopted children in the midst of today's society is a rare phenomenon and certainly a clear law is needed, and it seems to be a problem that is quite interesting to be discussed in today's scientific traditions. The child is a mandate from the almighty God, given so that it can be nurtured by birth and birth by the family. A child is indeed worthy of living with all the needs that both biological parents strive for, because it is his responsibility. However, this situation often cannot be felt by some children who are likely because one or both parents have not been around (died). This possibility causes the child's life situation to no longer be like that of another child, who still has biological parents. However, there can also be a possibility because both biological parents are indeed economically unable to afford the child's life. Several other reasons can also occur, so that by other families the child is then taken to be an adopted child. Related in this study, that the existence of the adopted son mentioned above has a position on the inheritance property. According to Islamic law, although clearly Islam cannot accept the existence of an adopted child for his position towards the estate of the adoptive parents. However, the KHI, which in fact is a written law that is enforced as a special guideline for Muslims in resolving all legal issues including regarding the position of the adopted child, in article 209 of the KHI explains that the adopted child is entitled to receive a mandatory will of as much as 1/3 of the adoptive parents' estate.

Abstract

Conflict is something that cannot be avoided by anyone. Conflict is closely embedded in the fabric of life. Both individuals, groups and organizations who always struggle to win conflicts. Conflict has occurred since human existence in this world, along with the more advanced human mindset, the existence of conflict is growing and complex day by day. Thus it can be concluded that there is no day without conflict. Therefore, it is required to pay attention and manage conflicts carefully and seriously. To be successful in managing conflict, we need to understand conflict well. Understanding means understanding or knowing something in depth. Understanding is more than just knowing, understanding requires detailed mastery of a thing, its ins and outs, even its origin. Efforts and approaches to conflict resolution include: Conflict prevention seeks to prevent the outbreak of violent conflict, Conflict settlement seeks to end violent behavior by reaching peace agreements, Conflict management aims to limit and avoid violence that may occur in the future by supporting positive behavior change on the parties involved, Conflict resolution (conflict resolution) addresses various causes of conflict and tries to build new and lasting relationships between groups that are mutually hostile, Conflict transformation ( conflict transformation) discusses broader political and social sources of conflict and tries to transform the negative energy of war into positive social and political change. Abstract

A woman is a mukallaf (a person who has responsibility) like men, where women also receive orders and prohibitions from Allah swt, are rewarded and get punished, women are not enemies of men nor are they rivals but as a complement to him, women are part of men and men are part of women. And every human life must yearn for a happy family inside and out, calm, peaceful, mutual respect and appreciation, full of love and affection, as if a enchanting beautiful garden is heaven, Baiti Jannati if there is heaven in this world, that is a happy family. On the other hand, if there is hell in this world, it is a broken family. Quraish Shihab explains the meaning of this verse that Allah in general has told that to look beautiful in the life of the world towards things that can please, including women and children, begins by mentioning women as the first who will please men.

Abstract

Active Learning Tipe Everyone Is A Teacher Here is one of the active learning strategies used to increase students' courage to ask questions. The Moral theology teacher for class VII MTs Sunan Drajat applies this strategy in the hope that it can liven up the learning atmosphere, learning is not only focused on the teacher (Teacher Centered Learning), students are also children who dare to express their opinions in class, and later can improve student learning outcomes. on the subject of Moral theology in class VII MTs Sunan Drajat Sugio Lamongan. The research method that the researcher uses here is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through field studies which include observation, interviews and documentation which shows the results of the study that the implementation of the Active Learning Type Everyone Is A Teacher Here strategy can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students on subjects Moral theology at MTs Sunan Drajat Sugio, Lamongan Regency and students also become more daring to ask questions and express their opinions in learning Moral theology

Abstract

This study discusses the critical analysis of Maẖmûd Syaltût's thoughts on the authority of 'ijma as a source of Islamic law. the aim is to illustrate the importance of understanding 'ijma and how' ijma is seen as a source of Islamic law as well as Maẖmûd Syaltût's view of its authority. This research is a qualitative research using books and academic articles. This is important to bring to the surface as part of knowing 'ijma comprehensively. The authority of 'ijma in Maẖmûd Syaltût's view is a source of Islamic law whose authority and truth are not categorized as qath'i arguments except in ma'lum Min al-Dîn Bi al-Ḏarûrah.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of being a reference in the selection of innovative and fun learning methods in learning history for vocational students using the Guided Noted Taking method. The process of implementing learning uses handout media which contains a description of the material by eliminating important parts whose purpose is to be completed by students. The purpose of using this handout is to train students' focus and concentration during learning. The learning step with this method begins with the selection of appropriate teaching materials, making material handouts, giving the blank parts of the handout. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR).

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the need for learning media that can support face-to-face and distance learning with utilization of google site as learning media to increase the learning motivation of vocational high school students. This research is expected to provide new input and to be one of the successful solutions in the learning process. Learning media is an intermediary tool used by educators in delivering learning to students. Learning using one of the media in the form of an application or website is one of the innovations in the world of education to answer the challenge of the availability of varied learning resources. One of the right types of media is to use the google site in making teaching materials. This research is a systematic literature review (SLR) research. Data collection is done by documenting and reviewing artivles or journals related to the google site. Based on the results of the research that has been carried, it is explained that the google site can be used as learning medium to increase the learning motivation of SMK students.

Abstract

Learning model is a conceptual framework that describes the procedure for organizing learning experiences to achieve learning objectives. This research is a Discovery Learning model class action research that aims to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of class X students of SMKN 1 Panggul on Chemical Bonding materials. This research is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of four stage : planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the results of data analysis, there was an increase in learning outcomes by 12% in cicle I and 16% in cycle II as seen from the results of pretest and posttest. Student motivation in learning chemical bonds in cycle I by 64,50% and in cycle II by 79%. This suggests that the Discovery Learning model is suitable for use in the study. It can be concluded that there is an increase in motivation and learning outcomes of class X students of SMKN 1 Panggul on chemical bonding material using the application of Discovery Learning.

Abstract

Tipes is a small village located in the Serengan district close to the city center. In this village there are about 12 mosques. One of the mosques in this village is the Masjid Al Iklhas Dipotrunan RT.02 RW mosque. XII which is one of the densely populated areas in Tipes village which is also bordered by the river and Sukoharjo Regency. Some of the jama'ah of the Al-Ikhlas mosque are also nausealaf. Meanwhile, from data obtained from the local kelurahan, the majority of the surrounding communities work as laborers. Such economic conditions then have an impact on the lack of public attraction to programs and activities implemented in the region, including in the fields of education and religion. The strategy carried out in the effort to implement this activity is to plan and optimize joint activities to follow up on the ideas of thought that arise. From this planning, it will be identified who is coordinating and who should be responsible for each stage of the activity. Then we monitor and evaluate its implementation. Jama'ah Masjid Al-Ikhlas is expected to be actively involved in monitoring and evaluating this effort. With this program, the increase in religious values activities at an advanced age in Tipes village has succeeded in providing benefits to the surrounding community. Not only as a means to draw closer to God, but also as the main factor in increasing the potential of Human Resources (HR). With several programs that we have agendad, this can facilitate the needs of the community in preserving religious culture both through habituation and awareness.
